Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t know much about hot tubs so he explained everything and showed us the ones he thought would fit our needs plus work on a balcony. He kept us informed on when it would be delivered and he did all the arrangements with the crane guys. The tub had to be lifted over our house onto the deck. Everything went very smoothly and now we are really enjoying our hot tub.

This was a first time purchase for us. Scott Gettings took the time to explain to us how to use and care for the spa by walking us through the process. On delivery day their driver had a family emergency so Scott used his personal vehicle to deliver our spa. He spent 2 hours with us setting it up and showing us again how to operate it. This is true customer services. I would highly recommend purchasing from them as their customer service is outstanding. Also in the months since our delivery we have received several follow calls to see how we like our unit and if there were any problems.

Dan was very knowledgeable and never pressured us once to purchase. He took as long as necessary to make sure we found the RIGHT hot tub and not just a hot tub.After delivery and a couple years of absolute enjoyment we had a heater go out. His service support Andrew came out and remedied it quickly and was incredibly kind and helpful. We had him return for a full spa cleaning and he made it look like it was right off the showroom floor. I am never one to leave reviews, but this whole operation deserves recognition!

They charged my wrong card and didnt meet their delivery window which really put me out as I was waiting for 5 hours. However, theyve got tubs in stock and have a great dog on the showroom floor. The bathroom was fairly unkempt and had low quality TP, but it is a private bathroom so you get it to yourself.

I dont write reviews often, but our experience at the Hot Tub Superstore definitely deserves one. We had been considering a hot tub purchase for several months. We shopped at several other retailers but were turned off by the ridiculous prices & extremely long wait times for delivery - up to 4-5 months. Apparently, there is a huge demand for home improvement items & seems like most hot tub retailers are taking advantage of the demand & overpricing their tubs. We even considered The Home Depot, but really wanted to have the convenience & reliability of a local dealer. I dont think the prices at Hot tub Superstore could be beat. Both Dan & John were knowledgeable & never pushy. We had chosen a model & had a delivery set but just shortly before the scheduled delivery, we changed our mind & went with a higher model. They accommodated the change without any issues, they even had the tub delivered within 4 days of the original delivery date. I think weve been in it every day & have thoroughly enjoyed our choice. My family and I were in a pretty serious accident and have been through the gauntlet of doctor appointments to the point where their treatments weren’t really helping anymore. We started looking into hot tubs because my experience with hydrotherapy in the past was nothing short of amazing so I figure for treatment purposes we can look into getting one. What a great surprise to find these guys and purchase a spa through them. Unlike a lot of the bigger stores with a lot of advertising HTS was just listed as a hot tub supplier so we dropped in late on a Sunday. Aaron was on it right away with great knowledge about the industry as a whole and his product line. We bought an American Whirlpool spa the next day after doing some research. AW(MAAX) spas are a great value compared to the big name brands. The owner Dan was a walking encyclopedia of spa knowledge. I also respect that he was a fellow veteran. The installation guys were fast and efficient. Mike from Briggs electric was also great to work with. All-in-all a great experience.

We were looking around for hot tub covers getting prices and time frame. Ended up getting our cover here price was not as cheap but told turn around time would be 4 weeks. Called at 4 weeks and was told 5 weeks now. Then my husband called and he was told 6 to 7 weeks. Now going on 2 days shy of 8 weeks and am able to get my product. When asked why we were told 4 weeks when it has been double that. Was told it got delayed, I said you couldnt even bother to call and tell us that, his response was we got busy. Like us as customers dont matter cause you already got our money. I asked what they were going to do about it and was offered some chemicals. Just a phone call would of been nice. Never do business with someone who cant reach out to you and let you know things got slowed down.

In the groups, because of the pandemic people where taking Months even a year out in getting their tub delivered. This scared me but when we purchased from here, we received our hot tub within a matter of DAYS! I was blown away! Very pleased with our purchase of Vita Spa Prestige. These are major investments and are not cheap, but we got a good deal. Showroom is not fancy, which is probably why we got such a good deal! Owner Dan is straightforward and knowledgable, and salesperson Jonathan was terrific. He guided us through an often bewildering variety of spas and always quickly responsed to emails to our numerous questions. Getting it in the yard was a real challenge, and cost a bit more, but they were able to do it...excellent job. And a bonus was they had it in stock; at some other places the wait would have been a few months. There are a lot of hot tub places in Reno and if you need to give Hot Tub Superstore a serious look.

My wife and myself were looking all over for the right spa. Every place we went it was like are you kidding... Last resort we called Dan at hot tub superstore expecting a are you kidding, Dan said come on in. From the start he was very personal and ( shock) he had spas in stock. Wow. He made us feel great about the spas and took time to explain every thing. We felt very good about our perchance and the company that made it Maax R70. The delivery was a day early witch was great but the 2 guys that set it in place were awesome. And took great care in moving it in place. The spa it self is 2nd to none. With everything that is included well cant be better. The Bluetooth stereo is amazing. The sound is better then some house speakers I have heard. Overall this has been a great experience all the way around.

Very uncomfortable high pressure sales experience at Hot Tub Superstore. Sales person was knowledgeable on product but wouldnt answer simple yes/no questions. They obviously make money on volume not relationships. Unpleasant experience, planning to buy somewhere else, even if it costs a little more.

I hired this company in October. I said I did not want to be the guy stuck in May with every pool service in the city in Reno booked for half the summer. Well that is exactly what happened, They gave me no warning. In february I could have hired somebody else. In March I could have hired somebody else. In April I could have hired somebody else. But they did not give me the opportunity to hire somebody else. May came and I have an empty pool and nobody in this town will speak to me as their schedules are totally full just as predicted.
