Found this place when I was looking for a nice relaxing chill spot to meet with girlfriends and this little gem did not disappoint. Tasty food & wine. We have a good time.

Sweet wine bar in a strip mall. Not as much oil selection as Big Horn, but at lease this place is open on Sundays.

One of the only places in Reno where you can refill a glass bottle of Olive Oil or Vinegar. Incredible vinegar infusions, since so delicious I pour them directly on ice cream. I use their mild to robust olive oil blends for cooking, salad dressings, marinades, and anything else. The staff is rad and super friendly. They also do wine tasting, which I havent tried yet, its on my list. With wine tasting they offer different charcuterie plates and other miscellaneous appetizers. I love this place.

We are new to Reno and really miss the olive oil store we used to shop at.Although Whole Foods does have some nice olive oils, I really like to keep my pantry stocked with a variety of the more unusual flavors. I told the owner what I was looking for and she knew exactly what to pour for us to sample.While we were tasting we became a little hungry so we ordered the bruschetta appetizer and wine. The shop is beautifully decorated in Tuscan colors of sage, rusts, with a beautiful stone fireplace. Guys, this is the place to take your girl for a romantic date!

What a great place! Lots of delicious food items for gifting and the olive oils and vinegars are outstanding. So much fun to taste before buying, and trying different combinations of oil & vinegar. To top it off, you can sit at the bar or a cozy table and have wine or beer and order small bites to share or enjoy all to yourself. I definitely will be going back!

Wow, this place is fabulous! The staff was as amazing as the food and wine. The place was empty that night so it felt like we were just visiting friends that happen to serve tasty bites! I had the house mimosa with orange oil and citrus balsamic I believe. Never had anything like it! Super tasty!

We Olive is one of my favorite spots to go in Reno. They have a great wine selection and delicious small plates. My favorite is the cheese plate. I get it almost everytime I go there. Cant go wrong with wine and cheese. Whether you go by yourself for a glass of wine or with a friend you will always get great service. Plus I love their selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to use at home. They will let you sample them to find the one you like best. Next time your looking for a place to have a nice glass of wine and be surrounded by friendly people definitely check this place out!

Absolutely love We Olive & Wine Bar! Alysia, the owner, is so helpful. We (my fiance and I) love their olive oil and balsamic so we decided to take advantage of their custom label program and use them for our favors at our wedding. On top of just the gourmet food products they offer, there is a boutique wine bar and food menu in the back of the store. Alysia and her staff made some awesome food and wine pairings for us while we were there. We are picking up our wedding favors next week and couldnt be more excited. We will be back for more food, wine, and EVOO!

I was headed to my favorite store (World Market) as I looked over and saw We Olive & Wine Bar. I thought what the heck, I’d pop in to see what the place had to offer, not realizing at the time it would later become one of my favorite spots to meet some friendly people in a peaceful space to decompress. The owner Alysia is incredibly knowledgeable about her olive oils, wine list, and menu that often times has new items listed to pair with a glass of vino in hand. Alysia and her punctual staff genuinely want to make sure you are satisfied with what you ordered. Oh, and did I mention the olive oil and vinegar pairings you can sample that will have your taste buds dancing?! I highly recommend stopping in to experience the eclectic variety of oils and wines this hidden treasure has to offer!

I have visited We Olive many times and what I enjoy the most is the feeling that I am no longer in a bustling city and that I am relaxing in a wine bar far away! The wine selection is extensive and the fact that I can order 4 “samples” of different wines allows me to experiment without having to pay for a full glass. The menu items are great flavors and fresh ingredients. I really love the green olives on the menu (I won’t even try to spell the name!). If alone I sit at the bar and always meet interesting people. If I want some private time I sit at a table and I continue to have great service. Besides the fresh food and well balanced wines We Olive has some vinegars and olive oils that I give as gifts and collect for my own home. It is free to try the vinegar and oil so make sure not to miss out in that part of this specialty wine bar.

Fun place good food and wine. Just next to a cigar place so couldnt sit out side even though it was a beautiful day. Small and intimate.

If you havent heard of this place yet you need to try it! Great atmosphere, nice crowd of people inside (mostly high powered women and the like). So many choices for beer and wine. I had a Pigeon Head IPL and my friend had a Pinot Gris--both were great. The food was excellent. The service was great--the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Jordan was our bartender and this guy was awesome took great care of us. Overall this place was classy, comfortable, and a fun time. We will definitely be going back!

