My appointment was for 2:45; Olivia reached out around one to see if they could come by at two. No problem with that and they were still fifteen minutes early for two.The windshield was installed and the bill paid before the original appointment time of 2:45. I am new to the area and needed a new windshield in our Toyota Avalon. Checked out Google & Yelp and the decision was made for me. What small business has 100% 5 star reviews? This one does, & Im not talking about 4 or 5 friends on YELP....they have 24 real customers that are thrilled with the service and have expended the time to write a review. Make that 25! Olivia picked up the phone immediately when I called and set up an appointment for the next day. She and Marshall showed up a few minutes early and went to work. She explained that she prefers a given windshield company that is higher quality than some of the other brands that she has had to install. Good to know. Friendly, professional, organized and are in constant communication with each other. Olivia has been in the field for several years and decided to go out on her own recently. She has a very sterile van that she works out of, brings your new windshield inside of, and keeps organized to the hilt. What a class operation. When she was all done, she gave me a few instructions for the care of the new glass. The next day, I promptly forgot one of them. I texted her for the correct advice and she immediately returned my text with the answer. How cool is that? This should end up being a very successful company as the owner is dedicated to customer service. I am not looking forward to replacing a windshield again, but with the design of this car I know it will happen. However, I wont have to search for someone to do it. I will just call Olivia at Glassify and have it all taken care of quickly. These people are a class act.

I had a chip in my windshield for months that I put off fixing, and it spread into a large crack a few days ago making it unrepairable and needing to be replaced. I found Glassify on yelp and the “women owned and operated” highlight on their profile is what piqued my interest, honestly. I reached out to multiple companies and they were the ones with the lowest quote and earliest appointment.They were able to get me in 2 days after contacting them, and were extremely kind and patient with me, even when I reached out at midnight before my appt the next morning to express my concerns and anxiety about spending the money if it wasn’t necessary. Olivia was understanding and I really felt like I could trust her.They showed up early and the whole thing took about one hour. I hung out with them during the process and felt like I was with friends. I highly recommend this company!!
