I took my car here see what’s wrong they said the needs engine I said ok so I went ahead got it done but they took 3 months doing it when I was told 2 weeks when I first called waited never called say the car was ready nothing I’m calling check see what’s going on they have very little too say which I don’t understand if you can’t do a job then you shouldn’t take it on spent more money than I was supposed to an the vehicle doesn’t even run they didn’t but on my recipe it says something way different but they called me an said hey your car is ready for pick I couldn’t even drive the car down the street I came back an I asked so what did you even do because the car is doing the exact same thing when I drop it off very poor quality an bad business will never get any business from me an you they say that engine I brought had problems know you have bad business an no thanks I will not be coming back or needing any help I spent 4,000 an my car is still not fix 2,500 for your service you said you did but was not complete when I called you said engine needed to be replaced you didn’t say transmission know it’s the transmission like I said if you can’t fix something or don’t know how to do it dont do the Job an yea I’m write a review because people are not working hard to get there cars not fixed correctly what they have paid for an said they car was good to go when it wasn’t bad business an letting people know so someone doesn’t have the same problem I’m going through

Love that they always get me in right away, there work is good been to them for brakes and other things, usually pretty fast. Decent price and super nice, you can tell theyre family owned. The parking and how to enter is kinda a cluster other than that pretty much a good go!

I cant thank you guys enough! This 2020 was a difficult time. And my alignment went out which made my tires get eaten up. I didnt realize it till it went past the metal. Tires on a truck is way expensive and I didnt have the money every other place was asking for. I called at the last minute to affordable brakes and tires and couldnt believe the price. Drove down there and they were able to squeeze me in. When I got my truck back I was shocked on how good the tires are for the price! Thank you Affordable brakes and tires for easing my mind and wallet. You guys are my go to place now!

Took my car in for an oil change and an alignment and was called and the person who called me mumbled and I had to keep asking what? until I heard something about they couldnt do the alignment because I would need to replace something and both tie rods and for parts and labor it would be $950, I told the gentleman to just do the oil change only (which I was quoted $50 for an oil change). When I showed up the guy behind the counter told me it would be $80 and of course I was like for what? the guy told me it was for the oil change and inspection, I told him I didnt approve an inspection that I wanted an alignment. He proceeded to tell me they have to inspect it before they can do the alignment and I said fine so the guy changed it to $60. When I got out to my car the plastic runner under the passenger side doors was popped off so I had to pop it back on and then I noticed on the bottom of my passenger door there is another plastic piece that was bent and busted. I will never take my car back! Ive even got my best friend who recommended this place to me to stop taking her car there! They are garbage!

Called them late in the day to see if they could help us out when tools we had were stripping bolts. Not only did they get it in faster than they said they would but they even finished it before end of day!Fast, efficient, friendly, and all-around cool people.

Upon initial miscommunication of when and how long it would take to get my brakes done we had to take them back the following day. Took longer than expected, but cost less then expected so I was okay with the additional wait. Very busy friendly shop!

Had a really tough experience here. I asked for them to bleed my brakes and turn my rotors. They said it’d take about 2 hours. Wound up waiting >5 hours, and when i went to pick it up they told me my rotors didn’t need to be turned, and claimed my brakes were fine. Went out to see my car and there was brake fluid all over the tires. Brakes were still squishy, and rotors DID need to be turned. Got it redone in Sacramento, and now brakes are fine. Would not go here again or recommend to anyone.

This shop looks a bit rough but they are great. Have been to them a few times and they have been timely, friendly, and reasonable cost. When a new part failed they were quick to replace and install it without a hassle. While they dont make reservations, they have been quicker than two big name tire shops where I had an appointment.

Youll get fair and regionally affordable new tires and wheels.Not only that, but these guys have seen everything ever related to suspension problems and will fix it for way less than the other big companies in town.Definitely had a top-of-the-line experience. I bought a 2005 Porsche with a HOST of service issues. Gabe from Affordable Brakes and Tires was professional, earnest, and worked to get me the best price on what this vehicle needed. He didnt attempt to just throw parts at my issue and provided me a baseline by which we could bring this car around without completely killing the budget I told him was my absolute. Most shops would have tried to charge me just under that number and left me in the dark. Instead, Gabe had his guys check it out, explained to me what we were dealing with, and shot me a VERY reasonable estimate along with a surprisingly short time continuum for completion. AB&T is ON IT and I couldnt be more grateful for their professionalism and kindness!!! Bravo, Gabe and staff.

