We are getting our home ready to sell and I needed assistance to determine quality of earlier purchased products by a licensed company. Once that was completed I then was able to purchase the remaining paint for the touch up on the body of the house and trim.I like the product. Its consistent and high quality when applied.I appreciated the customer service and observed consistent high quality customer service for those on the phone and walking in. Above and beyond to get my purchase home for work to be completed.

Came back to purchase same paint color I had purchased before. Service is quick and staff was friendly. I had a coupon which makes the cost very reasonable

Excellent customer service. Sometimes the saying you get what you paid for really applies and this is one of those times in a good way. Yes...you can get cheaper paint at home depot which i have done for years but i was having trouble making a decision about paint color for a kitchen and their phone app at sherwin is really intuitive and easy and helped me settle on a color. Then talking to staff they were really helpful even though they were very busy with customers. I like their setup and you will pay a few bucks more but i think worth it ...at least for certain circumstances.

Walked in store to grab another gallon of paint for a weekend project. I asked them to stir and color match for another gallon. I was greeted with a friendly manner and my paint was matched quickly. Really great experience all around.

Martin at this store is fantastic..he added pigment today, to a sample I bought at this store a while ago with my son Dustin Bowmanpc and did so with grace, class and smarts. Sherwin Williams is lucky to have Martin at this store. His customer service skills are par excellence.

Great selection and the staff are wonderful! They are more than happy to help folks like me who have zero knowledge about color palettes and composition, and to explain the different types of paints. Martin helped me understand what paints to choose keeping in mind weather and other factors. They also sell samples (about $6 a can) that you can take home and try to help with your decision

We bought S-W paint so we could be assured that we could always match the colors, and then the color formula changed. Now we either need to repaint all the rooms we just finished or make sure that there is at least one room separating the rooms painted with Jersey Cream. Plus, do you really think that anyone will pay around $77 for a single gallon of paint when Home Depot is just around the corner. S-W paint is not worth the surcharge.

I went in to purchased an extra 4 gallons of stain on July 4th after a previous order of 5 gallons. The Redmond store ran out of Redwood color after making 2 gallons. So, they called Kirkland (Totem Lake) store to prepare 2 gallons of Redwood stain and sent me there to pick up the remaining 2 gallon. They did NOT make them until after my arrival at their store which I could overlook. Then I purchased the remaining 2 gallons before they closed at 4pm. I gave the 4 gallons to the contractor and he found out the Kirkland store gave me 2 cans labeled Redwood but the color was Avogadro Green. My contractor has a regular job, he took July 4th (his day off) to paint the deck for me. He had to leave without those 2 gallons being painted. He is now back to his regular job and my deck is left undone. Do I have a good reason to be upset?

Employees are well-trained in SW products and the industry. They deal with pros all day long and can answer your questions and point you to solutions to your problems.

The staff is awesome, particularly Andrew. He is always trying to relate to your needs and help you select the right color finish, and grade of paint.

I just told my neighbor in the parking lot that Sherwin-Williams has a lot to offer, and I recommended that he go there for paint projects.
