Attentive service, professional hospitality. Ended up arriving during open business hours but the power was off in the surrounding area, most businesses were closed during the outage. The staff stayed open and used a Hotspot to continue making sales. Kudos to them. Thank you for going to extra mile for an out of town shopper.

The store is very nice as is the quality of clothing. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff hasnt been great. I went in the other day hoping to get help picking out a gift but wasnt even acknowledged when I came in. I was the only customer in the store and there were two employees clearly visible in the back that didnt so much as look my way. I walked around for a bit, hoping they would give me a glance or come out of the back area so that I could ask for some assistance. That didnt happen. I spent a good 10 minutes there before I just left.

Our experience at Freeman was the MOST pleasant experience my fiancé and I have had suit shopping! We found him a suit for our wedding in the perfect color and size, and their prices for alterations are incredibly competitive. Taylor was so pleasant to work with and wasn’t trying to “sell” us or be pushy at all. I’ll be recommending them to everyone here in town!

We went to get a suit for my fiancee and the owner fitted him just right so he would look good and feel good about the purchase. Fantastic service! They made sure I got a perfect fit for each piece of my suit. This is usually hard for me since I have weird measurements, but it took only 15 minutes to get everything I need. Most of all, the suit was priced at under $200!!! This place is wonderful!

These guys are one of the few places that carry Stance socks. When you work out of town its hard to get into the store, especially when they bring in a small supply of Utah jazz socks. They were kind enough to hold a pair for me until I was able to get in there later that day. I appreciate their service! Its the small things that matter.

Freeman is up on the latest trends! They had what I wanted in a variety of styles and sizes. If there is something else you need theyll order it for you. Freemans Customer service is also excellent and the employees where knowledgeable about the stores inventory. I liked the personal touch; it was a good change from the big department store.

Best suit store I’ve ever set foot in.

Previously left a great review because they do excellent tailoring. Unfortunately, they now will only tailor items bought from them. Their clothes are low quality so there is no longer any use for them being there.If you want low quality clothing that is at least tailored well...then I guess you found your spot.

Absolutely the best place in South East Idaho to buy a suit. I have purchased several suits, ties and even casual slacks here. However my favorite item they sell is a brand of white shirts I have not found anywhere else. The hold their press longer, are a thinker weave and fit awesome. If you are getting ready for a church mission, dressing for work or just looking for great clothes, head to Freemans.

I absolutely love Freeman Clothing. Ive recently purchased a new suit and they have so many styles to choose from. They also have 4-5 different brands of white shirts and 100s of ties to choose from. Tanner & Tyson are always great to work with and give awesome customer service. The store is incredibly well put together!

Came in for a suit, and they were extremely helpful. The have a great selection of colors, even though I only looked at 3. The cost for tailoring was included in the price of the suit. I love the selection of ties, definitely the best place in town for suits, shirts, and ties.

I had a TERRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE working with Freeman Clothing, especially the manager Kim Hoover. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.WHY?1. Lack of communication to customers2. Failure to follow up with customer orders3. Lack of attentiveness to their customers needs4. Inability to deliver5. Inconsiderate responses to their mistakesTheir unprofessional and inconsiderate nature was shown when they failed to live up to their word not once, not twice, but three times when they said I would receive a call--from the manager Kim Hoover--concerning the status of my ties that had taken six times the quoted delivery time (about 3 weeks). In an attempt to gain any type of information about my ties, I had to go in to the store multiple times in an effort to get information from the manager whom never seemed to be present or have any information on my order THAT SHE TOOK.After they completely screwed up my ties by ordering lavender instead an eggplant (a very large difference in color if I might say) Kim Hoover was not apologetic and offered no solution after it was her fault for me receiving the wrong ties after waiting 3 weeks. She simply sent me on my way.When I had ordered my ties three weeks earlier, she even stated that she understood how important it was to have the exact right color for your wedding and she promised they would be the eggplant color I need. Obviously she couldnt deliver and also couldnt effectively communicate that to me in a professional and tactful way that would solve the problem or at least make me feel taken care of as a customer.It was infuriating to wait so long just to see that she still hadnt taken the time to ensure I was receiving what I had wanted, especially after she was the one that helped me pick out what I wanted to order in the first place.She had clearly been irresponsible and lazy when it came to ordering exactly what I had gone in for and constantly checked up on.I will never go back here. I was pushed aside as a customer as my order was forgotten then quickly pulled together only to be completely wrong, leaving me without five ties, and out three weeks I could have used to look somewhere else that would actually care about my business.Save yourself some time and dont go here. Especially dont put your orders in the hands of the management that does nothing to help.

Extremely dissatisfied. Unwilling to refund me for my suit. They ordered the wrong suit and then held me accountable for not catching it before I paid for it. Will not shop here on principle. I would suggest a trip to Idaho Fall or Salt Lake before using Freeman Clothing Company in Rexburg.

The people working there are nice and for just about $150 I got a great looking suit. It looked great but felt like it was comparable to its cost, I wasnt getting nor paying for a high price long lasting suit. That being said, after wearing it for the 10th or 11th time the hem came out. I may be spoiled since most my suits have had the hem last for years but this seemed low quality. I went in and asked about it but since it had been longer than 3 months they had to charge $13.