First time here, and you really need to try their Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette.

I had such a lovely time at the incredible We Olive yesterday!!! This recently opened olive oil boutique and wine bar is awesome and a great addition to Reno! They carry unique products like fine olive oils, vinegars, salts, peppers, sauces, etc. The owner has incorporated a wine bar that offers many delectable wines, refreshing beers and decadent champagnes!! To pair with the drinks you can order tasty cheeses and savory hors Doeuvers!!! Take a little trip in to this place, located in Reno on S. Virginia St. Next to World Market. Youll be happy you did! Friendly staff too! I keep going back and refilling my collection of different olive oils!! (You get a discount when you recycle your bottles and refill them with more yummy flavors!)

Great olive oils and vinegar, very friendly staff. I have yet to sit and enjoy food and wine, but to get oil and vinegar to go its quite nice.

Fun little shop to taste a great variety of California wines and olive oils. Great small bites too!

We love this place, wonderful atmosphere,i drop in for a regular draft or glass of regional wine and it doesnt matter who helps the staff or the owner all the best service. great food and gift ideas.... you will meet the nicest people there... My favorite is Thirsty Thursdays....sshhhhh..

Love this little place. I had the salami panini to eat there and got a caprese panini to go. They were both excellent and came with a really good side salad.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lunch was amazing. Well priced for easily the best quality in Reno.

I Olive this experience! Staff exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and had us exploring possibilities that were definitely unique and FUN! Glad we tried something NEW and I now have 3 bottles on my counter that are used all the time while we cook our everyday meals - thank you for a wonderful experience!I have walked into many a winery where they have olive oil tasting samples laid out and after a few my tummy feels like I swigged directly out of my vegetable oil bottle and ugggghhh what the heck was I thinking YUCKA MOLA - nothing tastes right and the experience looses its shiny luster LOL.So when I came across the We Olive & Wine Bar Groupon for Wine Tasting with Olive Oil (came with choice of sparkling, white, and red 1.5-ounce wine tasting then fromage flatbread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar pairings and finally a take-home of our choice between 12.75-ounce bottle of extra virgin olive oil or balsamic vinegar) - I thought heres an opportunity to do it the right way and I was definitely NOT disappointed.Had to leave messages on a voicemail a few times but once we chatted with the staff we set up our tasting and they even had availability that met our schedule for driving in from Carson City - thank you for accommodating us. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted and sat immediately, this store is warm and inviting like you have come in to your friends home. There is plenty for you to peruse around and take in with knick knacks and snacks to take home for gifts for family and friends or for yourself after you are done with your tasting or a relaxing time with hubby, gal pals or friends.We started off with a brief tutorial of what was to be our journey of our tasting and off we went - we started with the Olive Oil and Balsamic tasting with my husband and I having our favorites right out the gate both choosing milder olive oils and balsamic as opposed to adventurous ones since we were there looking for something to cook with our everyday meals but hey to each his own, you may be looking for something a bit more bold. Our hostess brought out our wines and each had their own unique flavors and where they hit our palates and for the sparkling wine she surprised us by placing an olive oil in it to completely change the flavor all together - I mean who woulda thunk to explore something so uniquely wonderful like that ummmm We Olive & Wine Bar thats who LOL.Our journey continued and I have to say that we complete got lost in the time we were there with our fabulous hostess - SHE ROCKED! We ended up ordering additional food off their wonderful menu Prosciutto-Wrapped Dates w/blood orange balsamic - can you say Devilishly Divine!! And of course I couldnt help but take home not just the bottle of my choice per the groupon but 2 others and FYI if you clean your bottle and bring it back you can refill it again and again - WAHOOO!! I am totally in for Olive Oil and Balsamic that doesnt have all that funk from those other brands.Get down here with or without a Groupon, bring your significant other, your bestie, or a group of friends and definitely do a tasting you will have an appreciation for Olive Oil and Balsamic tasting and be sure to try some of their amazing creations off of their menu. Oh and one more inside secret, our host played some pretty cool tones that we now play at home - Pandoras Sunday Fun Day Brunch - cool tunes that will have you tapping your toes and singing along - thank you We Olive & Wine Bar see you in a 1/2 bottle!!
