They sold me some dodge magnum heads listed specd at 179cc intake port. When I got the heads and measured them...they were 150cc. They lied. I called them and got the run around from Jason M.. They would not change the listing or compensate me even after they watched a video I sent them of me testing the head, cc, flow... They removed my review of the heads twice so that no one knows they are falsely advertised. I port and flow heads for a living and will never use or recommend their products again. STAY AWAY! THEY ARE CROOKS!

Bought a set of small block Ford heads. They look ok but their customer service is close to non existent. And they dont publish important information about the heads such as these heads have .xxx longer valves than stock or these heads use a certain intake manifold gasket, or the headers that fit these heads are. I ran into all of these issues. I Called Speedmaster on two of the issues and was told they would call me back which never happened so on the second try when they said they would call me back, I told them not to bother. I did do a Chat with a guy who told me the Felpro intake gasket I could use. Today I tried to do another Chat session except that option was missing from their website. Really, really, bad customer service and lack of information from a company that supposedly has been in business for decades. I dont care if these heads work really well (I cant tell yet because its taken me days to get any information and Im still searching for headers that will work) I will never buy from them again because of their lack of support.

Two month wait for In Stock transmission. Got around to installing it and guess what?.... Sent me the wrong transmission. They admitted they made the mistake but did not offer any goodwill for the additional $400 I had to spend on a new torque converter to make it work on my application. Its okay to make a mistake guys, not okay to tell someone too bad.

I ordered a differential that was shown as in stock on their website. It was not in stock and it took 4 months to get. After waiting the four months I finally got it but they sent the wrong part. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone to return it. The message when I call states that no one is available and to leave a message but the call ends without being able to leave a message. If I could give zero stars I would.

Place is a complete disaster when it comes to customer service. If it says it’s in stock and will ship tomorrow, better now believe this company. I ordered top end kit from them and rockers were discontinued. They have a replacement for the discontinued part but neglected to fill the order with it do to the original part no longer available. My order sat in limbo for 1 week while nobody had a clue what was happening. I finally touched base with them and thought it was resolved and got it down to a 2-3 day ship. WRONG again. Next day I get the email saying it’s now on back order for another 2 weeks!!! Glad my truck is sitting in shop with no motor in is for 3 weeks. Shop Edelbrock parts from Summit. You’ll be way happier with a far more superior product

I placed an order for $800 big block head that were never delivered and when I call in to find out why and I quote “there is no one available to answer your call, call back later.” So that’s exactly what I did there was still no one available. A few days later unfortunately I was never able to talk to the operator I was on hold for over an hour, If I could give them no star I would.

Ive worked there and I would never put any of there parts on my car 69 Chevy nova better of with summit or jegs for sure.....DO NOT SHOP THERE

This company is the worst to deal with! We got sent an incorrect part and have been trying to get a hold of somone to deal with this since November of 2019! No one responds, when you call they say send an email. Ive never encountered this sort of customer service before where they just ingnore the customer. Will NEVER purchase from them again and will warn others not to as well.

I ordered a fuel line on the 18 the of sept.as of today 10-5-20 I still havent received it.ive talked to them 3 times on the phone,still no response or fuel line,now I am trying to get my money back. Not happy with them at all.will go somewhere else next time.

I placed the original order on 11/29. They called me and said they needed to redo the order, so they refunded me and we got the order placed again about 12 days later. The order still has not shipped. It has been 3 weeks. They do not communicate very well.Josh called me back today and updated me. The order fell through the cracks and he is going to personally ensure it ships today. I appreciate his honesty and call back.Josh came through and it shipped when he said it would. FedEx delivered late, and the box was beat up. But that’s not Josh’s fault.The expensive part should be packed with polyurethane foam. It has nicks on all four corners and it’s evident that it was from shipping.Considering the 22 day wait, the poor service before John, and the lack of quality in the packing (or bad QA) I feel 3 stars is fair.Still waiting on parts... the kit was short a single tiny little spacer and I’ve called four times and emailed twice. Lots of promises but nothing delivered. Just awful.

Company doesnt stand behind the subpar products they sell. Specifically when theres some random bolts super glued to the inside of the intake that ruins a customers engine.

I was looking for a some parts for my mopar and come a cross these guys i got the parts that I needed went home got it put on and no spark so I got out my dmm to test the module inside the distributor and it was faulty I told the distributor back to them and they give me a new one got home a put it back one and guess what still no spark so I called the guy back up saying what the hell is going tells me the the guy that works the tec help comes in at 3pm and if I leave my name and number with them he would call me back I waited for a week and no call called back and asked them. If someone that can help me with this and I told them the I flowed the directions that they have given me and also told them that I have my ASE on cars and trucks and the guy that was on the phone was me lost his maid saying if u have a ASE why cant u figure it out I told him I just want to be 100% with it be for I got in the car a drove all the way up there THIS IS THE LAST TIME I DO Business with speed masters

Been using their stuff for a long time. Currently Im using an electric fuel pump,h beam rods,main studs, black bbc stainless steel roller rockers,oil pan,full roller timing chain, spark plug wires and spark plugs and coils, no problems so far...been runnin for years. And of there is an issue with a part( which could happen with any company) they will make it right. Talked on the phone with them and they are nice and have gone out of their way for me.I highly recommend them.Granted I have no experience with the electronics aspect, but the hard parts are top notch.especially for the priceAgain highly recommendednThanks speedmaster!59 chevy impala,427 bbc with a 54 olds B&m hydrostick, 4 link 12 bolt

I ordered the Speedmaster Qualifier intake PCE148.004 and the fuel rail kit PCE137.1001 and it states for use with aftermarket Speedmaster intake. The fuel rails I received fit stock intakes and not the aftermarket intake as described. I shipped them back and they refused to pay for shipping and now refuse to send me the correct item. Bad customer service!

Funny they have given me good service went the extra mile to help me I bought a procomp electronics harmonic balancer box was mislabeled the went to look in other boxes to find the right one and then gave me a 10% discount way to go speedmaster 351w build for 66 mustang zebulon nc

They charged me 20% to return a ready-to- run Procomp distributor that didnt work. Im very disappointed. Im going back to Summit Racing for parts and you should too.
