Amazing Ice Cream! My wife has a dairy Allergy so it was amazing to have a dairy free option. Fast service and tons of options.

The icecream was prepared then and there, yummy and delicious 😋. I feel like due to the construction thats going on has caused some less lines, less waiting time, and I dont see too many people going in. The construction has blocked this beautiful icecream store. Having an icecream and a Riverwalk is really awesome. They have different flavors but highly recommend to add more.

I went in and said I like chocolate. Nest thing she was making me a cup of absolute delishesnes. It was freezing outside and I still sat and enjoyed every spoonful. If that aint an endorsement, nothing is.

I went to Rolled Mountain Creamery expecting some ice cream magic. It turned out the trick involved turning three Oreos and a half cup of cream into $9 out of my wallet. I found the ice cream overly sweet, strangely crisp and certainly not worth the cost. It was cool watching how they made it though. An experience best viewed through the window.

Good ice cream shop. Good menu flavors, although you can also build your own. Offers the choice of either a dairy or vegan coconut milk base, so good for those that need to avoid dairy.

I love the environment at Rolled! It’s fun and the ice cream is delicious. I appreciate that they have coconut milk as a base for all those non-dairy lovers. The girl who made mine was named T and she was super friendly and made my ice cream look so good! Can’t wait to go back again!

Ive been to your shop twice the first time it was great, loved the ice cream and the quality. The second time I believe I was at the newer location and the staff on duty was outside on the seats playing around but when they noticed that we were there they greeted us and went inside to help us. The girl helping us was nice and made the ice cream well however the whipped cream on top was curdled and was odd which was upsetting because I loved the whipped cream the first time especially with the cherries. Meanwhile there was a young man flipping the spatula you use to roll the ice cream and dropping it and just playing around. I feel that if there had been and owner or manager there it would have been a lovely experience like the first time. I will definitely come back again because the quality is there I just happened to come during a bad time I suppose.

This place has some of the best ice cream, fastest service and nicest staff that I have experienced in a while! Easy quick bite of dessert for good prices located right on the river walk in this quaint alley near midtown Reno. Family friendly environment or date night, this place is a must when visiting or exploring new places in Reno!

This is a cute shop tucked away right next to a good coffee shop and Dorindas chocolates, so you really get a bit of everything in the area. Tasty ice cream but I wasn’t blown over the top. Service was very friendly. A bit pricey for what you get but everything sits right at $7.50. Lots of good options and accommodating for different dietary preferences. Not a lot of room in the place but a lot of nice outdoor seating and good parking in the area. Definitely a fun treat by the river!

Had a good experience and it is really yummy. Prices reflect are a little high, but it is a novelty treat. Terrific out door setting. Get an ice cream in the shade of large trees, walk the Truckee river and enjoy the company of your sweetheart or friends.

So delicious! We actually had to come back here again a day after! We are visiting Reno for an event and were looking for a good place to grab dessert! We loved the experience and the taste of the rolled ice cream! Definitely recommend next time you’re in Reno!

RMC is a nice place to go if you’re wandering along the Truckee river or strolling around downtown. Located in a great area to sit back and relax with outdoor seating and tree shade, it makes a great afternoon treat on a hot day. The actual rolled ice cream is very creamy and satisfying to eat, they charge $7.50 for anything pretty much, and it is a fair amount of ice cream so I’d consider it a good value! They could maybe get more toppings and have quicker service but it was still good.

It was great but I feel like they use to mix in a lot of choiced toppings, the current selection seemed extremely small for a higher end ice cream shop. Still very yummy

The vegan ice cream is so good!!! So was the dairy based ice cream. But usually when I get vegan ice cream, its too hard. Here, it is wonderful. The atmosphere is also lovely :)There is plenty of parking and outdoor seating near the hub roasters and all about that area.They had good topping and flavor options also.

The place is tucked away, from the road you will see a restaurant and a coffee shop, its in the middle of that little sorta island area, far back door in the ally. The place is well lit at night, very inviting, so dont beware for that reason.The ice cream is made using liquid cream spread out on a chilled surface, you may have seen similar gimmicks elsewhere or on social media. The mixing and rolling of the ice cream gives it texture not unlike hand packed ice cream, very light and airy. If you like that youll like this. They had a lot of options for both ice cream and toppings. You get a sizable bowl, but of course, like hand-packed, enough of it is empty space for it to not overfill you. Definitely a pro unless ice cream is your whole meal plan. Its a bit pricey as a result of all this, though.Inside is a bit cramped when busy. Not much can be done about it, but its worth mentioning.

