If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. The work on the vehicle was flawless it looked like the car was never in an accident. Cammi is an amazing representative kept me updated every week from beginning to the end. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future without a doubt.

Ive needed two repairs to my vehicle after sustaining minor damage and Caliber handled the fixes both times. They were great to deal with and delivered excellent service. Caliber has become my go-to body shop for vehicle restoration.

This is the fourth time I have used Caliber Collision.and each time it has been a great experience. The staff was pleasant to talk to, easy to work with and very professional. We called for updates and each time they were earger to provide the info. We asked for a couple of extras in addition to the initial work required and they were very accomodating. Quality paint work and repair of multiple scratches and gouges in metallic paint with clear coat. Good communication throughout, took a bit longer than I expected, but they delivered as promised when they said it would be done and kept me up to date with calls and text messages. Pro work.

My car took a month and five days to be fixed and it was pretty painful to wait without no rental car.However this Caliber Collision work was very good. I had to change my driver rear side of door and the paint was great,Technicians will inform updates if customers ask questions.Sometimes repair period will take more time than expected but I can tell it was worth it.

The people are friendly and call to update often, but my vehicle has been in Calibers possession for over a month for a front-end fender bender and is still not ready. The initial Caliber location sent it to the non-drive location the first week because they suspected frame damage. After 10 days in Calibers possession, they finally inspected the vehicle and determined that there was no visible frame damage and submitted a repair estimate to the insurance company. It has now been four weeks in Calibers possession and the truck just made it through paint and body, has not been reassembled yet, and still needs to be put on the frame rack to complete the frame inspection. This was almost entirely body repair with very minimal work to the cooling components. If Caliber suggests sending your vehicle to this location, do not expect a quick turnaround. Update upon completion - The vehicle was still not delivered in the timeframe as promised after my insurance agent and adjuster made contact with the manager at Caliber. The manager used the reasoning that they had to rent a special part to put the vehicle on the frame rack and this was the cause for the additional delay. Im of the opinion that this is something that couldve been anticipated in the first 35 days. I would recommend avoiding this location for repairs if possible. It seems they are struggling to manage the current workload.

They had my car over two months in the shop. I had no loaner car or rental and was unable to work during this time as Im self employed. They seemed to not care. Now Im behind on bills.

Awesome Awesome Awesome, They fixed my car like new, I got hit by a huge piece of metal on my way to Texas, From New Mexico, It totally messed up my car, Caliber collision estimated the damage at around 2,500 but of course I have great insurance, Thank you USAA, But they got my car the next day of me being in Texas, and had it looking like it came off the showroom floor, by the end of the week, I would highly recommend them.. Before, and after pictures..

USAA referred me to caliber to have the body of my car worked on after getting in a wreck. The service was great. I received weekly updates about the status of my vehicle from Chelsey. She was very helpful. I will definitely take my car back there in the future!

In the rush to get everything out of the car for the towing, I inadvertently left a $20 bill in the glove compartment. It was gone when I picked up my car.I am updating my review. I got a call today from the manager. He apologized and told me that my care was moved several times while it was under their car (I was always informed when they moved it and the reason why). Then he asked for my address so he could send me $20. To reiterate, my car repair was done well and in the time I expected. They were good at communicating with me about when the repair would be completed. I especially appreciate the responsiveness of the management. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5.

I came to Caliber Collision after taking my vehicle to another auto service brand due to an issue with the automatic brakes activating when turning left or hitting a bump. The other brand told me it was due to the battery, alternator and battery cables needing to be replaced and they quoted me at $1200 to get it fixed.Caliber found that the issue was related to a loose door handle and fixed it for about $200. I commend Caliber for their honesty and quality of work in an industry that is rampant with dishonesty and poor customer service. Thank you Caliber!! Highly recommended!

I had my car only two weeks when I was hit by a truck that ran a stop sign. My car was badly damaged and it was towed to the Caliber Collision in North Richland Hills. It was over 10,000$ in damage and the car looks great. Most impressive is how they treated me as a customer. My car was assigned to Chelsea, and she did an amazing job of walking me through the process and keeping me up to date. I was concerned that the car “would not be the same” and she allayed any concerns that I had and delivered my car back to me in perfect shape. All that damage and I can’t tell it was in a bad accident. Thank you Caliber and especially thank you Chelsea for doing a great job.

I wrecked my truck back in August and I honestly thought it was gonna be totaled. I Chose caliber collision because there was one right by my apartment. When they received it the damage was so severe on my vehicle I need to go to a non-drive caliber collision. The caliber collision in Richland Hills took my truck and got started on it right away. Within a couple days they already had an estimate ready for me they talk to me on the phone they had me come in and meet with them and go over everything before any decisions were made on what to do next with the vehicle. We decided to go ahead and Get the truck worked on with them they started on it they called me every Monday Wednesday and Friday with updates which was very convenient for me. They were straight forward with me they told me that it would take some time to get it back up and running which I understood seeing as how much damage was done to the vehicle. When they called and said that it was ready to be picked up I went in and it looked exactly the way it did when I first bought it. I have nothing but good things to say about this caliber collision. My customer service rep Chelsea was extremely helpful if I ever had to call Lynn to find out something she got back to me with the answers I was looking for which was very very cause they were always calling me or emailing me and keeping me in the loop which was very convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone else that has had an accident and is looking for a good body shop they’re straightforward very courteous friendly and if you have any questions feel freeTo ask because they do have answers and if for some reason they don’t they will find the answer and get back to you in a good timely manner.

