If you love video games, Game Stop is that place.I do want to add.... All GameStops really need to have some chairs for the parents and or grandparents to sit and wait while the gamer/gamers shop. Because it does take awhile to search for that perfect game.

I use to work for this company when i was first out of highschool, fun job at first. But now I just get to enjoy it as a customer which I really enjoy.

I like this game stopits in a nice spot not too far from everything and its as nice as a GameStop gets

This store is a total joke. Employees are clueless to what they are doing and have no customer service skills. Dont try to order anything from them they will sell it to others and then say they didnt know who it belonged to. And their customer service number is also useless. Stay clear of this store

Just a useless store to wait in line to get the answer you never want to hear if you waiting for the new X or PS before anything more game related. Sorry if I am Toxic but this leaves me on PC Overwatch so excuse the bitterness! Skip it and get a Pretzel with Cheese !nstead!

Have lots of great stuff to look at, didnt have what we needed but they were really helpful all the same.

Worst GameStop Ive been to. It has problems keeping the shelves stocked. Service sucks. Theyre always on their cell phones.

Barren shelves a plenty! Super low stock on everything, sold out games placed on shelves so they can offer to order it for you, barely any clothing, accessories, or collectibles outside of funkos. The game stop facelift isnt working.

Just called and asked if they had any PS4 controllers in stock and they said yes. Drove here all the way from Carson just for them to tell me they don’t have any 🥴

Place is organized and clean. All staff is super friendly and helpful. They put their consoles on bundles to upsell u stuff but if you think about it, you need those add-ons anyways... Im happy with my switch, the extra game, case and screen protector and protection plans. Thank you.

I am somewhat disappointed I paid insurance for a controller I wont be able to get get one to play for about 2 to 3 weeks

Checked with us directly after we entered to see if we needed assistance finding anything. We were buying a gift card for a gift exchange. We were in and out in under 5 minutes.

I often come here to purchase stuff for my son. The times I go in without him, the staff are so helpful! They are extremely knowledgeable on all the products they sell! Ive never left disappointed. Super friendly as well! I actually like coming in, because I know that everyone will help me find what I need!

Very busy place. Workers pay attention to everything just like they should. They have great workers and they know about what is being sold. You can ask them questions about something and they know what you are talking about. You can exchange, get a down on a game set to release. They also know about the older games. They have some really great stuff for ideas on presents for family or friends. We go several times some months.

What a sad state gamestop stores are in these days. Such a poor selection of games, new and used. The employee working there was friendly enough.

This GameStop has ppl behind the register that may be knowledgeable about what they are selling, they just have a tendency to have a bit of a long line going whilst not helping anyone because they are too busy talking amongst themselves for no apparent reason... They do have a pretty good selection considering how small the store is.

Very knowledgeable people about every game an accessories at decent prices. I always check here before any place else because if its gently used and still high quality function you get a lower price all cause its opened package

Always very helpful. Super busy most times and almost always a wait, but the fact they smile and help each and every customer as best and quickly yet efficiently as possible is worth the time spent here.

As a parent, I just love the Game Stop staff! My kids love gaming and they save their money to buy games and accessories. When the kids get tired of stuff (or break it), they sell it. Game Stop staff always patiently works with the kids whether they are selling or buying. They are as friendly and respectful with my 11 year old as they are with me. They totally understand how important these transactions are to the kids. That goes a long way with me - we are loyal customers.

I went in to get a switch but I also wanted pink joycons. They helped me find them from another state calling multiple stores. Very happy with the service.

A good place to find used and new games and gaming consoles. The employees try to push warranty and membership sales way too hard. How many times does person need to say no?

GameStop itself really hasnt changed and they still are the best place to go to buy used games however their prices are so high now that you can save a whole lot of money by buying the games brand new on Amazon and I know they will price match some things unfortunately thats only for people who know to do it and the parents and kids who dont know the difference will end up paying a huge penalty for buying there however congregate and Game Informer are still great products

Extremely over crowded. Besides that fact that they won’t open up another cash register the staff can be helpful and do not hesitate to come up to you. On some days,depending on the person working and mood of the day, you can revive a mildly bad type of service.

The guy employee we worked with was really cool and helpful, the woman employee was horribly rude and purposefully made things harder for the guy who was working with us. Watch out for the female employee who dresses like a little punk rock Justin Bieber wannabe with guages in her ears.

The staff was very helpful and they had everything I was looking for!

I like shopping here and the selection is great..only problem i have is when you tell the sales person that your just browsing and dont need help..thats when they should leave you alone for a few minutes, not stand right next to and question you over and over. Ended up walking out because of being over pressured by sales person.

The staff is friendly, and they always help out when you need it. Although, games are way too expensive, but thats not a problem with just this one gamestop its a problem with all gamestops
