Pignatelli Collision is Truly a 5 star service company. Because of the recent hail storm we had in our area, we had all of our cars (3 brand new) serviced by them. We are very pleased with their honesty, courtesy, and high quality of the job performed. Our cars look brand-new again. Also, unfortunately for us, because of the storm we had to have all 3 cars in at the same time, and Pignatelli worked tirelessly and diligently to the best of their capability to fix them in a short amount of time making sure that we can return to our everyday day life as soon as possible. This was my 3rd visit to Pignatelli with the quality and customer service of the 1st two visits being exceptional. Based on that I history I returned for a paint job on my vehicle. I was told they were very busy and according scheduled my work for about 10 days later, as recommended by their estimator. When arriving as scheduled, I was warned it my 2,weeks not 1 and then never heard from them again. I had to call repeatedly to get updates and got only more unfulfilled completion dates in return. I am not sure what has changed but assume it is personnel related.

I tried to use this business, they sat on my car for 2 weeks with no contact, after I called them they hadnt even started and told me they were waiting on a different estimate from the insurance. When I dropped my car off and I had emailed the insurance estimate, they told me 2 to 3 weeks, nowhere did they ever say they needed different info from the insurance company, they never called me to inform me of any of this either. When I called and was absolutely furious that my car was not touched after 2 weeks, Joseph just kept saying that people make mistakes, people are running behind, anything except he was sorry, they dropped the ball, they messed up. Then we I explained I have been without a car for 2 weeks no way to get around, he proceeded to tell me he could hear me driving, which I explained luckily my husband hadnt gone to work yet that morning cause I was driving my son to football practice. This busines has terrible customer service and everyone should be aware of how they treat people. Apparently they have too many cars and didnt need my business! Shame on you Roman for letting your business be run like this, and for letting your staff treat people like this! SHAME ON YOU!

Jon and Lauren were fantastic to work with when some bone head smashed my driver side door while it was parked! Jons specialty is luxury car restoration so I felt at peace seeing his portfolio. He got my car Ruby repaired and in 4 months I havent noticed 1 issue. It still feels like its original factory condition. Ive referred multiple friends to him because he cares about the project as well as the customer. Jon is truly an artist that lives up to his Italian name.

I am very pleased to have found this shop. I had a small issue which I needed resolved quickly. I spoke to Joseph in the morning and was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I took my car to the shop in the afternoon and Joseph and Matt worked with me to quickly resolve my issue at a fair price. My wife scraped her back passenger door on a pole. Her car is pearl white, which apparently is a hard color to match. They repainted it and perfectly matched it with the front door and rear quarter panel at a reasonable price. Her car had previously had the back bumper repainted somewhere else, where she was overcharged for a worse job. Joseph at Pignatelli pointed that out to me, which was great, but now I notice it. Both of our cars are pearl white. So if we ever need any more work done, Im definitely taking them to Pignatelli.

Best place for painting your car! They did a phenomenal job on our Infiniti. We were hit by a truck, smashed both drivers side doors. They replaced, repaired and painted and had our car detailed inside and out, all done and back to us in under 8 days. Awesome service and great people to work with. Matt handled my insurance claim on my daughters car after she was rear ended. They did an excellent job. They where on time with the vehicle and meet all my expectations. They had to go back to the insurance a couple of times and got all my repairs covered. I have seen other cars painted at some local shops and thier quality is excellent. I had a 2017 mustang that the dealer damaged while in for repair and the people they used butchered my car paint. I wished I could have got the dealer to allow me to use this place. Thier quality is really good. Thank you for the excellent work.

Their reviews were great as well as people I spoke to that brought they’re vehicles here couldnt say enough about the quality of work they had experienced but also the relational difference in coming into a shop like this.
