This store is awesome! They offer a unique variety of high quality items and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they ship with Fed Ex. We have had several needless delays with Fed Ex over the last couple of years. They always claim that the barcode is unreadable. Never have these issues with UPS or USPS when I ship with them. Bath and Body Works is great! I hope that someday they will use another carrier to ship with.

Service was just ok. Had 1 good employee who would make sure we were doing ok.3 employee just stood at thr door talking for the entire 20 mins we were in the store. Also the cashier need to break our bill which was fine but confused the mgr who go the money had a belly shirt and short shorts on dont think she was on clock but just a bad look none the less.

Love the selection of foam soaps and great help from the staff.

Great deal on the $24 3wick candles for $9.99 during the once a year sale. Was in the store 2 days earlier and almost bought a candle in a certain scent but didnt, looked for same candle during sale and asked associate, she argued with me that that particular scent is only sold online. Explained I almost bought it 2 days earlier at this store, she basically told me no I didnt it is only sold online!

I love Bath and Body Works. I do wish they would keep a basic, unadulterated apple scent in stock year-round, rather than the apple-spice stuff you get in the Fall, or the apple-sugar or apple-berry or whatever other blended versions they have of it at different seasons. Maybe Im searching for the fragrances of my youth, and they just dont do it like that anymore, but I miss good old fashioned Country Apple. And didnt they used to have a Peach scent that was great? Juicy Peach or something like that? I could be thinking of another brand. But ultimately, I think consumers would appreciate those basic, single-scent fruit fragrances. Apple. Peach. Orange (or citrus in general). Mmm... whatever happened to cucumber melon? Ok, so thats a combo -- but it was a genius one.I hate that Twisted Peppermint only comes out in the winter, but Ill have it again soon enough. I tried some of their peppermint essential oil spray; their Eucalyptus Mint is strong enough to fill a room, but the peppermint was weak and disappointing. The other essential oil blends (bergamot, verbena) also seem weak, at least in comparison to Eucalyptus Mint.
