The manager is a sweetheart and very helpful. One employee in particular is rude and unprofessional but I dont ever let him help me. Other than that everyone else is kind and helpful.

As always, whenever I go, all the girls are always so kind to help me and they don’t make me feel rushed. Last week, when I went in, Chris was the woman who helped me. She was really busy, but she made sure I was taken care of and came back to me right when she was done with her other customer. She was so helpful showing me some shades of a product I wanted to try. It sure is different times these days, but they are trying to make it still a good experience there

Ugh! I called this store and asked if they had a certain product in stock prior to driving an hour to buy it. They said they had one and that they would put it aside for me. When I arrived at the store they said they didn’t have one. I asked if they could figure out who I talked to and they said they would check the cameras and call logs. I gave them the exact time I called and asked if they could switch a gift card I had for cash so that I could buy the product elsewhere. They refused to do that. I asked to speak with a manager. They refused to do that. I asked if I could get the first name of the person who I was talking with. She refused to do that. They did absolutely nothing to make right the situation that happened. Nobody at the store would fess up to talking with me. This store is a joke.

I buy online mostly from sephora but it is nice to browse at the store and try a few things. The staff was friendly without bothering too much just perfect. It was 15% off for VIB .It is always nice to get a discount and free samples.

I just popped in to smell some fragrances, and was beyond impressed by the measures they are taking to be clean and safe. Their plans and actions to keep the store as clean as possible were clearly communicated and I was more than happy to oblige.

Its not the biggest Sephora, but the employees are very friendly and theres plenty of parking.There were some limitations compared to other bigger Sephoras. For example, they didnt have a full line of Kiehls.Its really a pleasure to have employees that were eager to help and without a long line like other popular Sephoras.

Wow! I will never step foot in another Sephora again. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had walking into a retail store. The friendliest staff with their smiling faces. Everyone was so kind and stopped by to say hello to introduce themselves including the Sephora manager Alyssa. She was so welcoming. Frankie was my makeup artist and made me feel absolutely stunning. We were able to keep up a good conversation and he let me know everything he was doing and always asked if I had any questions. I was in such good hands and would recommend him and the Sephora team for all beauty needs. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Frankie! Great team work. Clean and the lady who helped me seemed knowledgeable. There are limits to how many are allowed in the store. Which really isnt a issue. Masks are also optional.

I find this store to be hit or miss. I’m a rouge member and go in often yet each experience depends on the day I walk in and the staff working that particular day or time. Sometimes I come across helpful and lovely staff and other times I’m ignored and can barely flag down someone to help me. Super frustrating!One constant is that they never seem to have much availability for a beauty makeover, even when I try to book months out. For being one of only two Sephoras in Reno and a stand alone store you would think they would have more timings offered than one 6pm or 7 pm slot on a Saturday! I did call once to ask about earlier timings and the person who answered my call nearly bit my head off. I was merely trying to explain to her that I have been looking on my app for months and it only ever shows a 6pm slot for a Saturday and that I was wondering if they could manage something earlier! I guess not!Ah well. Still love the products.

I have been here a lot...I like to look around 😜. I have always gotten great service and the girls take the time to answer questions. Took my daughter here and the were great with helping her, little sad that nobody gave me a tissue to go with the huge bill though! Lol I do like the service better than the competitors and these ladies never act like you asking for help is putting them out. bravo!

Love this store. The employees were bored and asked to help me every minute or so. It was kinda of annoying. I just wanted to shop and not have someone breathing down my neck. I appreciate the willingness to help though. They were all friendly and the store looked great.

Boo again. Every time I shopped in AZ and especially Scottsdale, I would get a sample and they ask for my phone number for rewards during check out. Not here. Also, it does not matter how one looks, going in after work or all dolled up, in AZ you get service or if requested, they leave you alone. Not here. Apparently they target a certain type.

Sephora stores are finally back open with all the safety measures in place. Only a few customers are allowed in at one time, masks are required and no one is allowed to sample the products.

First I love makeup but this store was a let down. First an employee rudely asked me to move so she could show a teenager a sponge. Most of the displays were dusty and in need of cleaning. The Nars section was missing colors. They had a lot of empty holes. The GOT pencils were not sharpened and not demonstrable. I came for 2 products and they did not have them. I looked at the cherry pallet, diorshow mascara but could not get help on the floor. It just not a great place.

The customer service is great I give it 5 ⭐️ however the mascara I bought was almost $20.00 dollars and dry when I opened it .. disappointing since it was when I returned home from the vacation and we didn’t have one here . So I might try other things but never mascara again ..

Staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about men’s cologne, willing to give samples if you can’t decide, and never hounded or pressured to make a sale.

Friendly staff, I called to see if they had any of my favorite brush cleaner from Cinema secrets and they put one aside for me .

Good selection of name brand beauty products, I enjoy looking into new products without been ask over and over if I need help, however at times staff are hard to find.

I thought it had great stuff but it was veary expensive but over all the workers were veary kind and will continue to buy things from the store.

Unfriendly... walked in nobody cared to ask me if I needed anything...after about 15 min of being in the store a gal came up to me. There was this one guy that walked by me so many times didnt even bother. Instead he was chatting with another worker from the store. I was looking forward to spending my $200 gift card there but after that I changed my mind and walked out!
