We went to the store at the end of 2020 to look for a bed for our new house. Manny explained to us in details about all the different types but since our house was not quite finished so we held off the purchase. We told Manny we would see how the construction progress and get back to him in Spring of 2021. Manny was really listening, he followed us with us in April and told us about the special sales and we decided to purchase the i8 which is more luxurious model than we planned to purchase. We look forward to enjoying our new bed soon.Thanks to Manny and his followed up and made the purchase so easy through the phone. Great Customer Service!!
We were helped by Jim. He was very knowledgeable, had an answer for each of our questions and spent a lot of time making sure we understood the different mattresses and why he wash showing us each one. We were very happy with our experience and are excited to get our mattress next week.
The clerk was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the products. She didnt try any high-pressure tactics and answered questions easily. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend your store/product.

Our sleep number expensive was great! The prices are alittle high. But we really need a bed and I had back surgery that we bought a bed.
We went in to swap out some sheets we didnt want with some others. They got us set up, and set for delivery to our house. So, Im satisfied.
The sales lady, Kelly was Very informative on the bed an it’s function. Have two twin beds that are about 20 yes old an have always liked them. Theses beds a so much more than the original ones . Can’t wait to have it delivered to my home.
Shopping Sleep Number at The Summit in Reno, NV was excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; plus they let you take your time, no pressure sales here. Even though the bed I wanted was more expensive than I had planned, the comfort and adjustability of the bed sold me. Now Im anxiously waiting for its delivery. Thank you, Sleep Number at The Summit, youre terrific and I highly recommend them.
Love this sleep number store. The staff is so engaged in your personal needs. Shelbee and the team were respectful and kept the store sanitary with covid19. If you are living with pain the adjustable support is such an improvement on your health.

As soon as we found our sleep number, my husband and I did not want to get up. We were sold on purchasing a Sleep Number bed right away! Shelby was terrific! She answered all our questions and told us everything we needed to know. After having three back surgeries this was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been on. We can’t wait until our delivery date!

Manny was very helpful in our decision to purchase a Sleep Number. He was an excellent sales person. We did change from an i10 to an i8 the next day and it was very easy to work with Customer Service. As for the store I do think they need to use some pillow covers when asking customers to test out. They were dirty.

Shopping for beds is not anyones favorite thing to do - at least not ours. But our experience at Sleep Number was great. Our sales person, Shelbee, was very professional and knowledgeable. Although we felt no pressure to purchase a bed, we did. Were very satisfied with our experience.
Rachel greeted me as I walked in the door. I told her what I wanted and she described very briefly some of their new technologies. When I told her that I was only interested in a particular model, she graciously refrained from any hard sell tactics and wrote up my order.She was so pleasant that we talked for several minutes after the order was complete! Im so lucky! I arrived in time to take advantage of their Memorial Day sale. I received the best customer service anyone could ask for. They thank me for my service in the Armed Forces and very informative to my sleeping needs. The sales were amazing and the customer service was impeccable.
Love our sleep number we bought 14 years ago but things have improved so much were looking to buy another. Definitely not a median priced bed but so many benefits and the price is close to what one would pay over the years replacing a regular mattress the many many times necessary during the 25 year warranty for a sleep number. Price is why 4 stars.
Myles did a great job helping us choose the perfect sleep number. I went in unsure if I even wanted a sleep number and had a ton of questions. He answered every single one and gave us some great additional information!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!Had our i8 for two weeks and asked them to pick it up. After already getting spending over $4,000.00 dollars for our bed and 200.00 to deliver, they charged us another two hundred dollars to return it. They won’t let u pick it up From the store or return it. You can only use their service. The lady we worked with Keli never said anything to us about that. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW!!!! Overpriced air mattress!!! I thought it was a hundred night free trial??? Where was there promise on that??? If I could give them absolutely NO stars I would. I hate writing reviews but people need to know about this company and how they take your money and tell you “oh well.”

Service was great. We came in just wanting some information and ended up with a new bed. Truth be told, we were in the market for one but didt understand what was Sleep Number all about. The sales representative was more than helpful. He answered all our questions and give us space for to talk among ourselves. He was never pushy and gave us good suggestions. We got to lay on all the beds and feel all the fabrics. It was an overall good experience. That said, the beds are pricy, there is no going around that. But if you have the money, why not. They also offer financing options. Your body needs a good nights rest to be able to tackle day to day life. Plus they have pretty good warranty, 25 yrs and if you dont like your bed after 100 days you can send it back. Well see how it goes!
The knowledge of the salesperson was excellant. She understood our desire and need. She found us the right bed for our travel trailer. Sleep number has beds for these units at a reduced weightJob well done.
Very friendly and personable manager and sales team. Absolutely the best beds on the market, which I personally own and sleep on. I highly recommend atleast checking out a Sleep Number bed before wasting time and money on something you will eventually regret. Sleep well!
Staff was nice enough but there is no way that their beds are worth $6000. Ouch. Sales staff tried to push the one bed they had on sale and its not that comfortable. So much for the Black Friday sales event. I guess I wont be purchasing a bed from them ever.
Purchasing mattress was an easy experience. After we paid and found out delivery would be 1 1/2 months later was disappointing. They take your money then tell you the bad news. Poor way to run a business. After I read the reviews I’m seeing this is an on going issue.
The store was clean . The sales woman who helped us, was so knowledgeable and professional . She answered all of our questions . If your looking for a great nights sleep, I highly recommend going to see her.
Warning Warning Warning!!!¡ I have ran into the same issues with this company, the delivery date has been changed 3 different times now and the excuses continue to come out of there book as to why the 7 thousand dollars bed I purchased is not being delivered. To all that maybe considering buy from sleep number good luck as Im still waiting for a delivery and the bed was purchased 5/29/2017.
This has been one of the worst experiences ever!!! My bed was scheduled to be delivered on 6/7. On 6/5 I received a confirmation phone call advising my bed would be delivered between the hours of 4-8pm on 6/7. The night of 6/6 and the morning of 6/7 my husband and I tore apart our bedroom, so the delivery person would have easy access to our bed and electrical. Around 10am on 6/7 I received an email from sleep number telling me my delivery date had been moved to 6/23. I immediately called to see what was going on and was advised their system was down and they could not look up my delivery, so I should call back. An hour later I received a call from sleep number advising me that our bed had not come in and our new delivery date had been moved to 6/23. Keep in mind that at this point I have no bed, end tables etc because I tore everything out of my bedroom for the delivery. My husband went down to the Sleep Number store to talk to the rep who had sold us our bed. She advised that someone had called in sick which is why our delivery was delayed. When he asked why one person calling in sick would delay our delivery by two weeks she told him she would research it and call him back. Then she called and told him that actually our bed had made it to Reno, but that they forgot to pull it off the truck and it was headed back to San Jose. San Jose is about 4-5hrs away but she insisted it would take 3 days to get to San Jose and then 3 days to get back to Reno. The earliest she could re-schedule our delivery would be 6/13. Then she told us she would have a manager call. As of this morning we have been given three different stories about why our delivery was re-scheduled, and no calls from anyone in management. Rather than sleeping on a great new bed, I slept on a mattress on the floor. This is the worst customer service ever!!!! When you consider how much one of these beds costs I am shocked at how abysmally they are treating their customers.
