Been going here for years,the service was pretty good although it take about an hour for an oil change what made me second guess them is when my daughter went to have her tire check and they said it wasnt anything wrong with it (wanted to charge for a sensor..tpms)only to go next door and they found the problem and patched it,make me regret buying tires from them if they cant honor there contract... free tire repair or replacement...

The put my oil filter back on UNUSUALLY TIGHT. Took my car here for an oil change that was the first of a series of oil changes Id planned because i recently purchased truck. Good thing i planned for them back to back basicly.

Expensive but you do get what you pay for i recommend this place if your willing to pay some good change

We were so fortunate to take our old car to this shop. We are retired and live on a fixed income, and this repair shop was amazing. Worked with us keeping repairs within our means. All repairs done quickly and expertly. We wont ever go anywhere else. Fantastic!

Im not sure how there are so many 5 star reviews on this place. Im only going to say if you take your car here take pictures of everything before even your oil. Sometimes they do not their job. And if you take your car there somehow they will tell you everything that needs to get fixed then when u come back a month later they will magically find about 2 or 3 new things wrong with it. When I went to another dealership I was told someone didnt work on my car correctly

I have been taking my car here for almost 10 years. They are extremely honest about what repairs your car needs. They never try to take advantage and sell you more than what you need. I dont trust any other repair shop to give me the same excellent treatment as Rialto Auto Care Center does.

Did a smog check last year and non of my information nor date of the smog check was kept in their database. The employee in the front desk seemed confused and unorganized. It is recommended you go somewhere else.

I took my car to this place on 2/27/20 spoke with Arely whom told me it would be 110 to scan my car but that amount would go towards any parts and service needed to my car, she called me back 2 hours later and told me I needed a new radiator and was charging me $460 for parts and service. I then called 6 other auto shops and they all quoted me no more then $185. So the next morning I went in and asked for just a new gas cap and oil change for the amount I already paid which was $110 and then she tells me that I would still need to pay for the part, yet the previous day Arely told me that what I’ve already paid would go into any parts and labor needed. Being that an oil change costs anywhere from 50-70 dollars and a gas cap isn’t more then $20 for my car (and that’s me overpricing and given this woman the benefit of the doubt) I’d be losing $20 which I was ok with...I asked to speak to her higher up and she refused OVER and OVER to call him so I can resolve this ISSUE (assuming because she knows she was overcharging me $220). I asked for a refund because what she told me I was paying for was complete fraud. Had I known she was lying to me I would have never let that place under my hood. Not only that Arely was completely rude and would not let me speak to owner, VERY VERY shady business this is. Would not recommend anyone going here, they are not good people and their integrity is shot to hell

DO NOT COME HERE. They basically scammed me, I’m a full time worker & student . Didn’t have enough money. They knew my situation I really needed to get my car fixed . They ASSURED me my car was going to be stable and could apply for the credit, my car was NOT ok. It’s basically like nothing was fixed. 600$ I have to pay now.

Place looked clean, had a decent seating area with TV. The girl be at reception was a bit abrupt with me when she asked me what I came in for. I was not greated when I entered, I stood waiting to be acknowledged by receptionist for awhile. She was assisting another customer, but Ive worked retail before and saying hello Ill be right with you to any customer doesnt take much effort. I was not informed that my truck would be checked first before running a smog check. when I asked the lady said no you pay for smog check and if it doesnt pass you pay an additional 100 and something dollars to have a diagnostic test done to figure out why it didnt pass. When I decided to leave a male worker thought it was cause I didnt want to wait. I informed him I was going to another place due to they would check my truck before smog check to see if my truck would pass the smog check before paying. He then said, no we will check to see first if it passes, if not then you dont pay for smog check. I informed him the lady receptionist didnt say that, infact she said the opposite. The male worker assured me I would not pay for a smog check if my truck doesnt pass, so I stayed and got my service done by them.

Took my car to change the brakes and after I got my car it started shaking. Took it back they charged me because supposedly it was shaking due to the tires were not balanced. They balanced the tires and it was still shaking. Took it back and they said it was normal to shake. I told them it didnt shake before until they change my breaks. They kept insisting nothing is wrong.

Spent the better of 3hrs just to find out I needed Spark plugs and an oil change.. 3hrs

They did a good job but they got grease all over the steering wheel and all over the vehicle

It is a very unprofessional establishment. I went in for oil change and, I got it back with an oil leak. They rushed the job and forgot replacing the oil gasket and who knows what else. When I took it back in they didnt show any concern. And acted like it was a big deal. Aside from the oil stains all over my driveway. I could of had major engine problems.and they didnt even replace the oil my truck lost. And I had to give a star but this business deserves negative 5 stars and two thumbs down.

Don’t come here they will tell you one thing and it won’t been done I drop my car off Saturday sat there 8am to 5pm and they said that they won’t be able to finish it I said ok Monday Come they still haven’t finsh it they have to keep it until Tuesday and still not done didn’t tell me nothing ... this place is highly unprofessional and I suggest nobody bring they car here
