Scott at GAFW in Redmond was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The bedroom set we purchased we absolutely love! It’s solid, well built and gorgeous. The team of furniture delivery guys were also very professional and dependable. We are very pleased all around with our experience here.

Cory and Jim was very helpful and saved us about % 500 off our budget. We went to Wilson’s next door at first, while they were very nice, their prices were extremely high for the same quality. I will only buy from them now.🙏

Absolutely horrible, horrible place. I will NEVER shop there again. I will be sure to recommend the bend store because they were much more professional and nice. To make a long story short, I bought a bunch of furniture from the Redmond store, originally was told that I could take two pieces home, as well as an end table. As we are loading up the furniture Cory came out and stated that he did not feel comfortable taking the end table that he already told me I could have, off of the floor. He then stated that I would have to wait for my end table and love seat to be delivered on Tuesday. Mind you this was on Friday. And that I could come pick it up anytime after Tuesday, which the following Friday is the only day I have off work, Friday comes around and I get a call that my furniture will not be in the store until Friday afternoon, and that they would call when the furniture arrived. Had some errands to run in bend then Redmond so about 11am went to Redmond then bend, diddled around and come 3:30 still no call, so I decided to go to the Redmond store, when I got there I was told that the furniture HAD NOT EVEN BEEN LOADED IN THE TRUCK IN BEND and they had no ETA on when the furniture would arrive in Redmond. I was furious, I had been lied two multiple times. They then told me I could drive to bend to get the furniture, so I drove back to bend to find out that I was getting furniture from off of the floor!? I was just told they could not give me furniture from off the floor. With all of this, the salesman we dealt with, whose name is Cory, was HORRIBLY unprofessional, very rude and quite egotistical. Needless to say, if you need furniture go to the bend furniture warehouse, will never shop with Redmond again.

I am very happy with my purchase of an Ashley Recliner. This is a great local family owned business doing an awesome job in difficult times. The store manager Scott was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

We bought an expensive mattress last year and my husband and i are both tossing and turning with sink holes :( where is the best place to buy a mattress?Update: we settled for another mattress at bedmart. But did receive a call and follow up on our old mattress to return it under the 10 year warranty...my son ended up with the mattress we got last year and he likes it. So win win for all. We just will never do memory foam again ;)

Purchased a sectional for half the price of all the competition. We literally shopped everywhere and everything we liked was out of our price range. The salesman was nice and helpful never pushed us. He even gave us a little discount without having to ask. We love are new sectional would highly recommend anyone looking for a good deal to give this place a try.

The facility was dirty. The floor in the whole store looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a month.The one other customer (family) in there was kinda being helped. We were not greeted until we sat in every chair and recliner and were on our way out.

Purchased furniture here few weeks ago, delivered a couple days after. Then purchased another item at the store.I was never given my military veterans discount at any purchase. In fact the salesmen didnt seem to believe me that I was a veteran. Who questions that? He said it comes out if our commission. I could truly careless about ones commission when you disrespect me.Happy with the furniture for the time being. The warranty is clearly not up yet.But how I was disrespected as a veteran of the military is inexcusable. My wife and I wont go back here again, thats why only given a two.

I would have liked to leave a better review. Today we went in and had great customer service with the sales rep, we found a couch we loved and on the tag it said it was available in manual reclining as well. We went home to take measurements for the space it was perfect we called the store and the sales rep called the warehouse. The sales rep called us back to let us know that there was none available. If the couch was unavaible it shouldn’t have said it was in the tag. They told us 10-12 weeks! We were very excited about buying 2 of the couches but not even one available. It was too bad. The prices and products were great it would be better if you could actually buy them.....Update: we went to second location in Bend and the guys there went above and beyond to find us the couches we wanted. We love them we have had them for months and such good condition great buy especially compared with other businesses.

Weve bought a few items for our home now at this gem of a small, local furniture warehouse! They offer up quality furnishings at reasonable prices and stock a variety of styles, from traditional to sleep and modern to rustic industrial. Dustin couldnt offer more friendly, down-to-earth service and is talented in keeping up on design trends to appeal to a larger customer base. We drop in every so often just to see whats in stock and are looking forward to picking out some more pieces from here soon!

Supper nice to work with and I love my living room set

To make a long story short I have been trying to get furniture from this store since June. It is now August. The 1st piece was delivered with a hole in the arm. It took over a month and a halve for them to come get it. They replaced it with another chair that also had a ripped seam and a protrusion on the right arm that looks as if its ready to rip.After several attempts to get someone to help me with this situation, I have almost given up hope for quality from this company, much less any type of customer service. Severely disappointed doesnt even come close to describing my experience.Still trying to resolve this by having them come pick it up and give me a refund. In their defense, I dont think they have any excuses and I have been nice up until now. I do not appreciate the unprofessional way I have been treated, the only phone call I got from them was about the replacement cost with no mention of compensation or replacement of merchandise. Sad way to do business!!!

The owners son is weird the warranties on furniture are all over the place and subpar furniture, but having said that if you only have a few hundred for a couch they will have something for you.
