The staff is extremely helpful.Lots of products to choose from.The only issue Ive had is that one are the items I bought has had an issue with it twice now, however both times a replacement was ordered and set up for the first delivery to my area. Can not complain about customer service it is extremely good.My only issue is that Ive had two of the same item that is have to been replaced

I had a very wonderful experience with the Mattress Firm in south Reno. Debbie Dixon went above and beyond helping us find the mattress that we love. She made it easy to do the paper work and she made the whole mattress shopping experience really enjoyable. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who wasnt pushy and actually listened to what you wanted in a bed. She never pushed me to buy and even let me try the beds in store a couple of times on multiple occasions before I was a 100% on which one I wanted. Delivery was also extremely fast and efficient. The men who delivered set my new mattress up quickly and even showed up on time. I highly recommend buying your next bed here.

Avoid this place at all costs! I got my mattress here and was talked into a double platform instead of single since it was out of stock. The two platforms I received were uneven heights and the remote for adjusting them wasn’t shipped either. I went back into the store multiple times where I was lied to about the remote being back ordered or on its way. I finally gave up trying to get anything from them as they continued lying about my order. I still never got this fixed and now I’m just stuck with it so please don’t make the same mistake.

The new management at this store are so wonderful! Debbie and the manager were so very helpful to myself and my husband when purchasing our first brand new bed together! They were amazing.They had lots of guidance and gave us so much time make our choices and be sure we got what we wanted and needed for a great nights sleep for ourselves and 6 month old baby! We were extremely pleased with the help Joe Joyner gave us in selecting mattresses for three different rooms. The choices were overwhelming but joe guided us through the quality/comfort/price decisions. We had multiple discounts and joe worked to apply them all. He arranged prompt and convenient delivery. The guys who delivered the mattresses were careful of walls etc. They set up the adjustable frame quickly and correctly. So far were comfortable on the bed we bought for ourselves. I visited the Mattress Firm store on Virginia Street and had a great experience! I was looking for a new bed, hoping I would find something affordable and ready to be disappointed. I was wrong! The store is absolutely awesome. Sydney was the person that helped us and she was absolutely amazing. She was just an absolute wealth of knowledge about mattresses. We really had no idea what we wanted, and my husband and I both have different preferences for mattress firmness. After trying probably 10 mattresses we finally found one that we both absolutely loved. There was no pressure to buy the mattress right then and there, Sydney answered all of our questions and we left feeling comfortable about possibly purchasing that mattress.We went home and talked about it and decided that last mattress was the one we wanted to buy. I went back up to the store today and everything was super easy. Financing was easy, getting everything taken care of was easy. I obviously had more questions, because I am a question asker LOL. Oh, and I locked my keys in my car and even getting THAT fixed was easy 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣And I’m absolutely thrilled that my mattress will be here on Sunday. Today is a Friday, so getting it that quick is going to be amazing and I am definitely looking forward to being pain-free shortly after that. Highly, highly, highly recommend this store.

We went in to test out the Purple mattress. Were not impressed. Julie was truly amazing!!! Walked us to the different types and knew EVERYTHING about each one. We had no idea that kind of information existed on mattresses. Our current mattress was 12 years old - Julie found us the exact same type (Chattam & Wells) from their store in Folsom, at a clearance price!!! What a bargain.
