If I could put zero stars I would. Today june 20 2021 at 8pm. I went in two return an item I bought at a different store. A simple transaction. Was treated like I was returning a fake or stolen item. I had the receipt from the other store. I ended up buying a dorman part on Amazon, was the purpose of the return. On top of the part I received didnt work. The guy treated me as if I was stealing or something..horrible service

Pretty good store. Don’t have all the tools or products you may need, but they have enough.but I’m leaving this review because of my last visit . I had 20 dollars worth on my AZ rewards account and when I was trying to use it. They said “that it took off the $20 off from the total” but once the transaction was completed I was charged full price and my $20 in rewards was gone they called resources right then and there to figure out what happened to my rewards and they said that they put the $20 back on my account but my last visit I went to go purchase something else and I didn’t have the $20 on the account all I had was one point. What’s going on ? Can someone at auto zone help me !

Unless you own a Honda or Toyota they almost always send you to the hub because they never have the parts you need. This store is very unrelible. And they dont have much knowledge when it comes to cars. I would get a diagnosis from a professional mechanic and once you know the exact part you need then purchase it, thats if they even have it im stock.

I just bought oil, oil filter and a product that claims that can stop radiator fluid leak by bars. Staff are friendly and I got in and out in no time.

There was a nice female staff worker at AutoZone. I asked if they have a scanner for my car. She let me scan my car for free. Its only for engine read. They have the scanner that read everything for sale it cost two hundred. I was to get a free scan nothing wrong with my car. Its cool they will test your car battery free too and install. I recommend them really nice people.

It is so nice to have a new auto zone on this side if town. The staff here are very friendly and super helpful. I hated having to drive across town to get to auto zone since I live on the north end of Rialto. Its very clean and very organized. If you cant find something the great staff is happy to help you out and theres not too many people there so the line is short.

Need something fast, they have mostly everything you need for your car.

The snotty girl at the checkout counter said we couldnt use our accumulated Autozone points without an Autozone card, even though on their website it says that points can be redeemed by using your phone number and WITHOUT A CARD. Either she was lying or being incompetent - either way, I lost $40 in unused points.
