They had air conditioning so it wasnt too hot. Has awesome merch and I go there to get my fix. I will sometimes shop online too so the site is good too. 10/10

I went into this store for the first time ever and I absolutely love it. Theres so much stuff and I met another fan person there.

My grandchild loves this place. I have to admit, its a fun place to browse.

I have never had a bad experience here. Above && beyond customer service. Like most stores it can get crowded. They have their rock && metal merchandise however the rest of the products are anime && pop culture && they have a little of everything which is awesome. Constantly having buy one get one half off occasionally buy one get one free. Of you dont see anything in the store or cant find it there they have the buy online ship to store option. All about the Music

Hot topic has definitely changed over the years. Still a good place for shirts. Good luck if youre bigger than 2xl though.

Everyone was so helpful and nice! It was my babies first time in Hot Topic and since its forever been my favorite store...I wanted to commemorate the moment and asked the staff if theyd be willing to take a picture with my daughter. They said yes and I couldnt be happier!! The only reason theres not 5 stars is due to the fact that the tshirt and sweatshirt sales arent applicable to the hot cash.

Its like they never have any good stuff in the stores anymore I only go to Zumiez now

The employees customer service inside the store was excellent, but if you get there credit card, and the customer service that you have to talk to on the phone 1 star if any.

The service is amazing. Everyone is willing to help, and it is just a place that you don’t have to be afraid to look weird or odd. No one cares at hot topic. The selection is great for goths, gays, and people who love rock and roll.

When I am in Reno I always shop at Hot Topic in Meadowood Mall

Pretty cool people and pretty chill as well. Not only that but they make you feel safe in there and its pretty chill inside as well as comfortable, well a bit tight in space but still comfortable.

They have a lot of cool stuff.

Me and my family love shopping in Hot Topic unfortunately we spend money on a sweet shirt that had not got all the way stitched up, It was very unfortunate, And did not realize it until a few days after Christmas so I could not get it switched out.

Didnt find what I wanted. Employees were friendly & helpful.

Great t-shirt selection

Great customer service. Every employee is willing to pull products down without complaining when a customer only wants to see what sizes they have. They are very friendly and keep the store cleaned and organized every moment they get and they keep the dressing room empty at all times. They are great and patient with children and adults at all times as well.

The place is okay a bit small but what it lack in size they make up in variety with a friendly staff that is always willing to help.

I love this store. They are very nice people and they have a great variety of things I love. Not a store for every taste but the people who dont like it do not have to go there. It is a bit pricey but you can find bargains and sales and get hot cash for future visits.

I shop here all the time! I buy most of my clothes here and get trinkets and other awesome stuff here. Its one of my absolute favourite stores

I absolutely love shopping at this Hot Topic location. Everybody that works here is very friendly and they always greet me by name. And I love the sales here they are awesome. Ive gotten a lot of the same items Ive seen on Amazon for a lot less. And if they dont have an item Im looking for they have ordered it for me it was sent to my home.

This store has great customer service ever time I shop there. Recently I went in and was greeted right away by a gal with short hair and asked if I was shopping for anything in particular. When I told her I was browsing, I was given a few promos that were running in the store. I was checked up on multiple times by the two ladies working and they had a great attitude the whole time. At the cash wrap they informed me of any coupons I had and helped me save even more! This is by far the friendliest Hot Topic I have been to and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for anything pop culture related!

Service in this store has drastically improved. It went from being dull and forced to effortless and actually plesant. Thank you for helping this improve my experience in the store. The shop is too crowded and if it were larger, the experience would be 100×s better.

So different from when I was a kid in the 80s. Still a really cool place to check out. Tons of shirts, body jewelry and awesome gifts.

Great spot. They carry things from many different shows and movies as well. My wife likes to watch the TV show Supernatural and Im a huge WWE fan. They have many things from both shows. Definitely a different kind of place to check out if you have never been there.

So I Saw a lot of bad reviews but this hot topic is the best hot topic all of the staff are very kind and the stuff they sell are cool and really good Quality. 10/10

Very trendy, caters to teen & young adult crowd. Good selection of pop culture clothing, accessories & items. I buy Funko Pops. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make sure I find what I want.

Went to the kiosk outside of the store and was given false information resulting in me waiting for over a hour in line to find out that I was lied to, and they did not have the gift I had waited for.

The store is absolutely amazing, and the products r beyond that! The only bad thing that I have is they r not very transgender-friendly as rather than seeking a gender neutral way of addressing a person they go based on what they saw... which hurt my feelings in the long run. But I would still recommend them for the best shopping in town!

Hot Topic is a great place to find unique accessories. Also great for Disney items and clothing. Best part, I found Lisa Frank shirts!!

This is Hot Topic. Never walk in unless you want to spend money and regret it later. The mall is a fallacy, and Hot Topic has never been more in-the-noise as it is now. Its lame, but they have neat useless stuff. 5 stars all day long!

I go to all STARBUCKS 3 to 5 times a week. Whether i am in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington,NEVADA. I like the atmosphere and the employees who pay attention to you the customer. YES they know my name every wair I go.

Reluctantly helpful staffUpdate: down from 3 to 1 stars. Went to pick up an online order that UPS said was delivered but staff didnt want to look for the box in the back room. Employee said they wouldnt be able to check it in for another 3 days (or more, whenever they were able to get to it) No more shopping at this store or online any more. Terrible, unhelpful staff.

Expensive but the items here are worth it. They have t-shirts that are impossible to find anywhere else. They have some exclusive Pops! and the staff is always friendly and happy to help.

Most products from Hot Topic are really good. Be cautious about buying the jewlery, can fall apart (a few products I ordered fell apart within the second use; choker, earrings, necklace, etc.. The clothing, however, is really good. Ive ordered a few clothing items that were really good. I hope this helped you. ^^
