They where part of my team during the build out for our client supplying and installing the tile, case work and countertops. I would be excited to use them again. I wanted to like this place... The service was good while we were in the building... But they never came through with a bid on the flooring we chose... No call, no email, no follow up at all. EDIT: Finally got a quote, a month after we had the project completed. Diana from Craftsman called to apologize.

The customer service was poor, prices are decent, and communication is nonexistent. I ordered 3 boxes of flooring and 2 transition strips with a conformation that I would get them in 2 or 3 weeks. After a month of waiting I finally played phone tag with the person that helped me only to find out the order wasnt submitted yet and that it would take a month or so to get the flooring to the store fast forward a month and a couple weeks and still no call so I called the store and found out my flooring had been sitting it the warehouse for about a week😡

We asked Craftsman Cabinets for an estimate in December. I felt like the salesman was a little put out just having to take the time to talk with us. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE.
