We really loved the store and the service we got. Amy was wonderful, gave us a lot of time to roam around and actually really focus on how the mattress felt. She gave us a lot of space but was right there for any information we needed.She was very knowledgeable and we liked her sales approach, which was without any pressure.We felt very comfortable placing the order, fully informed and also loved the price guarantee which is for 120 days. I hope this mattress will last a long time but whenever it needs to be replaced, I literally would like to go back to the very same store and hopefully to the very same wonderful Amy.

I went into store to purchase a mattress set. Colby greeted me as I walked into store. I knew what I wanted, but couldnt remember the model, name. He listened and figured out which set I was interested in. As I ran out of time and had to leave, Colby gathered my personal info and followed thru with contacting me later in the day. I returned and made my purchase the next day. The other members of his team were instore and it was clear that this team supports each other. Colby was friendly, yet professional, easy to work with. Very nice to work with and knowledgeable. Haven’t had a new bed in over 10 years and with both of us having bad backs and different sleeping habits we really needed something that worked for us and we were able to get in and get it done.

Amy was super sweet and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured at all, and that was really nice. She was honest and helped us find just the right mattress for our needs. The price was so good already, but when we found out that if we paid $50 more, we would get an adjustable base for free, we couldn’t resist. We asked her to raise our price! (It was the first time anyone has ever asked her to raise the price). We shopped around to other stores, but had to go back to Mattress Firm. They definitely had the best service and best prices.

Any Doty helped me get a mattress and adjustable base for a good price around what I said I wanted to spend. She didn’t push me to stuff I didn’t want and respected what I told her in the beginning of what I wanted to pay. I was just going to get a mattress but she showed me a mattress I like and could get the adjustable base in my price range too. I ended up only spending 50 dollars more then I said I was wanting to spend.

The Tapteal Matress Firm was great to work with. Bed was delivered and set up. We told the delivery guy it wasnt supposed to be set up. He said well its marked so we let them set it up. The adjustable base leg was broke so the delivery guys told us to call the sales person to set up a date to exchange it. They want me to now pay $149 for set up, in order for them to bring the new base out. I did not request it.The reason we gave it 2 stars is because we like the mattress.

We had good service from the manager, as the store was empty, as people are distancing. I was a little disappointed that the mask the manager was wearing was inadequate for covid-19. I hope they do better going forward. Wear a mask. We bought a nice mattress!

I purchased a mattress and box spring last year from this company. This year I upgraded my box to an AMAZING life changing base! Went to Ashely furniture on accident because I thought they were the same store. Met with Andrea in mattress firm and told her what I was looking for in a mattress. She found me the EXACT one I wanted right away. It was perfect! Then she found one that had recently been returned so I got my dream mattress for half price on top of the current sale.
