I humbly request Never going in this Shop. Cheap service, used or old manufacturing date’s equipment installed. Owner misbehave, when you going with complain. Very bad experience...You not remember me? Jensen vx7023... in six month, it is SD card slot become hot, system not work, after too much long discussion you tell me go out of my shop, you drag me outside. I also complain to Jensen company,. After than you call me and tell me I replace system, and You do it but it is again not work, I dont know you replace it on same system repair and fix it.. now again it dead. I pay you 900$ but it is waste... no doubt again I never coming back in your shop. I think I give my money in donation. God bless you...

So I purchased a set of speakers and then went to them to have em professionally installed and also bought the same speakers from them as well to make a full set. So I had to wait an extra day for my car to be ready which was not the problem however it would be good practice to make sure the deck you sold me prior to all of this would be a match and not blow the speakers within a couple day and at first all I got from them was oh those were the speakers you brought so dont bother going here ever again as I will install all my own items from now on as it seems as if there are no real professionals left in this town so sad to say. And btw the speakers that came from them failed less than a week later so cmon guys get with it and do your research thats wjat you were paid to do so I just wasted over 300 for junk service and parts

I spent 600 on what was supposed to be a “new” stereo. The stereo was used, it didn’t even have a remote. The box said a different serial number from what the strep was. Bluetooth stoped working exactly a year after so I couldn’t even take it back. Since I got the stereo installed screen would go black but Bluetooth still worked. Worst 600 dollars ever spent. I don’t recommend this place.

Both these guys are honest, genuine people. Service was fast. Edgar made sure to give me a fair price on everything. I went in with my broken subwoofer, and they immediately found me a new one and diagnosed what caused it so it wouldnt happen again. They acknowledged I was a student, so they made me a deal with me and wouldnt let me leave without being 110% satisfied with a smile on my face. After all that, they insisted on giving me a ride home while they worked on my car. Definitely would recommend to a friend!!

I recommend this shop for any car audio issues- Edgar was helpful, honest, and I had my radio fixed in a very short amount of time (despite just dropping by).Initially I visited this business to get a recommendation on how to fix my antenna adapter (to the back of my radio). Edgar looked at it and explained, in fine detail, what exactly the issue was. Additionally, he explained how I would need to fix it. He then offered to fix it for a set price (which he did not change as some repair businesses do) and his business fixed it in 1 hour.

So happy I came here to get my car stereo installed. Ive had always gone to Best Buy for car stereos and installations. Thinking they know what they are talking about. Well Best Buy sold me a car stereo that only lasted me a few weeks. went back to Best Buy and they wouldnt exchange it for me or refund my money even though the stereo has a one year warranty. I had to go through Sony customer services and they mailed me another stereo (that still only lasted me a few days this time). Went to Best Buy and they charged me to check if the stereo was working and unstalled the stereo. Best Buy was always way to busy to install the newer stereo. My friend recommend this place and they got me in right away. I still had problems with the Sony stereo(not infinity car audio fault). Even though Sony Stereo suck ass Infinity car audio made it easier for me. After the fourth exchange with Sony I end up buying a different stereo from infinity car audio and it is the best thing Ive bought for my car. I was really thinking my car was a fault but my car stereo is still working! Love this place I will come back.

Seriously so glad to find this place. Tried going to audio express and they were going to rip me off. Top notch customer service, honest service, extremely fair pricing and a job well done. Ended up charging $35 instead of the $300 audio express was going to charge. Come here! Not anywhere else.

They half did the job left stuff incomplete, lied and said my items were coming but I still have yet to see them.i still have items the owner had laying around. The owner Edgar is a liar and a cheat. If you ask me theres illegal stuff happening here.

These guys took care of my broken car stereo 2 weeks ago on little to no notice. They upgraded everything perfectly, nothing lose or falling out. Also fixed a side problem I was having with the dash electrical. Highly recommended!

Wow what a great shop this is. I want to start off with how good of work they did. They installed a sub and amp into my 99 4Runner and did a miraculous job. They went above and beyond to make sure it looked good, and everything was hidden (amp, wires). They also said the wiring I bought was the wrong gauge and instead of making me pay for a new wiring kit, they cut me some of their own to make sure I didnt have to pay for a new wiring kit. Next I want to talk about the pricing of the install....it was the cheapest I have ever seen. The reasonable pricing and the great experience ontop of the quality work makes this the go to car audio shop in all of Reno.

Went in a little late to get my subwoofer installed and purchased an amp as well and they stayed after closing to finish my car up overall amazing experience super clean wiring, even set up my Eq and set up all the high and lows. Good business definitely will be back again

Had work done elsewhere lets just say it wasnt done right... I brought it over to Infinity Audio and now my systems bumps right.(yeahboy) Definitely well be going back. There a great audio shop, top-notice work and they just dont hook stuff up and send you on you way. They hook it up and explain whats going on with your system to the T for your optimum performances..when in doubt just ask they got a great friendly, knowledgeable staff, you cant go wrong with these guys....Best shop in Reno hands down.. Hell best Audio shop I been to point-blank-period

I had a alot of stuff put in my 2017 Nissan. Versa whe it was band new and they did good and every today I had to check out because their radio blow out on me and when I got a radio put in somewhere else they told they mess up your wiring and stuff so they be doing bad wring over there so be careful and check their work

I had my stereo installed by them 6 months ago and it stopped working a few weeks after it was installed. I called to tell them and they would always insist not calling me back so I never had an appointment until I came in persin to get one. They then fixed it, said the issue wasnt their fault, and charged me. Now Ive spent $400+ here and I still dont have a working stereo. They either are very dishonest or really bad at their jobs. Either way I would never give them business again.

Definitely the worst audio shop in Reno. I had an appointment and drove 30 minutes out of my way and they disregarded it and didn’t even try to help me.Horrible experience