I come here and I buy two used tires for 80$ it took them 2 hours to mount them on my rims and they had no one here. I FINALLY get my tires and the second I grab them I hear a leak in one of the tires, so I returned it I check the OTHER tire, and it had a (NAIL) in it. You guys didnt even discount me for the trouble. Thumbs down on this one. You only get 2 stars cause the ladies in the front were very understanding about it.

I simply needed a wheel, and they had to order one. I visited this business four seperate times over a two week span, and they never did get the wheel. I dont mind waiting, but each time I visited I was treated as if it were the first time. To this day I am waiting for them to return my call over the part they ordered. (By the way, Im the guy in the Nissan cube, I dont need the part anymore.)

Great service. These guys are always so helpful and they really care about you and your car. I came here with a sudden oil leak and they were very helpful about telling me what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. I cannot stress enough how great these guys are.

Probably will never come here again. The integrity and costume service did not meet my expectations, which are pretty low. I bought 4 tires a month later a rock punctured the side wall in one. Apparently thats not covered in warranty. However I didnt know that due to lack of communication. So they gave me a spare and said they would send in the damaged tire it might be covered and request a replacement. I thought this would take awhile but I never heard back. Then last Saturday my tire blew out on the freeway going to Tahoe. I called and said whats the deal. she said she could give me a replacement? She also asked if I could send her the email that I had previously sent and included my phone number in the subject, which I notified her i would do that so she can call me and let me know what is going on.Didnt hear anything backMonday I went in to see about a tire because I need to travel to Idaho in a few days and i cannot do that on a donut and she said the tire was at a warehouse and would be there later. Asked if i could come back tomorrow. I work grave, so I woke up early and went there around 2pm. Tire still wasnt there someone was going to get it AND had to wait 45 mins until my car was done and I was still charged $80. No apologies no empathy ... no communication or integrity. Front desk staff was nice but lacked A LOT of things mentioned above. As for garage staff I dont know the faces or details of who or how my car was worked on. just handed the cars keys and asked to swiped my card.

Front desk is very nice. Owner gave me a good deal on rims and tires . And there pretty quick. Although there is no parking. But there good. Ill be back.

Phil and and the guys at Affordable saved the day today! We broke down in front of their shop and they came to our rescue! Our cars cooling system is not working. Its old, so Phil said basically said if we were in love with our car they could fix it, but it might not be worth it in the long run. My particular car has been quite a lemon from the beginning, and this is the first place that didnt charge just to give a look and didnt promise that my car would be good as new if we put money into it. They even gave us a ride! Honest, and truthful! Totally amazing! I will bring my other cars here in the future for all maintenance.

I called them to get a quote for tire mounting/balance. Came in and charge me a bit more, I mention I called them earlier that day and the guy quoted me on the phone was cheaper. The guy on the counter fixed it and only charge me what the quoted price was. I got tired of waiting after about 3 hours. I was waiting till the guy on the counter to come back so i can get my stuff and just leave. One of the employee ask me which car i was waiting for right before I could talk to the guy on the counter. I told him, im just waiting for my 2 tires to get mounted and balance. He told me to follow him to the garage and showed me this set of rims if there were mine which it was, right on the corner all done. Who knows how long its been there, so all this time my rims was done already and no one mention this? This whole time I was thinking first come first serve (even tho it only takes less than 30min to mount and balance a set of tires). They forgot about mentioning a god damn set of tires? Who knows what else they forgot while working ON YOUR CAR. Bad service. One thing for sure, I aint coming back here again.

They fixed my sister car pretty quick.

I paid for a screw/nail to be plugged from my tire and when i got back to pay i asked the lady “Were you able to plug it” and she said Yes then the next day i saw the screw in the same tire and in the same spot

Got two used tires from this place. They put them both on front as my other tires were lower on tread. I had to have them switch tires on the rear because they ignored the bald tire I told them to replace and switched out another tire with better tread. Likely trying to be able to re-sell it later. One of the two tires they sold me busted the sidewall two days later. They are VERY adamant about their no warranty policy on their used tires. Do not go here if you can help it.

So I took in my car a few months back to get some after market springs installed and a few other things. They charged me close to 1300 for the whole time it was there, around a month and a half..and after all that it didnt come out good. It seems as their workers dont know how to align vehicles. Anyways bad experience.