I have lots of good things to say about rolled. First off, the staff here is one of the best staffs Ive come across in Reno. Every single time Ive visited, they go beyond and are just so friendly. They have a lot of uniquely delicious flavors. I havent tried them all but trust me, I will. Every time someone has come to visit me here in Reno, we go to rolled.

Wow, this place has great icecreams and its a super tiny and cozy place to hangout with your friends after a long walk through Idlewild Park. Keep in mind that they dont allow to use the restrooms.

I really really want to like this place. It looks super tasty and its a neat idea. I was disappointed with my first attempt at trying their ice cream though. The person before me got a lemon and mint something or other in their ice cream. I was up next and got the sea salt caramel. It looked super delicious. Then I took a bite. It tasted almost entirely like lemon with a tad bit of mint flavoring. Definitely not what I was expecting or looking forward to (maybe I should also mention that I really really dont like lemon flavor). I dont know if the pan didnt get cleaned between the two orders or what, but overall I was pretty disappointed. A shame because it was not a cheap endeavor either.Edit: in response to Rolleds reply. I visited the location Sunday, November 1st at about 8:15 PM. There was no one in line behind us so no need for the server to rush. The gentleman serving me was friendly so that was good at least.

Great to watch this unique ice cream being made. I had the the Peanut Butter Bomb, and it was very good. I do wish I had tried a vanilla to get get an idea if the true quality of the ice cream.

Yummy and delicious! You must come check it out for yourself. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake and it was the best Ive had. I also grabbed a free chocolate pumpkin pie sample and purchased a peanut butter bomb chocolate piece. Extremely good.

Girls hair was in the food, they didnt add all the add on that came with the special, and didnt ask what kinda milk we wanted. Not happy had to throw it out after the second bite.

We just tried 4 flavors and they all tasted like the poor quality ice milk that is served at all you can eat buffets (except there you can add more toppings). The lemon was not tart and the flavor was barely there. If youre looking for ice cream even the 7-11 will leave you less disappointed AND you wont be out $8 a serving.

I’ve had rolled ice cream a few times but was disappointed here. I felt the ice cream was grainy rather than the smooth texture you expect from ice cream. I also felt like the technique was a bit sloppy where my last roll fell apart and instead of trying to smooth it out it was just stuffed into a corner of my cup. Presentation makes a difference.

Okay I may not have been able to eat the ice cream but Bear with me. I am allergic to Matcha, and some one has just ordered Matcha right before me. They were busy so I stepped out of line for some one to go I ahead of me. Didn’t want to waste more time by asking them to clean off utensils and their station. (Yes I’m that kind of allergic) so can’t give a five star yet. But man they ware so nice and this place was clean! For being that busy they ware on top of it. They seemed to be a good price. And the selection was mind blowing.

A friend of mine wanted to try this place out, I had no idea it even existed, especially since you cant see the sign from the street, but now that I know, Im sure we will be back. The experience was great, the ice cream was decent, but Im not sure I would spend $8 every time I wanted ice cream. As for customer service, all four people who were there were great. Its a great idea, and fun to watch, but kind of pricey.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience, its definitely a show and a treat. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and delicious.We just happened to go at a time when there was no one inside the shop (Inside Dorindas, which has delicious chocolates). Quick and professional service. Went back and bought a gift card for my niece we enjoyed it so much!Definitely our go to ice cream spot here in Reno.

The ice cream was very good no doubt but the customer service sucks. I was waiting in line for about 20 minutes because of many customers which I understand. When I it was my turn one of the employees said next time take the groups first which I thought was very odd then after my ice cream was made the employee decides to take the next customer instead of ringing my ice cream up. The customer service was kind of rude and very odd.

The location is nice and the building is nice, however, the ice cream is very very expensive and doesnt taste any different than regular ice cream. I definitely have to say you are paying for the experience when you go here. There is a nice little sitting area outside and the business is located right across the street from the river. I definitely recommend trying this place at least once because the concept is pretty cool.
