Went from adams oregon all the way to richland to try these donuts. They are no where near what is advertised. Regular box, regular donuts dipped in sprinkles. Not what i was expecting at all.

Got a solid frozen donut there. Two of them. I didnt realize that Krispy kreme froze their donuts. I thought they were fresh every day every morning.

I love donuts, however when I went into this location I was disappointed several items. First, I saw tables with donuts just piled up in stacks, and buckets of icing just laying opened. I What a disappointment to see this. I was also wanting to prepay for some of the Halloween donuts, but they had none in and would not take an order for any in the next week. I was so wanting to purchase some of the but with the terrible customer service and deplorable site of the kitchen, I do not believe that I would purchase from them again...

Love this place! It never disappoints. Fluffy soft doughnuts. So many amazing flavors. If you havent tried them you definitely should.

Today I was excited to be a little festive and partake in the 2021 Halloween KrispySkreme Spell-book themed promo. It was supposed to have 4 of each of the limited addition Halloween donuts I called ahead to see if they had said promo as advertised. Was assured that they did in fact have this promo going. I arrived 10 mins later via drive through. I am told right off that they are out of most of the promo donuts. So I got to get an incomplete dozen. But what I was most upset about was that this dozen came in a regular box and not like advertised. Why am I paying $15.50 a dozen for the promo if thats not what I got?

Absolutely love this location. Always have had fresh donuts that are fluffy & delicious. My husbands co-workers go nuts when he brings them a dozen since he works out of town where there are no genuine donut places. As an added bonus, I have a kid with a tree nut allergy and they dont allow tree nuts items in their facility so we never have to worry when we order donuts for the family to share.

Aroma heaven...we were welcomed by the sweet smell of fun and adventure. The staff greeted us and the wait was short. We enjoyed the raspberry filled donut and apple fritter. I got a coffee (free refills) and my daughter got a chocolate milk. We were ready to go and they fired up the glazed donut machine... okay you have to get a glazed donut when they are hot off the belt. Yum!!!

Its Krispy Kreme. Donut flavored cotton candy. My favorite are either the blueberry cake or sour cream cake.

Stuck in line for over 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. With no cars in front of them, they waited for at least 10 minutes before their order was even taken. I dont know how long they were waiting before I got there. They were still waiting for their order at the window after Id waited at the menu for 6 minutes in silence, I couldnt take the chance that itd take another 10 minutes to get my order, so I had to leave.

Allowing the free donuts with COVID vaccine cards is a genius move. We went a few times and bought some coffee or an extra donut. So I applaud them from their pro-vaccine stance. I also like the donuts just fine.

Being a business owner myself in the community I understand staffing can be an issue during these times. The donuts are great! I have a couple of suggestions though. When opening at 6 am it might not be a great idea to have sprinklers hitting your customers cars in the drive through. Hardwater can cause damage to the paint over a period of time and they dont wash off. I came back at 715 and I was 2nd in line in the drive through and waited 24 minutes before my order was taken. I hope you can get your staff up as I saw multiple vehicles backing up and leaving. You want to keep your customers in the community happy!

My wife loves Krispy Kreme. Every time were in the area we have to pick up some. I bought a mixed dozen with some of the seasonal donuts. The pumpkin spice tastes great. The original cake was great as usual. Havent tried salted Carmel but Im sure its going to be awesome.

Hmm.... For a Krispy Kreme this location was depressing. Maybe I caught them on an off day.

I usually love Krispy Kreme but I have to say I’m really disappointed. I bought two dozen of the assorted Valentine donuts. They were dry like they were at least two days old. Of course I didn’t notice until I got home. I tried calling and left them a message with no return phone call or comment. I tried to give them a chance to make it right before posting a review but customer service is really gone downhill these days. Just know they may be fresh and wonderful and they may be old and dried out😞

I generally love Krispy Kreme. The last time I placed a large order, I picked it up in the morning and it was very clear that the doughnuts were not fresh. They must have been from the day before. I called them to see if I could come pick up a fresh order or get a refund and they never called me back. Very disappointed!

Excellent fast service and yummy donuts. We got some fun green choices and yummy chocolate, being St. Patricks day weekend. The line was to the door but the staff was quick and friendly and there was lots of communication regarding what supplies were getting low. We wanted two dozen hand picked but we had a few minutes to think it through before it was our turn. The Man who helped us was fast, moving as quickly as we could say our choices. Two customers were being helped at once, with a third being checked out. The staff worked very well together. To be even more efficient, anything they could grab off the back-up trays, they did, to reduce time spent changing out the display case. Well done! Taste was excellent as always!

Everything you’d expect from Krispy Kreme. I wish we could go in and get a warm one but time are what they are. They are consistently good though and I’ve never been let down.

Ive been going to Krispy Kreme for several decades (not this one) and I have never seen anything other than the original being made on site. I finally saw apple fritters being made and purchased one. They were delicious. I had visited in hope of trying a free stuffed original, but they were not participating.

Just stopped by for a veterans day free donut and coffee and the manager was super friendly. He told me about how their donuts are made fresh several times a day! Apparently they use such fresh ingredients that they actually go bad/stale a lot faster. There is a large variety of donut flavors and they are pretty much all soft and delicious.

