Just paid $30 for a month supply of a prescription I normally get 3 months for FREE because the intimidating pharmacist didn’t ask for my insurance (brand new to the state thought that transferred with my initial request) and wouldn’t engage me when I asked questions. People are sensitive about their prescriptions and pharmacists shouldn’t be intimidating and act as if you are a burden to their job.

They did a great job clearing up a billing issue when my insurance changed.

The female pharmacist who gave me my Covid booster was so rude and jabbed the needle in my arm. It hurt like none other. I dont know if she hit a nerve or what but totally could care less.It was the worst shot I ever had. No dialoge, and when the shot was over just gave me my Covid Record card, Medicare card and ID and left the room without saying another word.

Went to take Passport photos and the staff is very poor in taking a passport photos and they haven’t cut the photos as well. The photos didn’t meet the Passport Visa requirements, worst experience.

Medicine pick up. Date of birth is a personal information they cannot ask and expect people standing in the counter to shout out their date of birth while they are doing something on their computer which is far. I have seen this multiple times at Rite Aid.

Awesome and very fast service, I never have to wait really long. The employees are polite and helpful. The pharmacist I encountered, Katrina, was probably the best Ive ever dealt with.. very knowledgeable and efficient! Kudos to the staff!

Rude and helpless. I used this pharmacy for at least 10 years. Some time ago they changed stuff. Their service is just awful now.

Great customer service!! I had an issue transferring my prescription and the Pharmacy staff (Katrina?) resolved the matter promptly. It was great having the issue resolved so quickly so that I could make my next appointment on time!

I can be bias because my wife works there. Beside that Its a very friendly store. The store and pharmacy staff are very welcoming, professional, and caring. It’s just outlier with mission to give back more than it takes. A special thanks to Rite Aid for having spectacular people there. Bravo.

One of the best pharmacies that provided great customer service. The pharmacy manager, Katrina, was truly helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated her taking the time to well educate me about the drug of action, side effects, and instructions on how to properly take my prescribed medications.

Who reviews a pharmacy? Well, I guess I do :) They do a good job here. The previous head pharmacist was fantastic. When I found out she was leaving, I was disappointed, and I think all the pharmacists are new within the last year or two, but the new pharmacists have been just as good, even happy to answer stupid questions (shout out to Stephanie who helped me the other day with something I couldnt even remember the name for).

I was visiting from out of state and needed my prescription. Katrina, the Pharmacist working at that time was extremely friendly and transferred my prescription promptly and even gave instructions on how to properly take it. Very fast and efficient service. I highly recommend!

I went to this store to get some medicine for my toddler. Katrina the pharmacist did not hesitate to help she is very nice and knowledgeable as to what type of medicine is best for my child. You’ll never go wrong with this pharmacy and staff!

I went to take US via photos to rite aid. It costed me 60$ for 12 us visa photos. They don’t have even cut the photos. If you go to costco, it costs you less than 5$ if you have already digital photos. Interesting thing is, visa photo should be 2 * 2 inches. But they took 2.5 * 2.5 inches. I think extra inch is what made extra cost when compared to costco :)From the looks of this, I am not smart. But are you?

Exchanged a propane tank. Received one that weighed practically nothing. I didnt realize it till I got home. But it was surprisingly light and clearly less than half full. Last time I shop here....

I filled a prescription at this store today and felt so badly for the pharmacy technician who was working. It was apparent that the pharmacist was overwhelmed (understandably when things get busy). However, he treated the pharmacy technician horribly. He belittled her in front of customers and it was painful to watch. She was so helpful and kept the best attitude, which is more than I can say for how I would have handled that. I will never refill there again because of his awful attitude towards her and customers. He obviously hates people

Employee at the pharmacy seems to be making his own rules that are different than doctors orders, store policy, and the last two years of medication Ive filled here. Very odd and confrontational people working here.. Theres too many great stores in Bellevue/Redmond to deal with employees who want to beat up customers rather than help them.So I wont be going back, and suggest anyone else who actually needs their medication to go elsewhere also.

Nice and friendly services

Its a typical modern drugstore. Many OTC drugs that you find at a regular grocery store, a lot of other household items, and the usual as seen on tv stuff.

Cashiers are so rude here. They dont respect customers. I purchased an item for 28$ here. But the item price in their respective website is 20$ and it is should be the original price. This store literally cheating customers with higher prices. When i asked about how do they decide the price of the item? He didn’t respond properly and asked me to get it in thirft store for lesser price. I wouldn’t visit this store again and wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

I received my flu shot last year from Rite Aid and it was quick and easy. This year I tried Walgreen simply out of convenience and found a long wait, issues running my Aetna insurance and then being asked to pay in full, since the person working was not able to figure out the insurance billing. I jumped in my car and jetted over to the nearest Rite Aid. The pharmacist on duty was Stephanie. She greeted me with a big smile and went to work immediately on running my insurance. She had an issue at first but was persistent and voila, my flu shot was covered with zero co pay. Thank you Stephanie and thank you Rite Aid # 5200 in Bellevue WA. Stephanie proves that you can be a rockstar and a truly caring pharmacist all in one!

Called to ask if they had something. The lady who answered the phone said the generic Thank you for calling Rite Aid, how may I help you? When I started asking my question, she cut me off immediately and put me on hold. When she picked up again, I finished asking my question and she didnt even feign checking if they had the item I asked for. She just grumpily told me they didnt have it, bye.

Horrible experience at this pharmacy...it is understaffed and Noone there to help....the aisles are confusing...I spent 15mins trying to find a eardrop and still had to return emptyhanded

I went for my son prescription. they told that your doctor has not contract with your insurance company and you have to pay 140$ . then i went to bartell drugs and they gave me my prescription with 0$ and my insurance.

3 pack condom costs a whopping 7$ in your store. Taking care of a child would be cheaper comparatively. 🙏
