Had a great experience when I stopped in and selected some cigars, knowledgeable staff, willing to walk you through everything cigar related and explain the details on their memberships listed on their site.I wish I could buy one of their own cigars or a premium cigar and let me smoke it in the lounge but you have to spend $50 that day or give $20 for a day pass. I really want to enjoy this locations lounge but Im just not comfortable enough with the membership prices, a large portion of that is because I dont smoke often enough to take advantage of it but it would definitely encourage me to spend more money there if I knew their lounge was more accessible.

I have found my new favorite place to order cigars and accessories online. Great selection, great prices and the best customer service for online shopping. I received a defective lighter and when I called the Reston location, Steve answered. He was very professional and resolved the issue completely hassle free. Great customer service! A rare experience when working with online vendors. These guys are a class act.Thanks again Steve. Cigar Town will be my first stop for future online purchases.

I came to the Cigar Town with several friends/family members. It was coordinated with Steve and he was very patient and friendly to communicate with figuring out the various packages to spend time in the lounge. When we got there, Thomas answered all of our questions about the various Cigar selections. Its a nice place to socialize and relax with friends. Ill definitely be coming back since my group and myself had a great time.

Cigar Town is a great website and wide selection of cigars! Its prefect for holiday gift sets or special occasions. I ordered online for family and friends and they loved the cigar sets! Thanks Steve for providing excellent service!

Walked in here to kill some time. Come to find out this place is a gem. Bought some cigars from the owner who knew a great amount and ended up heading back into the lounge and stayed for an hour or two. This is a place I am happy to give my business too. I will be coming back!

Great selection, convenient location! Became a member of the private lounge when I moved back to the DC about three years ago because it’s getting harder and harder to find a place to sit and smoke a cigar. Cigar Town in Reston fits the bill. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a nice array of the best brands. The lounge is definitely a bonus when it’s too hot, rainy, or cold to sit on the deck. Cost me about the same as my former club in Michigan, it’s nice having a locker to keep my sticks and beverages. Other club members are great and we get an occasional “day pass” member traveling through. Can hardly wait for the new store and lounge to open in Franklin Farms.

Fantastic lounge. Staff knows their cigars and there is a great selection. Even the less expensive cigars are well selected and enjoyable to smoke. If you find yourself in reston and need to relax for an hour or two I cannot think of a better place.

Steve was great to work with super customer oriented. I have been to many cigar store around the nation and DMV. This stands out as one of the best. I have been going for more than 10 yrs. same great service!!

First and last time in that place, the counter guy is not a people person to say the least. Just wanted to give them a shot before judging based on everyone elses bad reviews towards the shop, but in this case the reviews didnt lie! He asked if i needed a cut, which I did. He then goes to cut my cigar with the wrapper on and breaks the shoulder! Thanks

So me and a friend finished dinner and wanted to smoke a cigar. We found Cigar Town on the internet and entered and asked if the lounge was open and the counter person replied yes it is but its private, and we sell day passes or you can buy $50.00 worth of cigars and we will allow you to smoke in the lounge. Now mind you, the place was EMPTY, nor did we find on the website that it was private and one needed to pay to smoke. We decided to move on.

The selection of cigars is good, and they have accessories on hand such as clippers, butane lighters, and matches.

I contacted the store via phone as I live out of state. I really like their house blend cigars. Spoke with Steve at the Reston location and he could not have been more helpful at placing an order. He shipped my cigars the same day and I had them the next day. Awesome experience and I appreciate the service. Thanks!

I have been going into this place for years, a couple times a month on average. I love these guys theyre always glad to see me even though I dont drop a ton of money. Their private label cigars are great, I can honestly say Ive never had a bad smoke from this place, and for those reasons I highly recommend them.

I have been to Cigar Town, in Reston town center, several times over the past six months or so and have found them invariably friendly and helpful. Steve in particular is responsive to the questions that I ask as a relative beginner at cigar smoking. I have never bought a bad or unsmokable cigar there, and have come to enjoy my quiet time on the deck at my home smoking one per day while I read or decompress from the days activities. Jim

I have only visited this shop once. And that was one too many times. The staff are poorly trained,rude,and have the cigar knowledge of a Turnip. I have NO clue how they have managed to stay in business for any length of time espicially in this economy. The prices are at least 25% over what you would pay in any other local shop.The humidification system is poorly maintained and has a moldy smell. All in all I am saying. Give this dump a wide berth.