Theres a sign on the front door and says you have to wait until someone comes for you, I waited but no one showed up. Ended up picking my order through drive thru. It will be helpful if the pick ups will be through drive thru specially with this weather.

Getting into the parking lot was a nightmare and the line was atrocious. BUT, it was all worth it for the donuts that my son wanted. Im sure it wouldnt have been so bad if it wasnt all drive-thru. Dang COVID.

Dont get me wrong, I love Krispy Kreme, but this particular location never seems to have their fresh light on, and they NEVER have any of the unique flavors. I dont know, maybe corporate just drops the unique flavors quickly or cycles through them rapidly, but they just always have the same stuff.

The products are great, but the lines have been insane, so prepare for a bit of a wait or order in advance.

The hot light was on but the donuts werent hot. They were selling them for $5 dozen but they were cold.

Always friendly and do a great job. When they were open in the lobby before Covid, they always paid special attention to my 4 year old and gave him a free sample.

I went to the drive through & they didn’t have apple fritters. They asked if it was OK to wait 8 minutes. What point is a drive through if they are out of product? Could you imagine McDonald’s out of burgers but what time to go make some? Poor management!I tried again the next day. As I drove up to order, they asked me to “hold a moment” but after 5 minutes I asked if anyone was there. They said they were busy up front and would be “a few more moments.” Not knowing if that meant 5 or 10 more minutes sitting in my car burning gas, I drove off. Where is the Management to handle their drive through customers that are burning their gas? Why have a drive through without service? VERY POOR! If there was a ZERO RATING they would get it!

It was OK donuts

We have typically had exceptional service. We were treated with real respect when our last order was wrong and that was greatly appreciated. These donuts are crazy good. I have not been in when they are making the glazed. They used to give out free samples of fresh ones off of the line, to people coming in or waiting in line. Dont know if they still do that but it is really cool to get a fresh warm glazed donut! Great marketing tool, ha ha.I called later and was welcomed with an apology and they gave us 2 free dozen donuts for the trouble. VERY ABOVE AND BEYOND, THANK YOU!

I love their donuts, soft n melt in your mouth! I like the specially decorated donuts during many holidays, or special days like the Super Bowl/football season. Service is friendly, and quick. Its a bit of a drive for me, or I would go more often. In a busy shopping stores close by. Amply parking.

Long wait in drive way

I love their pastries and it is always fresh. The only reason I didnt give a full five stars is the wait time can often be 20 minutes.

Went to get donuts with my daughter today (feb 9 2020). Stood in line for over 5 minutes while one employee was helping one customer at the register. The other employees only cared about the drive through. Finally the girl at the register finished and helped the lady in front of me. While waiting to order, A lady came in and got in line behind us. Mike then finally came to help take orders and straight ignored me and my daughter and helped the lady behind us. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Will never go back. We usually go every Sunday but after today we will take our money and business elsewhere. Never again Krispy Kreme

I really like going to Krispy Kreme wife not really a big fan but you know to everyone their own we did like getting some glazed donuts especially for my wife she just likes plain glazed but for myself I really like going here the only thing I dont like is that the drive-through does tend to have pretty long lines at times for a good reason usually its because they know they have a good special or something otherwise kind I wish you were a bit quicker though shouldnt take too long but the customer service is great over all they do tend to take care of everybody really well.

Meh they didnt carry crullers and sold out cheesecake ones. So not too pleasant. Was told they dont carry crullers which is one of their main ones. Was sold out of the pumpkin cheesecake ones which if your gonna have a sale for one week youd think theyd make more. Plus I have to drive from Oregon to Washington so want happy to get there and find out all this. Still bought some donuts but not the ones I set out to get.

The food is what it is... Krispy Kreme.But the other stuff... facility, cleanliness, service... Are top notch.There is a ton of space if a team needs to come eat on the way home, outdoor seating/patio, all super clean and well maintained. Can be slow if it is slammed, but they are really kind and helpful even when it is busy.

Went in at 10 am on a weekday. Out of almost everything I wanted, and a 25 minute wait when there were only 2 people in line. Definitely not what I expected from a Krispy Kreme.

While I think the store has promise, in my opinion these guys have missed the boat on Krispy Kreme is all about. The workers are extremely courteous, however, you get the feeling they dont want to make the hot donuts. The hot light is seldom on and if fact, one time I came in and they were making the famous hot glazed that melts in your mouth but didnt have the light on. When I asked why, they responded that these donuts were for a fund raiser. Dude, if they sell then make more! Almost every other Krispy Kreme I have been too, the donuts are selling lot hotcakes and the hot donut light is on several times per day advertising the product. While I realize in Washington, it is difficult for the restaurant business to make money because minimum wage is so high, but if you make the hot donuts and turn the light on you will sell more. This means you will make more money. It is a fact. Take a look at the stores in California, west coast of Washington, and in the South. These guys are selling like crazy. I lived in the Atlanta, GA area for almost 2 years and there were two stores close to me within about 13 miles of one another. It seemed like the hot light was always on and Atlanta including the out lying areas has 11 stores.

I only stopped here because was meeting a friend. Donuts are only good hot. Otherwise yuk
