Vance in the Queensgate store was wonderful. He was a great help finding a mattress that suited us and did not try to oversell or upsell. We will go back to him for our next mattress. We went to Mattress Firm because we absolutely had to have a mattress that day (a set we had ordered weeks earlier from elsewhere was delayed a week). Mattress Firm actually stocks a large variety of mattresses unlike most stores that ship in most of their inventory only after you place your order. We were able to pick up our mattress on the same day.

We went into the store with two kids (12) & (15) to find them new mattresses. Vance was so awesome, had the kids try different levels of mattress comfort and literally within 20 minutes we were paying and walking out to get dinner. So Ive been shopping for a bed for a few weeks and it has been miserable. I had reached the point where I was pretty much ready to sleep on my couch for the rest of my life. I stopped into Mattress Firm on Queensgate, and the sales associate Chris Misek asked what I was looking for. I gave him a general breakdown of what I was wanting and about what my budget was. He asked a few questions, then showed a few options. The first thing that really impressed me were the questions he was asking. Not only did he find me a bed that would be comfortable, but was able to match me up with a set that would help with my back and hip pain. Because what I REALLY wanted was a bit above my price range, he worked with me to ensure I was still getting a top quality mattress that addressed all my needs, and literally worked some magic to fit it into my budget. He was never pushy, never tried to up sell me,and made the entire experience incredibly easy! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, but definitely ask for Chris! This dude was so knowledgeable about his products and even took the time to explain to me why my current bed was causing me so many issues. I felt more confident making this purchase than when I bought my car! If I could Raye this with more stars, I would! Went online bout a $199 bed and they said it was gonna take till may 1st from when I bought it and I told them to cancel it but they said they would rather keep my service than just let me walk away so they ended up giving me a bed they had for $600 on sale for $400 without paying anymore than $199 and the bed is amazing we have the snug and for the first bed we was finally able to spend money on for a brand new one we couldnt be happier to have chosen these guys

VERY knowledgeable and informative. We test drove a few styles before finding the perfect one. We added the frame to complete our perfect set up.

Service and selection are wonderful. Knowledge of staff is extremely helpful. The only downside is how long we have to wait for our purchase to be delivered. But it will be worth the wait.

Vance (Queensgate Mattress Firm) was wonderful to work with and made our mattress buying experience very enjoyable. Sorry that I can not leave a 0 stars review. To the point you are a mattress dealer. Also bed frames. That is all that you really sell. But you do not even carry feet or rollers for the 3 metal frames you carry. I understand that you can not have a warehouse full of feet or strollers, but to not carry 1 set for the three you do carry is absurd.

Craig was really helpful, giving us plenty of time. He didnt pressure is into a more expensive mattress, but respected our price range. Overall it was a great experience, highly recommend.

Chris helped me and my fiance today. Neither of us have been mattress shopping before and found it intimidating the more we researched. I had no idea how many different things went into picking a mattress. Chris made it very approachable and guided us step by step on buying a mattress that is right for us. He brought us to some approachable options to learn what we liked. The more mattresses he had us lay on, the more we narrowed it down together. This brought us to 2 mattress options to pick from before the purchase. One was below our budget and the other above. He did not pressure us into the more expensive option and was very transparent about fees and expenses we can encounter one option verse the other. We went with the one below budget and we feel good about it.

Would highly recommend them and will be going back in like 10 years or however long this mattress last (10 year warranty on it so its at least that long)

The current Black Friday deal going on now is amazing! But more than that, our mattress guru, Vance, was patient and extremely helpful in finding the perfect mattress for our needs! Shopping for a mattress is super stressful because we have to do it so seldom, there are soooo many options, there are so many stores, and it can be a spendy investment-he really made it a good experience! I’m glad we stumbled into this store! They match low prices around town, too. (However we didn’t need this option, as the deal knocked off soo much money!) If you’re even thinking about a mattress right now, go here FIRST! Bonus they work with local foster kids (money and toy donations and hold events when there’s not COVID craziness). He even stayed late for us and still apologized when he had to juggle two clients at the same time! Literally the only employee working after hours and still apologized.
