Love this store they always have what I need, their location is great and parking is great, lots of handicap parking spots, they also have a couple charging parking spots, the pharmacy is small but they have a drive up window, upstairs is a small but pretty amazing selection with lots of sales items, bakery selection could be bigger, their sushi selection is great as well.

This a good store but when it comes to customer service over the phone, it’s not so good. Multiple times I called them to confirm that they had fishing worms in stock and the first time, they said they had plenty of worms. I arrived 10 minutes later and there was nothing in the fridge. Next time I called, they answered and told me to hold on while they look for the worms. I waited like that for 15 MINUTES and only then after being transferred to a different assistant, they told me that they had worms. They could really improve on this.

Just moved to the area and this place is the best. Super cheap and super friendly staff. I love it here!

Same as always except for self check out. They take jobs away. If I used one I should get a discount. The regular lines are 4-7 people deep.

Come on Fred Meyer. This location looks just like the Interstate Fred’s in PDX circa 2005.Redmond shoppers deserve a little better than this. This was my first experience at a Fred Meyer. Im from the southeast, and the closest thing we have is Super Kroger, but I can only explain it as if Target and Kroger had a baby. I love this store. Theres a bookstore and Starbucks, as well as apparel upstairs, and electronics, furniture, toys, a garden center, and seasonal items downstairs, along with the groceries downstairs. Ill definitely be back.

Today, my parents and I got robbed after our hike in Cougar Mt. and took mine and my moms purse with all of our cards in it. She tracked the person down and was here at some point and spent like $500 and they didn’t even like suspect him or anything and just let him buy whatever and let him get away with it! Like how?! Seriously you guys? Do better

OK Fred Meyer located in Redmond. I think I like the remodeled one in Bellevue on 148th a little better. This Fred Meyer has an upstairs where all the clothes and shoes are located plus there is a Starbucks upstairs as well, also a Chase Bank inside.

Big shout out to the young lady helping out at the self check this afternoon. I’m fresh out of a wheelchair and using a cane, a little shaky, and (I wish I had caught her name) the young lady scanned all of my groceries, packed and loaded my cart whilst still attending to other customers. Very much appreciated.

Great store. But please self-checkout employee was hovering over me, as if checking to see if I’m paying for all of my items. I’m a Black woman, and this experience was off putting, especially since I frequently shoo at Kroger stores. Please train employee to a.) social distance, and b.) anti-discrimination.

Self checkout is often the only way to checkout and it’s always very slow and a little bit of a disaster. Some guys have been super rude, other were nice. It was all slow.

Could not buy furniture because nobody would help us.

Just moved to the area nice store huge upstairs clothing section overall good Fred Meyers I’ve bought king crab from this store before no problems regular price bought marked down crab was super spoiled didn’t smell until I got home misplaced receipt so huge waste very irritating.

I usually love this store, but today a lady worker RG was intent on following my wife and kid while we were in card section all alone and stated we would have to leave if we didnt pull our mask up over our noses, we were well away from anyone else, in fact no one else was even around us. We try to be respectful when others are around, but this lady seemed intent to come back and tell us we would have to leave because our breathing lingers in air. So much for land of the free, these types of people live in fear to much in my opinion.

Tried to buy a Pokemon card pack. Machine said that an error occured and it could not complete the order. It did not refund me and the picture was as far as I got. The first time I tried to purchase it, it said the card swiped was invalid, except i didnt swiped any card. Then it restarted randomly, it really likes doing that. That would get a 1 star, but Fred Meyers does not own these machines so it is not their fault, making this place only get 1 star removed. But otherwise, a very good store, very big and has everything. Im a little mad theyve greatly shortened the electronics area though.

Nice store. Very clean. One star because of the 1 lady who works in Customer Service Department, her name is Kimber. Very rude and unfriendly person. I would never come back again in this store while they keep so unprofessional and rude staff like her. I have no any other issues. I rated this as 1 star because I want to pay managements attention to this problem.

As usual, only one cashier and huge lines for the few self check out lines. On the rare occasion I come here, I’m always reminded why I don’t shop here. Monday evening at 8:45pm we waited 10 minutes to pay for 2 items. Absurd.

