Very professional and helpful. Had an eye exam and ordered new glasses. Dr. Schulze was very thorough and took his time. Anna helped me pick out new frames and gave me advice on lenses. Very friendly service!

Dr. Gary J Schulz and his staff in the Redmond Walmart are incredibly accommodating, helpful, professional and are there to truly serve you. I took my 6 year old in to get an eye examination the same day I called. My 6 year old was treated with kindness and patients. I didnt realize just how much he needed glasses until Dr Schulz took him through the process and made it a fun experience. My 4 year old little girl thought it was so cool she wanted to be examined next. Looking forward to going back even for my self.

Sub par customer service.Its very common to stand here uncomfortably for 10 minutes or so and have NOT ONE worker say anything.Like right now... Been standing here.... Nothing.Rude. Pathetic.

So, the exam was great! I need new glasses, but its not an emergency, so need to wait until sometime in August to get new glasses ordered because they arent set up with PPE. Wth...after 4 months???

I have a very unique prescription, difficult to fill accurately .Ive worn glasses for almost 60 years so I ve seen my share of glass grindersMy recent visit to Walmart Redmond Oregon was pretty amazingthe exam was greatwhen I came back to be fitted It was the first time I put on a new pair of glasses and had incredible vision right out of the boxSpecial thanks to Dr. Shultz for the great and accurate examSpecial thanks to Patty for a perfect fitI CAN SEE !!!

The Dr. at this location was great! The girls working to get your glasses not so much. They didnt have correct copay or glasses allowances for my insurance even with a prior authorization. Will not recommend and will not be back.

Really great service seriously. The doctor was very nice and the eye exam process was very smooth and easy. Definetoy knew what he was doing. Actually very impressed with Redmond Walmarts eye vision.

I went in to see Gary Schulz, O.D., complaining of very irritating bumps inside my eyelid and he couldnt find anything; he suggested I try eye drops. A few days later, Im in town and Im having a bad reaction with the bumps in my eye, so I call the clinic and they say to come right in, and, he claims he still cant find anything and CHARGES me for yet ANOTHER VISIT and he never found anything!!The next day, I made an appointment with the vision center at Costco and within minutes, the eye doctor, Keith Feilzer, O.D., knew exactly what my problem was, Presbyopia and Astigmatism....He understood and explained the pain to me and asked if that was what I was feeling -- YES!!!!I wouldnt waste your time (or, money) going to see this doctor.... I will however say that his STAFF is AMAZING and very helpful.

I came in with stage 2 blindness, left with a great working set of eyes, Amazing staff and great doctor. Would give him 6 stars if i could!

He healed my blindness physically and spiritually also, he has a killer mustache. 17/3 service :)

Understaffed. Needs more workers. Nevertheless, there are a few hard workers.
