This was the most knowledgeable Verizon store I have been in. Ryan and Davis were so pleasant and professional. My husband and I had to update our cell phones and tablets which take a little time and the time just flew by. Was so patient with all my questions and comments all the while still working on our devices. This is definitely the best customer service I have experienced.
I do not recommend. The worst decision I made was to migrate from Sprint to Verizon. In addition to the reception quality not being satisfactory in the Middlesex,MA area, the internet that was said to be the best in the country in 3G seems to be more effective than now in 5G. In addition to the terrible experience I report on the exchange of equipment from the old company to Verizon, which became a soap opera as I describe below. The old cell phone (Galaxy S20Plus) I gave for the exchange simply disappeared inside the Verizon Store, no one in the store knows where the device ended up. Ive already made several complaints both in the store and in customer service questioning the fact, one passes to the other, ready-made answers like Im going to talk to the manager who is not here, blah, blah, blah, and nobody solves it. Ill say it in a semantic way. that “I ended up having a device practically taken by the store with the salesperson laughing at me.” When I asked customer service about it he told me go back to the store and ask for the submission id, it should have been described on the invoice that you exchanged devices and on None of the 2 invoices I have this submission id appears .In the store, the salesperson opened the service door and showed me a safe and said this is where we put the devices that we exchange and when they are processed, it generates the submission id, anyway, I believed ....Of the 4 devices I delivered to exchange, 3 were credited, but the fourth device (Galaxy S20Plus) has been 4 months since nobody knows where it ended up.....This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a telephone operator, between calls and chats Ive spent more than 5 hours of my life and the last promise I had was that in this new cycle they would solve this problem and the credit for changing the device would be credited to my account and today, October 15, 2021, once again nothing has been resolved. .... not to mention the quality of the phone signal that in the Everet region, Somerville is very bad.VERIZON NEVER AGAIN.
Ayahnna was awesome and very patient! We are older folks and had to upgrade to a 12 and she spent so much time helping us to set up our phones. I hope her team values her great service👍😁

Verizon on squire road is the only Verizon Im ever going to anymore, theyre really helpful and nice! They always help me out no matter my problem. Ryan, Ayahnna, Davis provide a great customer experience and I recommend anyone come here for great service!
Davis was very good. He took time to explain different models and didn’t try to push the most expensive option. He is extremely knowledgeable of Verizon products and patiently explains all features of newer phone. Would recommend to anyone else looking to switch Verizon or upgrade their current phone.
STELLULAR-Cellular SERVICE from Company Rep. MIke Adams! I was treated just like a VIP. Friendly and knowledegable service made my visit different than any other retail experience I have had in a long time. Verizon is lucky to have this guy working for them.
I visited this store yesterday to get a replacement flip phone for my father in law. The Sales Rep Ryan was wonderful. He knew immediately what I needed and took care of everything. Since my father in law wasnt with me to have his contacts moved from his old phone to the new phone, Ryan explained to me how to do it myself. He was very thorough and personable. A great sales rep that Verizon should be proud of.

Went to Verizon in Revere to buy out of my iPhone and upgrade to a newer model. If you have ever done this, at times it is not the easiest process and it is definitely longer than you’d think. Although the process was long Ayahnna was the most pleasant and helpful person to deal with!She not only upgraded my phone flawlessly she also took the time to go out to my car with me and check what accessory upgrades I may need (c-port chargers with the newer iPhone models). She didn’t try to upsell me and said I likely wouldn’t need any new car chargers. The whole process took a little over an hour and a half with phone updates and data transfers but it didn’t feel like that at all! Ayahnna made me feel comfortable and like I’ve known her forever. Really just a great, above and beyond type worker!

Informative today, but the last guy(1 year ago) did not do as he said. He no longer works there, but told me then, I got a two for one deal on phones, but in actuality we were charged for both phones, and the numbers looked like a two for one deal. Now we are stuck with the phones as there are payoff balances for both phones! Plus the phones suck!
Jennifer and Aryanna were amazing at helping, especially when Metro PCS gave my husband and I a hard time about telling us the account number to my husbands account. We are so happy we decided to bring him over to Verizon from Metro PCS!! What great customer service!!! I called to get help with my phone and a possible upgrade and the kid who answered the phone was the least helpful Person I have ever dealt with. He sounded high and then hung upIn me. I called Back 3 times and he hung up every time.
Everything about my experience went so smoothly! The service was excellent and they answered any and all of the questions I needed to know with patience and helpful displays of cellular knowledge. Had an amazing experience till the next day. Came in to buy my mom a note 8 with Ed for her birthday. I told him I wanted to put more money towards the phone, since I was buying the phone. When it was time to check out, I told him to add more money to the phone and he stated that he couldnt go back, that I could do it another day online. So the next day, I call Verizon, since I couldnt pay more towards the phone with Ed, just to be told I was suppose to pay more for the phone the day of purchase. To top it off, the bill comes in and the protection plan is almost $20, after being told it was $8. Ya, dont trust these guys. Never going back to that store.

