Garbage service. They knowingly sell faulty parts then charge a restocking fee to put their trash back away. This place is a joke

We have bought 3 items from this location. The last item we bought was was a strarter. They put a battery jumper to it to show that it spins. Ok, we took a chance thinking that we have a 14 day warranty. We installed the starter and it bearly turned the engine. On the second attempt, the starter just froze. We removed it and called Empyre and explained our situation and that we needed a replacement starter. The genius on the phone explained to me that it was my bad engine killing good starters. And that he would not warranty the part because our engine was to blame. Just flat out refused to exchange the starter and just hung up the phone. So, with no real warranty, we opened the starter to find it completely rusted internally. Which means it had sat submerged in water for a long time. They just cleaned the outside and lied about a 14 day warranty. Look closely and tell me I am wrong. There was a lot of rudeness from the fella over the phone. Not even with a Full Refund would I ever buy from these people. Just call them, chat with them over the phone. Youll see the have No Customer Service etiquette at all. We quickly called our friends at another location, who gave us a actual good working order. It started the engine with no issues several times, and still working 2 weeks later. Dont waist your time and money. Look somewhere else. Best of luck to everyone.

I bought an engine from them and they gave me the wrong one and they still wanna charge me for restocking 25% when it wasnt even my fault and theres just not reasonable people to talk to last time ever goin to the business place

I purchased one knuckle assembly that was complete. Went back next week to purchase the other side knuckle assembly but I had a family member pick it for me this time. Soon as I received the part I notice a major part was missing. I called to let them know that there is a part missing. She told me, what you bought was just the knuckle and it doesnt come with the other part. I explained her that I purchased one knuckle assembly complete why am I paying the same price for the other side that is incomplete. Lady was very rude, would not let me talk and would not help resolve the matter. I will not do business with them again.

If I could give no stars I would. This is our second experience using Empyre Auto Parts the first time they claimed the cylinder head for a BMW worked great. Had it sent to a Shop in Riverside to do the repair and it was a non working part. We tried them again yesterday for a front drivers side seat track for a MBZ. Called a few times to make sure they had it ready for us because they dont deliver to Orange County. So I spent two hours there and two hours back only to receive the WRONG side they gave me. My boss is the mechanic and I shouldve known better to look at the correct part. So we called them and they swear they gave me the left side and kept arguing with us. Wasted our time. Today went back AGAIN for the correct part and couldnt even get an apology or nothing. Never doing business with these guys again. CHEAP PARTS = WARNING

Great place to obtain hard to find parts. We all have our tendencies to buy cheap over the net, and end up paying a heavy cost for shipping. I like to buy my parts locally, cheap, pay the taxes, but still have the ability to get an exchange or credits for other parts if my parts are not proper fitting, or just poor value.

I bought a Porsche Cayenne part from this company. They made a shipping and I have never gotten it. They charged me second time shipping fee for 50$ I wanted to return it they told me they will charge me 3rd time shipping. And then they will return my money. If I want to get the part I still need to pay that amount again to ship it and I don’t even know if I am going to get it or not. Unprofessional employees screaming at you over phone. Think twice if you are buying part from this company.

Be very careful with this business. Parts are garbage, they dont honor warranties. They over charge. Sold a defective part and wont honor their warranty. Been trying to deal with them for over a months over a defective part. Complete waste of time and energy. Fraud!!

I had a bad experience with one of there employees picking up a core and I called in to try and exchange information on the situation while trying to be understanding of theres I even took the time to calm down so I could here the guy out after having already been on the phone with him upset ... so I heard him out and when I tried to explain my side of the story he decided that we would no longer be doing business together instead of trying to understand the situation .... theres a picture of the motor on his truck I put it there and did everything up to that point there employee wanted me to carry the motor by lifting his tailgate and pushing it in at the same time because he didnt want to drag it in

Dont bother calling to ask if the parts they claim to have are in stock. Their online inventory is not accurate and hasnt been updated for months.Pro tip: When you sell a part, take it out of your inventory count!
