Great shopping experience. Sales reps were respectful, patient, and very helpful in determining our mattress needs and answering questions. I personally feel mattress prices are too high but they were comparable with other vendors and Mattress Firm has a great trial period and low-price guarantee, as well as good financing options. Went in looking for a new mattress, but not knowing what we were looking for. We’re instantly greeted by sales associate Craig, who was friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are selling. He asked my husband and I questions about why we needed a new bed and how we slept (hot, cold, back, side,). After answering his questions, he instantly knew what beds we needed to look at, and what accessories would make the bed an even better investment for us. While Craig was pricing out options for us, we were talking with the other sales associate Jessica, again was very friendly and super knowledgeable about products. We were SUPER satisfied with our experience there and would HIGHLY recommend this store and staff. Will be a repeat customer in future for sure (hopefully not within the next 10 years though).

We went to the Richland store and the service was amazing. The store Manager Vance was very knowledgeable about the products and after completing a brief questionnaire, he was able to point us to a mattress. He narrowed it down to 2 mattresses and both were very comfortable. After we made our selection, he told us of a special on the bases that were adjustable that were being offered for free. So we got an adjustable bed and two free pillows. Price was great and customer service was excellent! Would highly recommend this retailer.

As a young family of two little kids we don’t have a lot of time to spare. Craig from mattress firm was amazing. He was not pushy and super down to earth. He asked questions to help us find a mattress both in our budget and that fit our needs. It was a breath of fresh air. A truly no hassle experience. My family showed up for a last minute appointment to buy a new mattress for my husband and I. We were welcomed in by Craig who was very attentive to not only our needs for a mattress, but also to our two girls. He had them play a game of finding the softest mattress in the entire store. He worked with us for at least 45 minutes to find the best mattress for our bodies and our pockets. I will be coming back here for any mattress/accessories needs, as well as sending family and friends to this location.

We never intended to spend the amount we spent but Vance did a great job of convincing us that we needed the bed we chose. Eventually we will need the base we purchased as the DR is already suggesting we raise the head of the bed so my husband can breathe better. I have a bad back and have been uncomfortable in our present bed and am looking forward to the new bed with adjustable frame.

I was prepared to purchase a (third) memory foam bed from Costco but was hoping to (a) avoid assembly and (b) get help hauling away the old bed. So I set out to see where I could find a comparable bed (queen sized memory foam mattress on a platform) locally for a comparable price. Chris at Mattress Firm was awesome; he helped me research differences between the Costco bed and the brand of “bed in a box” that Mattress Firm offers ( tulo), explained how the warranty works, reduced prices where he could to get me the most best and most comparable deal, and explained in detail how the warranty and “sleep trial” work, making sure I had everything I needed to exchange the mattress if I needed to. Delivery was right on time and pleasant; Mattress Firm hauled away the old mattress and box spring and set everything up (including a cool adjustable platform). I haven’t yet slept in the bed (it’s for a guest room), but so far the experience is just what I had hoped for.

One star only because it had A/C. There were only 2 guys there. One was painful to listen to, using price match, return policy, and even the old we set the tone pitches. The other was running to everyone but his current client and trying to do 5 or 6 at once, but not actually listening to anyone. This is the one I had the misfortune of dealing with. His current client went through 3 glasses of water at the register waiting to do a down payment. He even cracked the joke youre not in any hurry are you? Haha. Well, I was. My son has a stomach bug and threw up all over my bed including my foam pillow. My husband is on call and had somewhere he needed to be. I had told him all of this upfront. He said he will help me next. Then he proceeds to greet everyone else, deliver a mattress, and finally get the deposit from his actual clients. I got to the register, after 45 minutes of waiting, only to find out we dont have any pillows in stock, but I can have it delivered, or you can go to another location. I was livid. When I said I needed pillows, mine had been vomited on, this was not disclosed. When I stated I was in a hurry, this was not appreciated or respected. I ended up leaving after he said I didnt lie. . . WHAT IN THE HELL! So that redeems everything else I just experienced and the waste of 45 minutes of my time while my son is sick at home?! I will never go back, and I hope to save others from this experience. I have spent my entire professional career in sales and this was hands down the worst Ive ever seen. It was a training video of what not to do.

We decided it was time to get our 11 and 14 year daughters new mattresses and box springs so we started shopping around and visited a couple of local mattress stores and furniture stores (Macys, Ashleys and etc). But we hit the jackpot on customer service with Keith at Mattress Firm in Richland by Winco. He was fun and entertaining while he helped our daughters decide on what type of bed they liked firm, med or soft and coil or memory foam. He was so patient pulling out twins beds for my 11 year old to try and then try again - think Goldilocks and the 3 Bears! In the end we got a great deal, the right beds and new mattress pads. They were delivered in less than a week to our home and the crew that came and setup the beds also rocked! Courteous and careful with our home and the new beds. They even will haul away the old one! So if you need a new bed - Keith is your guy! You will get the right bed and have a good laugh while doing it - without all the slick salesman pressure you get so many places.
