If I could rate it a zero I would!! I was not happy with the customer service whatsoever. I had walked in with two questions and right when I walked in we got attended by Paul and immediately seemed like he did not want to help us. Asked the questions and he rolled his eyes and just kept staring at us like if we were stupid or something. We felt rushed to get out of there. Decided to go to another T-Mobile and I had a great experience there. Never coming here again.
Entire staff here is awesome! Even with the store being packed full of customers they made sure to check in with everyone to make sure every customer was properly taken care of and helped in a timely manner. Anthony helped me with switching my family out of Verizon and over to my account and explained how the changes would impact my bill. I highly recommend if you’re looking to switch toT-Mobile to contact this location and setup a appointment!
Let’s start off by saying the customer service is amazing! Every single associate is very welcoming and knowledgeable on their products/plans. You are warmly welcomed once you walk in the door and are HONESTLY helped with whoever tends to you, you will never feel pressured and will leave very satisfied. Trust me, you will come back to this store every time. The employees will have you feeling like you’re apart of their store, like a family or a friend. I highly recommend coming to see them with all your needs. You can tell they have a strong foundation and amazing management. Tony is a great manager! :)

Stopped in to get help setting up another phone. Very helpful employee. If youre having issues with Employees With Attitude, as Ive had at the Factoria store, go to this one. Love TMobile. One EWA isnt going to ruin my overall experience nor should it ruin yours. He was kind and accomplished my task expertly.
My girlfriend went in to see phones plans because she was interested in changing carriers but decided to wait. Few weeks later she got a phone bill from T-Mobile for 2 apples watches and an unlimited plan which she did not sign up for at all.
I came into this store to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and was worried it would take a while, but Khaleef G helped me out and it was really smooth process. He walked me through every step and made sure I understood each one before moving on. I cant recommend this store enough; the customer service from Khaleef alone is outstanding.

This issue is more for the company/customer service as a whole, but it started at this store. Customer service was great, but our representative failed to list our apartment number in the shipping address for our phones. I spent the last two hours with customer service over three calls because the first two ended in my waiting on hold for 30 and 20 minutes respectively only to be transfered to ups twice who informed only T mobile could update the shipping address. On the third call, I immediately asked for a supervisor, waited 20 more minutes on hold, finally got to speak to someone who then put me on hold again while they contacted ups to set up a conference call. Upon entering the conference call about 10 minutes later, ups told us the address cannot be updated because T mobile does not allow changes to be made after it has shipped. I wasted my whole evening to accomplish absolutely nothing and be told the phones can be picked up at a warehouse across town thats closed on the weekends and operates the same hours I work making it virtually impossible to pick up the devices. It is ridiculous how much time I had to put into fixing a problem I did not create, only to find out no matter what I do I cant fix it. Our two day shipping is now, go get it yourself.
I’ve had come and gotten help by 3 young men who witness my anxiety I hate socializing, but they are very calm and helpful. I finally got auto pay Thank you so much you won’t be seeing me for a long while I am convince I will be fine it takes me a while in approving new bills in my budget.. I’m happy with this location and the best customer services 👌👌👌⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tmobile has really bad cell coverage anywhere around Renton (and in general poor coverage in WA state, you can do your own research on this if you dont believe me), by far the worst of the big three US carriers in this area. In downtown Renton you might get two bars if you are lucky (and their headquarters are just a few miles away). Do I finally left after like 5 years. And they keep tacking charges onto my final bill now that I switched to AT&T, $199 in total, including a bill for a cell spot that never worked very well, that I returned and have a receipt for returning it. The customer service people tell me that I need to take it into a store, when I took the receipt into the store, they told me to call customer service. This is literally the runaround they are having me do and did not care at all that I was frustrated. They clearly arent actually interested in providing good customer service, especially once theyve lost the sale. They lost me because they sell a bad product. Tmobile has, in fact, lost me for life and they can at least partly thank the kids that work in this store for that. When I have expressed frustration, I get tons of attitude from the employees. I wouldnt waste my time going into this store.

Worst customer service, claimed I couldn’t replace a screen protector and owned a Samsung screen protector on my iPhone. I went to the Bellevue store and they happily helped me with my ordeal. This “franchise” location doesn’t care about customer service they are just out for the buck. It’s worth the extra ten minutes to drive down to the company location.
I set up automatic payments to them on the 4th of each month. On 3/22/20, they broke their agreement, took money out of my zero balance account, leaving me with a negative $90 balance. Find a different carrier.

The customer service reps may know all about their pricing on services, but the ones I spoke with at that store werent very knowledgeable about their devices like the store in Southcenter does. Great customer service though.

Went into the store today to change somethings on my account and was immediately greeted by kind smiling faces. The staff Josh and Mavis were very helpful for me to update my account with them. They even explained some more things on my account that I actually didnt know about which help me to make some changing decisions in it. I enjoyed our conversation that we had about random things, it was at the perfect amount of buddy buddy and friendliness while still being professional. It was just the perfect amount of conversation length where it wasn too awkwardly long.
Dont bother visiting this store, if you want t-mobile go to factoria. I came in asking questions specifically about switching and promotions, they either said the promotion was over or it isnt offered anymore (despite the promotion being labeled on the store front).Avoid the T-mobile in rainier as well - they dont even acknowledge you, walked in that store and walked out after 5 mins.
I work at T-Mobile, not in a retail store though, although I did 20 years ago (for 3 years), the company was named VoiceSteam at that time. When I recently went there to do phone upgrades, the staff was positive and very helpful and helped me just like they would any other customer. When I left, I told my wife that I thought they did a great job, and, that it was nice to have a T-Mobile store nearby.

I went into tmobile to buy a new iphone for my brother and without my permission they added apple care and insurance on my account. i didnt realize it until they charged my account went back and tried to get my money back, but the manager was rude and unprofessional. they lied to my face and said that i gave them permission, but i know for sure, because i barely even talk to the person that sold me the iphone. my memory isnt that bad. worst ttmobile in Renton!
Their staff told me they had a promotion for buy 1get 1,I asked him for a new cellphone for the promotion after i get my line,but he said i have to buy another line for my new cellphone which he doesn‘t mention in the beginning.
Dont ever go to this store..they will lie at all cost to get u to buy the phone they want u to have..i wanted a galaxy S5 and she told me that model was no longer for sale in the store or online on their T-Mobile website..i just saw the phone online not even 5 minuets before I arrived at the store..do yourself a favor a order online to avoid these greasy employees
No store knows what they are doing, but this store is by far the worst. No one there seems to know at all what they are doing, they really dont care and dont try to help you whatsoever. Seriously, take the time to drive to a different one.
This location is NOT a Tmobile corporate store. This store is operated by an outfit called OneMobile. So know who you dealing with.Third party may have completely different policies. I recently purchased an iphone 6s from them which i thought was brand new but when i got home i realized it had a shrink wrap removed and it had some foreign stickers on the box. They sold me a used phone as brand new which is very shady. I went back to exchange for a brand new unit but they want to charge $50 restocking fee. Manager was of no help whatsoever. Buyer beware. Make sure to inspect the phone before you leave the store.
Worst T-mobile store with the worst customer service. Store manager is a liar and only made things worse. 10 months later I still have to deal with their mistakes

I went here once to get my new phone because I dropped my old one and it broke so I had to get a new one anyway I waited a hour before I got to a salesperson and the I waited like 15-20 minutes because they couldnt find my new phone, but the staff was nice and tried to talk me in to buying somthing with I thought was kinda funny.
