My car was broken into overnight. I called Custom Glass the next morning and Eric called me back within 20 minutes. He had the replacement window ordered by 9 am, fit me in same day, and by 2 pm I had a new car window. Eric and everyone at Custom Glass was communicative and efficient. They also had good prices and I felt great about the work they did. It sucks to have a car window broken and stuff stolen. I cant thank them enough for how great they were to work with.

I needed them to make a glass panel. They went out and measured. It took Darcy 3 weeks just to get me an estimate when they finally called me back they gave me a completely different estimate (not what I need) then they said I needed to reschedule a new appt. No apologies and no solution to expedite the process.

Absolutely awful company. A sheet of glass flew off the back of one of their trucks and completely engulfed my new car with glass. If it would have hit someone on a motorcycle it could have killed them. We could not get the driver to pull over. We have serious paint damage to our car now. The company said they are not responsible for the glass or garage that came off their truck and hit our car causing tons of tiny paint chips.

Ordered 3 shelves for a hutch I just bought. Called in the order. Kevin offered to have someone come out to take the measurements, but I felt comfortable enough to do it myself. I emailed the dimensions. I received an email back confirming my measurements and asking legitimate questions. Within a couple of days I got a call saying the shelves were done. Drove over to pick them up. They turned out perfect! Kevin, Sally, and Kaley were great. Easy to work with, and the end result was outstanding.

I recently purchased A used vehicle and the passenger front window did not work properly. I took it to Eric at custom glass to find out what was wrong with it. Eric called me back and told me that the Window regulator motor was overheating and that was my problem and he could only find me a used one for $250, And the whole job would cost me A little over $400. I declined the repair thinking that was a little high of an Estimate, And then I was charged $50 for a diagnosis. So I went online and bought a new motor and Window Regulator for $80.Took it to a friends shop we pulled the door apart and the window was not on the regulator Guides, And the window was just sitting in there loose. The motor was never the problem, We put the window back in the guides put everything back Together and the window worked perfectly. 3 weeks later and it works perfect. I feel that I was taken for my $50 diagnostic, and very thankful that I did not pay the $400 for them to fix my window. I will never go back to the shop again or recommend it to anyone I know

I had a chip in my windshield and the Fast Glass staff was awesome at squeezing me in at the end of the day. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Not only were they friendly on the phone and when I got there, but after I got halfway home, I realized they had not only repaired my windshield so quickly, but they also cleaned the inside of my windshield that had been slobbered on by my dog! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Got my car smashed into on Friday the 13th and was actually able to get a appointment with Custom Glass that day and get everything taken care or they did a great job and finished up by making sure any broken glass was cleaned out and vacuumed up. Will definitely keep them in mind if I need the service again

They really make u feel like a real life low class peasant and like your not good enough. AFTER you sign the papers and they secure the job. They also told me 3 hours, I call 4 and a half hours later and they say my vehicle is not ready yet so I decide to just pull up and wait until they are finished and I see my truck in a totally different parking lot already finished so I go in they tell me to sit down some Mexican lady just walks over to the counter and says very rudely sign these papers and I just leave with no type of instructions, Etc and practically no goodbye just pretty much with the Vibe get out $250 later and didnt even give me a damn receipt. Unprofessional!

So far Im not very impressed with them at this time. In 2 days it will be a month they have had my down payment which is substantial and Im the one calling them to find out whats the holdup. This morning I called again and the lady said her manager is the one that did the order and she was not in yet and she would have to be the one to check on it.I dont have a good feeling about this.2661I do think they will do a good job if I can get my order. Im just not impressed with customer service.
