The lady helping me was very rude and called mea loser and kicked me out of the store. She also was using foul language and she was very unqualified because she was just calling people for help and didn’t know how to do the job herself

The people there were extremely helpful and it ended up being much cheaper than Verizon or at&t. Highly recommend if you are paying more than $50 for your line.

They did not set my phone up correctly due either lack of knowledge or distracted with his flirting with another customer.

Tried to take care of business on the phone or computer and it is impossible. Was charged for something I did not order and cant take care of it without going into the store.

Bad customer service and slow delivery. They promised two day shipping and a week and a half later i still dont have my phone and the employees dont seem to care.

If I could give less stars I would. I went into this location to ask a question and the women working there was rude and bad mouthed the other cricket carrier I usually go to; and claimed the other location I go to didnt know what they were talking about and werent trained properly. When she said this I asked how long she worked for cricket and she has been working for less than 2 months! I will go to the other carrier location before I go here again.