I had to have a big repair done on my car, and Caliber Collision did an excellent job. They initially told me it would take a month and a half to repair, but it ended up only taking a month. Tony kept me updated on the repairs as they were being done to my car. He also took the time to explain exactly what they are doing in laymen’s terms instead of technical terms. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. They also worked well with the car rental company. There was someone there to pick me up when I brought my car in, and I was able to leave the rental car there when I picked up my car. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for future repairs.

They are great at communicating with you each step of the repair process! Great team, amazing people and my car was as good as new (literally) once Tony and his team worked on it!!! Definitely 5 star service!

Highly recommended! The staff was very friendly, I got daily updates on my repair, and it was finished more quickly than I expected. They were even able to fix a slight cosmetic problem that I called about at the last minute. I will send all of my friends here!

Picture this, having a car for 6 months. Its in perfect condition and then suddenly one day.. you get rear ended while driving to work. Lets just say I was devastated. The whole process of getting the claim process, trying to find a place, its -- its a mess. Caliber Collision made my life so much easier. I give five stars to Leo, the individual who took the time to understand my situation and called me to keep me updated on the whole process. I also give another five stars to the Caliber Collision crew for making my car look like the first day I got it. They even reassured me if I find any defects in 2 months, just give them a call back since its lifetime warrant (at least for my situation). Now THAT is customer service. :)This was my experience with them, and I have to say they left a great impression. Give them a try when you need your car fixed up!

My truck was sent there by State Farm for repair, it took Caliber Collision about a week to realize my truck had a lift kit and denied repair. Their adjuster also gave my insurance company false information causing a back up in my claim process. To top it all off a new pair of headphones were missing from my truck. Needless to say I’m actually thankful they wouldn’t repair my truck. I wouldn’t trust this company to work on a hot-wheels car let alone a $45k truck

Caliber Collision Centers repaired my car when I was rear-ended back in March 2013. This was the repair facility that I was advised to go to by the other insurance company. I was a bit hesitant because I knew I had the right to take it to whomever I wanted. I then found out that the car dealer, where I purchased my car, also recommended Caliber Collision. I was totally fine with this decision. Originally I was told that it would take four weeks to repair. However, they were able to complete it in two. I am very happy with the work and will not hesitate to bring any future work to them.

My car was damaged by a State Farm Policy Holder, the cosmetic repairs were done well, but I had otheer issues that were mechanical that they were not qualified to address because they do not do mechanical work. They suggested I Take my car elsewhere . Once that was done they told State Farm my mechical repairs are unnecessary. Long story short they are less than honorable. In addition, my seat driver cover was ripped at the seam and whoever did it decided to adjust the cover so I wouldnt see it til I got home. This mentality causes me pause. My 2012 Subaru looks like just off the showroom floor brand new. Superior workmanship on restoring her after a texting teen hit her. Now wish my body work was done as well and w the same care. Second time this year an idiot behind the wheel hit me. They put her back then too. Speeding red cars are notorious for reckless driving. Hope you all have safe driving but if a crash comes your way Caliber Collision is my recommended repair people.

Ive been a customer here a few times unfortunately. This time my van was totaled unfortunately and could not be repaired. My complaint was that I couldnt make sure all my personal items were removed as they used the van for tire storage (filled the back seats) and the power door locks werent operating. I couldnt access the seating area. They should have thought of that.

Dont listen to these poor reviews. Caliber Collision was under a lot of pressure from all the hail damage around the metroplex, so people just need to calm down. I have been called twice per week that theyve had my car to be updated about what they were doing or in the process of doing. They have been so very helpful and are friendly. I live slightly far from them, but I would probably still make the drive out to North Richland Hills for their services. Kudos to them for making such a huge effort with their customers.

I got rear ended near the end of June and wasnt able to get an appointment with Caliber until July 1. I was in a real time crunch as I had to move back to Florida and leave no later than July 12. Their computer estimation said the job would be done by the 18th but thanks to the hard work and speedy service I had my car back on the 12th and was able to leave that night as I had planned.Matt made sure to keep me in the loop and was very friendly and helpful.

Make an appointment, it does not matter if they can keep you from getting injured. Had my nerf bar bent when i was hit from the side, nerf bar rubbing slightly on tire. I could not remove because of damage to bolts. They did not bother to even look to see if they could help me. All i was told was:MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! 🖕Went to body shop on booth Calloway, fixed in under 30 minutes! No appointment!
