Domm was great. The Pro Max phones were pretty hard to get and he took the time to check every combination to see which ones had the shortest ship time. We got our phone in 3 days. Great job!

Alright, easily the best experience Ive ever had getting a new phone. I was working with a new guy, Justin T. And he was awesome. He was quick, but wanted to be efficient. I had major problems with my phone. I went through Asurion insurance company and within 24 hours had a new phone. Here comes the challenging part.... my old phone would shut off automatically while I was trying to transfer my data. Not only frustrating but very stressful. I went to Verizon at 10 am Saturday morning. I met Chase J. He, was extremely helpful, patient, kind and professional. I stayed there for 4 hours trying to transfer data to my new phone. I finally gave up and went home. The next day I went back and was greeted my Chase J. Again. Once again he helped me and we finally got the data transferred and organized on my phone. I am so thankful for Chase J. I highly recommend him!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Outstanding service from Ryan and Edgar! After no help online for 2 days I took my 3 new phones into the store and Ryan went above and beyond to fix the problems. I staggered into this place unsure of myself and my place in this world. I came in to buy a JBL Flip, but I left with not only that but a much better service plan, a 700 dollar trade-in for my wife, a JBL Clip, and a much brighter outlook on life itself, not to mention Cellular Plus, Verizon, and a man known only as Ryan N. Sometimes you hear the argument that if you have Superman, then what do you need Batman and the rest of them for? Well, I am sure people say that about Ryan. If he is in the store then why do you need to schedule anyone else that day? I would say for comedy relief, moral support, and just to make it a more well rounded cast of characters. The show just flows better. Ryan made this visit easy, fast, and kept running into ways to save me money. At one point I was in there almost half an hour simply because I could not afford to leave, I was saving too much money. It was like being on a roll at the blackjack table. What an experience, and what a Verizon store! These Cellular Plus guys sure know what they are doing.

Ryan was great at helping me upgrade my phone, he let me know of any opportunities to save money on my plan, told me about available promotions on great deals, and thoroughly explained everything to help me understand it all. He had great customer service :)

We called Cellular Plus and Mike answered the phone. He was very helpful in communicating that they had two Apple Watches in stock. We told him we were coming from Hermiston and asked him to set aside for us and we would see him in about an hour. When we arrived the store was busy given COVID. After a brief wait Ryan assisted us in not only getting the two watches set up for my parents, but also getting all lines under one plan with more savings. It was no easy feat and Ryan stayed patient through it all. I think he may have even powered through his lunch period to get the job done. Very pleasant and refreshing experience and I would recommend this location to anyone looking.

The lady in the Keene road store, Saige, was extremely helpful (she gets 5 stars), spotted the issue right away.A month ago i asked to have my HUM disconnected as my car will not run with it in place. My jetpak was disconnected instead of the HUM, and a couple of days ago I started not being able to access the internet. Verizon gets four stars, one down for disconnecting the wrong device.The people in this store here in Richland/Kennewick, Washington, have always been very helpful. Five stars for the storefolk.
