The staff were friendly, informative, and gave an accurate estimate for the time it would take to replace my phone battery. They pointed out a potential issue with the adhesive on the back panel of the phone and said to bring it in if it has issues. The the back panel has been loose since I got it back, but this hasnt been an issue since I always keep my phone in its case. I will be bringing it by to get that patched up.

I needed a special light bulb for the lights above my oven burners. I went to Walmart to find one, and was about to purchase the closest available bulb. I requested confirmation from the Walmart representative that the closest bulb would work.To the credit of the Walmart rep, she recommended that I go to this vendor instead.Sure enough, Batteries Plus Bulbs had the exact bulb I needed. From this point, I will be a regular patron of Batteries Plus Bulbs for all my needs.

This store is an awesome establishment! I have been doing business with them for the last 5 years. They go out of their way to help their customers. They will personally replace batteries on watches, cordless phones, gate remotes, and most anything that needs a battery. The products they use are first class and have a long shelf life. This is your choice for smartphone repair, price, service and quality. I truly expected their price to be higher than the other 2 places locally here in town. Turned out they were the lowest price and the work was exceptional. They went above and beyond to fix a Dent in the frame of the phone so the new screen fit water tight without charging me extra. After being caught under the tire of my truck a quarter of the screen was missing and the rest was shattered. Great place for random, weird batteries

Great place for ALL kinds of batteries and light bulbs. Now they even carry Duracel CAR batteries! I put one in my truck a couple months ago and I am really happy with it. Strength, price, warranty, it matches anything out there. And Duracel knows batteries. .....

I ordered the battery for my car on line, got a 10% discount for doing so. When I got to the store to pick it up the employee whisked me into a service bay and professionally installed my new battery in less than 10 to 15 minutes at no extra charge. Impressive, when so many businesses today are always adding on extra charges after the purchase. Plus, it didn’t hurt that the price for this battery was $121, versus 2 other bids from other battery suppliers who wanted $140 and $180, respectively for the same size battery.

They had my iPhone battery in stock and replaced it quickly. Apple and Best Buy couldnt do a thing for me.

Do not purchase a battery from this company. After just 10 months a cell in my battery went bad. Brought it in for a test and exchange under the warranty and was told that the owner doesnt allow this. That it would have to sit overnight and I would have to purchase a new one on my own until it was confirmed that it had a bad cell or to bring the car in to them. Please someone explain to me how to get your car to them if they have the battery and it wont crank because when you try to start the car the battery drops below 10v.

Dustin and the other guy upfront (sorry i didnt catch his name) were very upbeat and extremely customer service oriented which is hard to find now-a-days. Ive been to the Sparks store and I cant say the same. This store on Virginia is great and has a lot of variety! Im not gona lie, stuff is a bit overpriced, you could get most batteries for less than half the price online, but I do understand the convenience of buying in-store comes at a cost!😊

I can always find bulbs and batteries that I can’t find anywhere else here. The customer service is always great and they also work on cell phones they put in a battery and replace the screen on my cell phone it’s been two years still working right.

I would like to take a moment to recognize the OUTSTANDING customer service my husband and I received from Rob today!!! We were in a nearby parking lot and our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder wouldn’t start and we thought it was our battery. So, after googling what was nearby I walked to Batteries Plus Bulbs, told them my situation and next thing I know Rob hopped in his van loaded up a battery charger and jumper cables, gave me a ride back to my car and proceeded to help jump my vehicle...despite his efforts it wouldn’t start...he then got back in his van and drove back to the store to get a new car battery..still wouldn’t start...then he took my key fob back to the store and changed the battery and brought it back...still wouldn’t start...Rob was sooo nice and selfless to take time on a HOT day to help us get our car started. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the battery and we ended up having to have it towed...but we were sooo thankful for Rob, his time and efforts!!! He’s a super nice guy, very professional and runs a great business!! These guys are great . They seem to have every type of battery you want, including phone batteries. They are courteous but parking is tough.

They said they couldnt get the back off my Swiss Army watch and sent me on a wild-goose chase to different places to have it done none of them could do it so I went home and did it myself simple