If I could give the Fred Meyers at 17667 NE 76th St Redmond, WA 98052 a negative -10 review I would. For the last several years we have tried to preorder appetizers for Xmas eve and turkeys for Thanksgiving and like clockwork every year they somehow either forget our order or completely mess it up. It took my family 5 years but we’re not going with them again. Talking to their store managers or any other employee is worthless they don’t even apologize for their mistakes.

The sushi there is remarkably good for 5 bucks. Good quality cuts and the rice they use has improved, think they even add vinegar to the rice. Have to come lunch time to get it fresh though.

Why are so many Fred Meyer bathrooms nastier than those found at truck stops

This is as good as it gets for a grocery store. Not only are you going to find all of the assortment that your heart desires, the prices are going to bring cheer to your heart as well. Kroger, the overarching retailer behind Fred Meyer and QFC in greater Seattle, consistently brings competitive prices and assortment in their stores. Keep it up Redmond Fred Meyer!

Its ok store but i was getting some awesome jewelry and the younger lady there in the jewelry department was being so rude n bad mouth talking bout us white people I think she some immigrant or some thing would of being nice . The older lady is a little nicer be kind

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Their deli makes great dishes, soups and salads. Their produce wine and cheese sections are also relatively comprehensive

I love to get my daughters baby food here, has a decent selection and great prices. Just wish the shopping carts were checked every now and then because the child seat straps are often gone, broken or sticky. I spend too much time trying to find a shopping cart that I can have my child in safely.

Helpful and super nice staff! Love the remodel, they really have everything and all the Polar seltzer I love! Wish they would carry better quality/variety birdseed (similar to all the choices of suet). Garden center is well stocked with good quality plants and nice selection of soils etc., they run out fast so get there before the weekend.

Used to love FM. Went into the store tonight (Saturday)at 8pm. Realized we were out of a bunch of things. My 3 items turned into 20( as it does). Felt it would be too much hassle to self check and was pretty tired. Only one checker and person before me had a full cart and then issues with her card. She then bagged her items. I had to bag my own also. Not a good experience. I miss the old FM when they bagged your groceries. I miss when they would walk out to the car. Not going to Flags in unless Im desperate.

This feels like a high-end Fred Meyer, and Fred Meyer is already a high end Walmart. The store is clean and well laid out. The produce was very fresh, and very tasty. They have a huge cheese section and the person really knew their stuff. Overall, I really like this Fred Meyer.

This is specifically towards the long haired guy with glasses that has been working at the self-checkout stands. You do not need to stand directly behind someone to wait to disinfect the area. You can wait over by your computer until were done scanning and paying. After I leave then you can walk over and disinfect. Two days in a row hes lingered right behind me watching me scan my items without saying a word even when I looked back directly at him. Extremely uncomfortable and absolutely ridiculous. Find something else to do while you wait for me to finish purchasing my groceries. Do not watch over my shoulder. Next time Ill just have to complain to the manager.

It’s in a very friendly neighborhood. Make sure to check out coupons and sales on every aisle. There are really sudden and unexpected coupons available which is great for a shopper. I shop here every week and the deals are great. Starbucks and a really nice library on the upper level makes it a fun place for kids and teenagers. Every thing is available at Fred Myers. Self checkout is the fastest.

There are several places in the area to grocery shop, including Target, Safeway, and Whole Foods. Freddys is by far the best for the money... especially when it comes to fresh, organic food selections. The store is very clean and laid out nicely. Check out is typically very quick even when the store is busiest. The consumer goods portion of the store is not quite as good as Target, but still a nice selection.

This Fred Meyer was very dingy and dirty - there were wads of paper towels lining refrigerated cases with dairy that were stained and old (dried), the meat packages were sticky from leaks, and several jars sticky as well from leaks. The overall store was dimly lit, and a poor experience at best. Ive definitely had better experiences with other locations, so I would say this was an issue with this specific one.

Two stars because Had a bottle of wine break in the parking lot and it wasnt a issue to return or replace.Reason i didn’t nt do five stars because this was the first really good customer experience Ive had (been yelled at to move, have seen five garden center employees ignored customers, comments made during check out have left me uncomfortable going through anything but self checkout) replacement bottle top had broken while being opened. Ive never had problems with opening wine like this and can see where in handling this bottle could have been knocked around.

