Verizon has the worst internet for prepay everything included so after 2mos of no resolution or credit I switched to US Cell, they have great internet for prepay but will block calls racking up high roaming charges after 2-3mos of svc & tech dept will lie to U about the reason & pacify U with 24 to 48hrs to resolve so after multiple calls to tech support, no supervisor returning my calls as promised, spending almost 2hrs in the store w/cs rep on ph w/tech support & 7 days of not being able to receive calls from my Canadian bf or bff in Spokane (Im in Kennewick) I switched to AT&T, got a cheaper rate due to discounts no other carrier offers, (ima CNA, small business owner) got a better ph for literally $1/mo for 36mos (yep a galaxy A12 for $36 bux!) all I paid wen I left store was $15.72! I needed to do a curbside pickup for a new phone and purchase a couple accessories. Daphne helped me with my order and everything was seamless. My phone was activated, and she helped me with the new screen protector. She informed me on their accessory specials and I was able to purchase a couple new gadgets. There is a sizeable difference between a corporate store like this and a smaller store. Daphne was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I recommend this location to other AT&T subscribers.

Dont go through these people. Because they lie and dont explain to you properly just to make a sale. I am a retired Military Policeman and been part of At&t for years they lied to me to make a sale and never has my bill ever been over $200 until now.

I’m here in the store with Alejandro. He was wonderful in helping me solve a very complex problem with a video sharing file. He was awesome and explained the servers to me. I’m over 70 and he was patient, kind and professional. We set up several accounts. New passwords etc.my best to your staff. All great.Nancy Petersen.

The best AT&T store in town, hands down. The employees there are so helpful. I especially like Ciarra as every time I come in she is friendly, knowledgeable & professional! Everyone must go here for their AT&T needs! You wont regret it.

We followed Maria from the main Kennewick location to this Richland one and after meeting the other employees there, they too exceeded our expectations that thought we’ve already determined! If you have to go to an AT&T store please go to the corporate one over on Columbia Center Boulevard by Red Lion. This one is not near as friendly or helpful.

Ciarra is the best and the smartest! I spent 2 hours with the insurance IT guy last night the 3rd IT person on my project) and my new phone still would not download. Ciarra did a couple of her magical tricks to the phone and it works and is fully downloaded!Thank you, Ciarra!

Dont know why the negative reviews are here - I guess you cant please some people.I have purchased phones from the time of flip phones to the iPhone 4 - 5 - 6 and now 7 and have had no problems.I have gone to the store to ask questions about my phone when on pay as you go and I got the same help as when I bought a new phone.Always professional. Always helpful.

They wrongfully charged me a monthly bill for a phone I never even bought and then proceeded to tell me they couldnt fix their own mistake because they need the phone that I never bought to access my account that I never set up. Be careful, I dont know what they are doing, but i dont think its all above board here. I was a new prospective customer and now I am currently having to fighting a bill that should exist in the first place.

I want this to be the most nastiest, yet truthful review. But I dont have the words. Rude employees. Unhelpful. Not understanding or apologetic. If I wasnt on a family plan I would switch carriers. Extremely rude store. I wouldnt recommend purchasing from here at all!

Yesterday 12/29/2017 - One of the phones on my family plan stopped working. I called ATT and after a few useless suggestions about restarting the phone (which of course we had already tried) they told me to take it into the ATT store as the issue was likely a sim card.We took it to the queensgate store. A young man examined the phone and stated that that it was likely the sim card. He replaced the sim card, still not working. He told us that we needed a new phone and that the phone was bad. I asked him several times everything on the phone turns on and works, it is only the ATT network which is not recognizing the phone, are you sure we need a new phone? He said yes. So we bought a phone right then and there. We asked him to transfer the pictures and contacts from the old phone onto the new phone. We sat there for about 20 minutes and watched him try and get the new phone to work. Finally we told him we were hungry and would come back after lunch. We finished lunch and went back. We were told that there was something wrong with the phone number and that the new phone was not working. We were told that we needed to take the phone to a corporate store near Winco. I asked him so I didnt need to purchase a new phone? He looked sheepish but never apologized, or offered anything for our 2 hour waste of time. He tossed everything into a bag and sent us out the door, he didnt even offer to call the ATT corporate store and let them know we were on the way. I asked him Can you call them? and he just repeated that we should just tell them that the phone wasnt working. To say that this young man was completely worthless and unprofessional would be an understatement, it was obvious he did not know what he was doing nor how to address the fact that his incompetence wasted several hours of our time.We took the old phone and the new phone and the new sim card we bought to the ATT store next to Winco in Richland. Brian and the store manager Kamille greeted us. We explained what had happened and Brian got to work. They figured out in less that 3 minutes that the new sim card was not activated. They asked if I wanted the old phone to be reactivated or the new phone. Having already purchased the phone outright I decided to just activate the new phone, in less that 5 minutes the new phone was working and all of the contacts and pictures were transferred. We were then informed that the queensgate store is an authorized dealer and not actually employees of ATT like the store next to Winco. Its unfortunate that ATT does not require better signage so that unsuspecting customers do not waste their time at Authorized Dealers.Save yourself the trouble folks, avoid these authorized dealers and go straight to the people who actually work for the companies they represent. The authorized dealers are just used car salesmen with a pitch and nothing more. They offered us nothing for our trouble because they are a private business there to sell phones and make money not satisfy customers and solve problems. We ended up buying a phone we didnt need from the queensgate store.

Im pretty sure that all the staff in this establishment are rud. Makes me think about changing from AT&T to a different carrier. I have been in several times with my wife and kids. Most recently a blonde girl was sitting in the back texting the girl that was helping us. She was laughing at whatever she was texting and smirking every time my daughter made a noise. Our daughter is very well behaved. So it certainly wasnt her fault. Im not sure but I think Ill go out on a limb and say that most of their business comes from parents or grandparents. Most established people that pay their bills on time in fact have children. Piss poor business.