We dropped in while returning to Southern New Hampshire from Logan airport. My wifes phone stopped functioning correctly almost immediately after she landed. We stopped in to see if they could help since we are longtime Verizon customers. Nick,our sales rep was a very nice young man -a gentleman and a professional. We ended up buying a new phone and were happy with how he handled the whole process. I will add that all the other personnel were very couteous and friendly also. I switched to Verizon because as a self employed builder, coverage is critical to me and Verizon gives me great coverage compared to my former provider T Mobile.

I was a former Verizon customer who had left for a bit. I came into your squire Rd. Revere mass store and with the patients and educated information that Ed and Cristhian were able to give me I happily came back and was blown away by their customer service attentiveness to detail and knowledge of your product I purchased for phones and 4 lines because of them. The Verizon company should be proud of them because theyre doing an exceptional job and I will be sending a lot of people here for business.

Both salespersons were extremely helpful. They helped me set up my devices as I am not familiar with new technology. I appreciated their efforts very much. They even stayed after hours to make sure I was comfortable operating my tablet. Their employees should be grateful to have them as employees.

When picking up an order, I was told it would take about 30 minutes to an hour to process but the woman behind the counter was able to expedite the pick up and I was in & out of there in 15!

I believe people should be rewarded/acknowledged for outstanding service especially dealing with the public. As a Verizon customer, I recently stopped by the Revere, MA (Squire Road) Verizon and met the most wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional supervisor named MATTHEW MCGILLIVRAY. Matt was very pleasant and honest about all the new cell phones and plans. He helped both me and my fiance choose a new upgrade of cell phone and I am pleased to say that we are very happy with our choice, thanks to Matt. Matt has been so helpful since our new phones and every question that I text to him has been answered or taken care of. Matt did not try to empty our pockets with the most expensive phones. We had the Galaxy 4 and wanted to upgrade to the galaxy 7 series but we thought it was quite pricey. We told Matt what we need from a cell phone and he took this into consideration and found that the LG G4 had all the gadgets we need and the price was within our reason. So, in conclusion, Matt made a sale for his employer, Verizon, and make two customers very happy with their choice. I BELIEVE VERIZON SHOULD RECOGNIZE THIS OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE, MATTHEW MCGILLIVRAY FROM THE REVERE MASSACHUSETTS, SQUIRE ROAD FACILITY, as Matt well deserves it. Matt, youre the best. You would think after a year of having your opening time wrong on both Google and your website that you would fix it. Place opens at 10:00 am not 9 am. Dont plan your morning around it like I did. Worse is the ineptitude of management to have this issue going on for over a year and I mentioned it over a year ago when it happened to me the first time. Will never be returning to this poorly run establishment.
Was having a hard time after I broke my phone, hesitated coming to the revere store because of poor service in the past. I decided to give it one more chance and I am glad i did. Alex was great, explained everything to me and eventually helped me get several new devices for my account at a great deal. I would refer him to any friend .

My experience in revere was awesome because they could not have been more caring, especially that Angelo. When I leave my husband, I will marry him. Ive gone in the swampscott store, and not happy with them. I felt ignored. Never in the revere store.

Just had and amazing experience at this locations Matt was great with getting our Samsung 8 setup and then rest of the staff was so helpful and polite even when our daughter was eating dinner in the store and playing with all the phones. Make sure you get everything in writing before you make the decision to switch to Verizon at this store. Alex and his staff were great until we werent getting all the rebates and promotions promised to us. We spent countless hours each month fighting to get our money. Our calls were were not returned and texts unanswered by both the stores manager and Verizons customer service. Finally, after telling customer service to waive our contract and shut down our account we were we given the rest of our promotional money. I even had to threaten them with a false advertisement suit.. It shouldnt come to this. Make sure you get all the figures in writing like we did or youll be screwed like we almost were.