Fred Meyer has been the family store since I was a kid nearly 50 years ago. Its so nice being able to get just about anything there knowing youre getting competitive prices. I was concerned when Kroger took over, but theyve kept it how its always been.

Found American Flag trouser/bow tie t-shirts. Was not actually the tux t-shirt we were looking for, but still worked exceptionally. 10/10 would shop again.

Had coffee at the Starbucks in Fred Meyer... A few months ago it was very pleasant. Now I had to repeat my order (for one plain latte - not too difficult) four times and I dont think it was made correctly. Went to sit down - all the tables were dirty and the seat upholstery was torn and tattered. Overall a poor experience for a $5 coffee!

There are no hours ever posted on their hot deli, nor are there any signs telling you how to order anything or what sizes anything comes in. This place is a joke, Kroger, train these folks I know you have better standards than this. Most of the staff is rude, I frequently get eye rolls when asking for assistance. They also have very poor, false advertising frequently. Wrong sale signage on the wrong products. Another huge issue I have is their frequently brown raw ground beef and pork. Im surprised no ones gotten sick from their managers special meats.

This Fredmeyer was recently updated with added aisles & varieties.Staff is helpful & courteous. Enjoy always shopping here.

Nice place, has a decent variety of produce. They have two special sections for produce that isnt normally at the store, so you can find some interesting things there.The rest of the store is very well laid out, and easy to find anything.Lines are normally short. Generally the first grocery store we choose.

Went to buy shoes for my son. My son was in the middle trying shoes when the employee come over yelling at my son asking him to tidy up the shoes. Her name is SUN and started yelling to me and the other customer to tidy up the shoes section. I told her to leave us alone, after we finish we can tidy up the place. She was not happy and asked other employee to come over every two minutes and check on us. When I was about to pay, Sun, the employee page other employee with black cadar/scarf on her head to keep checking if the area is tidy. I ended up tidy up the place even though my son did not try some of the shoes.I think SUN and the other employee with black scarf on her head need to attend to more training on how to take care customer. Fred Meyer paid them to keep up with the place and not making customer to their job nor yelling at customer. I really do not appreciate the employees attitude in the shoes section.The employee with black scarf on her head was a cashier. When I would like to pay, the line was long. She did not even want to ring us, instead keep walking around the shoes section. Some customers ended up need to go downstairs to make a payment. I also ended up purchasing a wrong pair of shoes and even worst, some one used/returned that shoes because trying to tidy up the shoe section for her.

Good variety of goods. The prices are good. The workers are helpful. They are great at making sure the lines are not too long.

I like this place for one-stop shopping. With the same limited time as most everyone else, I dont want to go to multiple places to get my weekly shopping done. The grocery selection is good, the quality is more than acceptable. Ive gotten clothes here that are still in good shape a couple of years later. I tend to do most of my shopping at Freddys.

I shop here at least once per week. Theres a large variety of items available with good prices and great sales. The store is clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

This is a nice department store, really big and very clean/organized. They have a lot of items here, there is even a Starbucks coffee shop inside, a full jewelry store, a Chase bank and also a play area for kids like a child watch for kids with toys, coloring books etc., they take care of your little ones for one hour while you shop.The play area is for kids from 2 to 5 years old. Very secure, you have to fill out a form and both you and the kids get matching bracelets.

This is the biggest in size Fred Meyer store that I have been to. This store has literally almost everything you need for the home: groceries, home supplies, home decor, jewelry, banking, furniture, clothes, music, and books. I find the less busy time to visit the store and not waiting in the checkout lines are weekday mornings or weekday evenings.

Love this store. They recently did a renovation and now have even more grocery items. Hoping they will get better with the new check-outs though - a few times Ive had to bag groceries myself because they have only a few baggers that float around.Hopefully if enough people complain theyll put staff back on bagging or encourage cashiers to go back to doing it themselves.The pharmacy staff are amazing...heck all the staff throughout the store are amazing. Never seen a surly, rude, or incompetent employee there!

Everything about Fred Meyer makes me happy. Good prices, great quality, awesome selection-- of clothes, shoes, housewares and groceries. Well-trained, friendly staff.

Service always a bit questionable. Sometimes great. Often sketchy. Good prices on basics but specialty items, like good cheeses can cost 50-75 more than someplace like Trader Joes.

