They worked on my phone super fast and it was not that expensive. i definitely recommend

Use to be a hair salon. While they were expensive it was worth it. They sold off to Infinity and their salon moved to a cupboard closet which was a bit odd and uncomfortable. Then theyd push cell phone products and service heavy during the whole cut. I tried a few times for services. Good customer service but its sort of hit or miss.

I deleted my samsung account by mistake and did a factory reset not knowing that the phone would activate a factory reset protection, so there was no way for me to set up my phone without the samsung account credentials that I no longer had. Tried everything in google and youtube, but I didnt bypass/remove the protection.I called samsung for help and after 5 calls with 5 different people, they werent able to help me, and referred me to a repair center named UbreakIfix. They werent able to do anything either but referred me to another repair center in Renton. So I called Infinity and explained my problem to the technician before driving there. He told me that he would be able to unlock my phone. I was skeptical since I had already talked to many techs, but he actually did the job! The service was great, cheap, fast, and I highly recomend this place for repairs. Infinity did what the other so certified big dogs were not able to do.

My iphone 5s is better off with a cracked screen than a fixed screen by infinity wireless. they fixed my screen for me and i later noticed that the new screen was moving around on the phone, i took it back, and the best they could do for me is put a glue (advising me to pay them again for another new screen). apparently they fixed my phone in such a way that ill always come back. this business is a scam and i hope my review save a victim....

I went there January 29 dropped off iPhone 6 for a new screen when I came back on January 30 they gave me my phone fixed however the screen that they put on was making the microphone malfunction, they accuse me of trying to steal money from them and trying to get my phone repaired for free. After arguing with them for an hour the man change the screen and my phone miraculously started working again they never said sorry they also called the cops on me for standing up for myself this store is unprofessional and they sell cheap parts I personally will never go back to the store ever again.

Terrible service overall. dropped our phone in front of us and then claimed we were trying to scam them when it wouldnt turn on anymore And tried to charge us to fix what they broke. Also got back from lunch 1 hour late from what their sign said And had 4 familys waiting for them until they left. Then i came back another day to get another phone fixed they said a week until they got the part in. I waited a week went back and they never even ordered the part and said i needed to pay now. This place is literally the worst. I suggest NEVER EVER GOING HERE YOU WILL LEAVE DISAPPOINTED AND POSSIBLY WITH A BROKEN PHONE AND LESS CASH
