Ive worked with Matt and Bev on a couple orders for our company and I couldnt be more pleased! Im a perfectionist, to the point that I usually make our own shirts and other items. We had a large amount of shirts needed and I just couldnt find the time. Both Matt and Bev were patient with me to answer all my questions, adjust design changes to meet my expectations and still make deadlines! They are exceptional to work with and I will continue doing business here!

Bev was a Rockstar and is the reason for this 5 star review. I had a hard deadline to get a couple jackets embroidered a week and a half after I came into the store. The original employee I worked with failed to place the order for the jackets and so a day before I needed them that same employee basically told me I was out of luck. Bev then came to the rescue. She pulled some strings and got all my work done the day that I needed them and they looked great. I went from probably not bringing work back to this place to absolutely coming back. Great work Bev.

I had an awesome experience working with Garth. I had to change things with several of jerseys i placed an order for and also asked for it to be done in a week. Garth said itd be tough but hed do his best, sure enough he delivered what I asked him. And the jerseys turned out amazing, just what I wanted. Friendly, helpful and understanding, manager if you are reading this, give Garth a raise! I would definitely recommend placing an order with Kettle, I know I will again in the future.

We’ve used Kettle for both our personal and business embroidery needs. Lane has gone above and beyond to make sure our hats and shirts turn out exactly as we want. Even after moving out of Rexburg we still use Kettle because of the excellent customer service we receive and for their fast turn around times.

I love Kettle Embroidery. Every time I go in the people are always friendly and very helpful. I have never had any complaint about the work they have done for me. They always complete it within the scheduled time frame, sometimes earlier. Their prices are very affordable. Theyre just great all around.

I came into this shop to order a couple of t-shirts for a Halloween costume; I had designed the graphics myself, and made sure that I had all of the materials (fonts, colors, etc) ready to hand over to the shop. I was asked to email the files to the shop; no big deal, so I did it. I called the next day to double-check that they had received the files over email and was told that yes, the files were in, expect the shirts to be ready in one week.When I returned to pick up the shirts, the font was completely wrong! It was just a generic typeface and not at all what I had designed. I asked what had happened; apparently the girl Id talked to when I brought in the order had left on maternity leave. Nobody had bothered to find out about the design for my order and use the correct font file.They apologized and gave me the shirts for free, but I cant use them. Im not pleased with the lack of communication in this shop; this is an oversight that could have been easily prevented. I wont be coming back here.

I did not have a good experience here. I ordered something and was very specific about what I wanted it to say, they senty a proof of the item and because I have dyslexia I did not catch an error that they made until after I paid an overpriced amount for the product and brought it home. When I took it back to the store they made a fuss about re-printing it but they said they would do it. When I went to go pick it up, they wanted to charge me the full price again even though I never received the first product and it was their error. They finally cut a few dollars off, but they were very rude about it. Now whenever I look at this product, I only think about how bad my experience was.

I had a few shirts produced by them for a trade show that I was attending. The quality was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended!

What a great business! They provided exactly what I wanted! I was very impressed with their options and service friendliness/advice.