The price is cheap than Bellevue Fred Meyer. but serviced is not good .One day I was shopping at here,I found the tower paper is discount,so I pick it.when I was check, the price in computer wasnt changed to discount price,its mistake,I told him the discount price,but the checker said he thought the real price is higher than the price which I told him and with a cold angry face, oh my god,I told him, come on I ll show you the discount price. he wasnt moved.If you carefully to check the price of the food, they always have little price are mistake because they are not serious。

The Redmond Fred Meyer is not as new offenses some of the ones that have been renovated in local area but it still seems to have everything when you dig hard and look deep. I suspect it will be on a shortlist to be renovated as that area around home Depot and Target Aurora in need of some refurbishment.

Good prices and is consistently cheaper than many stores. However, the visual aesthetic needs some work. I find it visually overwhelming trying to find products masked by promotion deals, yellow price signs and other promotional material. The store could be kept a little cleaner too.

Happy to see many different options on each item. I was looking for inshoe heel support and I found them easily and had options to compare too.

I enjoy shopping at this Fred Meyer whenever I come over and visit my aunt, uncle, and cousins. The store layout still looks nice, given its age. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Its like a Walmart with a nicer home goods section. No firearms section though. Home improvement section is really good too (though if home depot is open, I go there instead)

I do like the new store, but I have visited there 3 times in the last month. Two of those times Ive used a coupon that they put out. Both times the coupon didnt work and I had to take my purchase to the customer service and have them adjust the price.

Theyve messed up my prescriptions and force me to use the service desk to buy cigarettes even while I watch cashiers walk up several times for smokes for customers. The manager Salazar explained to me that there is a double standard and that if I didnt like it I should shop elsewhere. Ive put up with this horrible store since October and I have a bad experience almost everytime. The management is such a failure they have a cashier there that was Salazars assistant manager, but she hated it so bad she resigned and took a massive paycut to not have to deal with his abuse. The fact that corporate wont respond to specific failures tells me that this is exactly the environment that Kroger and Fred Meyer are fostering. Im kind of sad because I love Fred Meyer, and a bunch of losers that hate their job are given the power to ruin the brands reputation.

Walked by the meat cutting area and several men were chatting either unmasked or with their noses exposed. Gross. Reconsider buying deli foods from these guys...

Great place for most of what you need. Almost always the best prices. Fruit and veggies really fresh.

This store has a huge selection of goods, groceries and a garden section. However, the lower floor was reconfigured recently into an incomprehensible maze, making it necessary to wander down narrow aisles bordered by tall canyons of shelves to find anything. Perhaps this was done on purpose to make customers linger longer and buy more. (Hint: ask a staff member for a listing of whats on each aisle). I find it to be an unpleasant experience and I now avoid this store unless Im only getting groceries.

Best prices, rewards are great. This FM in particular is nice and modern. I never need to go anywhere else for groceries.

Great location, plenty of parking, good customer service, very well stocked. They always ensure that there is enough checkout lines so customers dont have to wait long.

I like each department here. Meats, dairy, produce, bakery, everything is good. And cheaper than other supermarkets (especially for meats). Plus they have a very nice cheese section where from time to time they serve samples.

The pharmacy seems understaffed and overwhelmed but the shining light in the department is Sheena. She is always quick to help fix every and any mistakes and always has a smile. She knows customers well, and she knows just what to say to brighten up someones day. You need more people like her in there.

Our favourite family grocery store.. everything is so clean and neatly placed. Lot of options food, grocery, Starbucks, cloths, gifts, flowers and you mention it they have it.

Just your average everyday grocery store. I was really surprised that they needed my I.D. to do a return onto my credit card. What type of thief would risk returning items onto a stolen card, and I had never been asked for this in all the years I have shopped at local Fred Meyers. I have a feeling its one of those employees making their own rules kinda things

Nice place for general grocery needs. Went there frequently when I was living in the area. They have lawn & garden, clothes, and food for decent prices. However, every bit of cookware is horrendously overpriced. If you just need Tupperware, a good kitchen knife, a pan, or a plastic bowl or something, go somewhere else.

Very crowded today with over 55! Needed a few extra checkers after noon. Good produce, good prices.
