Came here with a coworker for one of our patients, & Edgar helped us. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while, everyone there was so nice & was great help. Our situation was difficult but Edgar was very patient, kind & had great sense of humor. It was enjoyable even through the stressful day.

The most trustfully personnel at this store. I have had the best experiences compared to other Metro stores in King county, the Seattle area and the whole Northwest region! Every time I have an issue, they solve it and they dont hesitate to go above and beyond their duties to help us to the last detail! Congratulations to this Metro for having the friendliest and best employees!

Came to the store at 4pm to pay my bill. Two other people outside waiting. Lights on, doors are locked, no sign on door and the person inside walked up to desk then went in back. Didnt open door for 10 minutes and I decided to go somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE! Dont even have changes made to your account! These folks screwed us up so bad with a new [defective] phone, took our insurance off, now were out $300 and have a phone that wont charge. We went in to get them to own the screw up and fix it, and they laughed at us as well as treated us as if we didnt know how insurance works. Then offered us a less than equal phone in trade for the busted one they sold us. This may result in us leaving Metro Pcs. Weve been with them since at least 2010 or so.@store owner, I sent you an email a few days ago. No reply?

Edgar was a good customer service rep he have a good energy and hes happy and he give you good deal ask for a dryer if you ever go to Metro they are good people he gives you deals

Sales person on duty always very helpful, listener,advicer on telephone deals,and the sales prices on phone plans are amazing affordable.So I do recommend metro pcs for affordable phone plans for those times that your short on cash metro PCs has excellent phone plans deal .I give metro PCs on Benson plaza 5 stars if more I give them 10 stars.

I dont have metropcs but ive been meaning to switch over from virgin mobile, i called 5 stores including bellevue and both of the other renton locations, and none of them picked up but this location. I didnt catch his name but the associate answered all my questions and more. ill be going here to start my plan even if its more of a drive.

When I went to get my phone the two girls where more interested in making a sale more than anything. When I took my phone the manger had the nerve to tell me I broke when I did not. Than when I was having trouble making my payment on my phone, I went to the store and she started making up some story that my card was on the black list, which is not true. Than she charged me three extra dollars without telling me. This is the worst experience I have had at this store. I will not go back and wont refer anyone there either.
