Roasters, this you? Drinks were good but muffin thing had mold on it 🤢🤮

Its a nice space that could be better utilized. The staff has been friendly, but it could really use some food on the menu. I think it used to have some decent sandwiches from looking at a catched web page. I met there to play chess and have to stop somewhere to eat before hand when Id prefer to just eat there.

Not bad coffee nice ambiance. I asked for a traditional maciatto but got a sugary caramel drink.I think batista may have limited knowledge.None the less I still enjoy the place

Love the chill decor, sets the tempo and very inviting to patrons. Makes you want to hangout all-day. Nice selections of coffee offering-lattes, americanos and espressos. Simple pastry offering but delicious. The Giesen roaster working in the background is so cool, makes the place feel industrious. So happy this place exists.

I love their coffee. They brew it right in there and it just smells so amazing. Unfortunately they told me they are changing to a regular roasters. They made me a drink that was so good I started coming every morning to get it. Taste like a good Seattle coffee. Extra yummy on those cold days such rich flavor without the bitter taste. Just amazing.

I like my morning latte strong, and they sure understand a European style latte here. Besides a great drink, and scone, the decor was excellent. Lots of seating and table options, with a simple but very artistic theme. It set the perfect mood for a great day.

Cool place. Very open environment. Couch and table seating. A working roaster is visible across the room. Drive up is also an option.Coffee taste great. I drink mostly doppio and I approve of this coffee.

They are great! Love the vibes and look of the inside area. When I went there this last time, it took about 20 minutes for my drink but they apologized and gave me a free drink. They are newly opened and trying to find their flow, great team, and amazing coffee.

The staff are nice and friendly, the inside is cozy and spacious. The bathrooms are gender neutral as well. I love their lemonade

Tried this location for the first time messed up my order. They didnt make it right at first and acted like it was my fault and it was a 10$ coffee. I went back to my usual location where Kade or Jade was visiting from gway and gave us our drinks for free and made things right. I have since then visited this Richland location again and have had a better experience so updating to 3*** also Caitlin from Edison is our usual and is fantastic 🌻

Delicious locally roasted coffee. I really loved my visit to this coffee joint. The building has tall ceilings and an open layout so you can see the roasters in the back as they roast the coffee. The coffee roaster is a loud machine, and the music is played at a comfortably high volume which gives the building a higher energy than most coffee places.The coffee is the star of the show here. I highly recommend getting a pour-over of whichever bean the barista prefers.

Always good service! The New Orleans is the perfect cold drink* The above review was written when the place was still Resilient Coffee Roasters. They have since become Roasters Coffee Labs and I dont feel the change was for the better. Coffee drinks are only mediocre and theyve lost the feel that Resilient had. I have yet to find a drink on the new menu that I actually like and they have reduced their food options to pastries. Sorry Roasters, you missed the boat here.

Went to the grand reopening of the shop, now serving all roasters drinks. Customer service is excellent. Nice quiet location to go inside to visit, or quick drive through.

Resilient is a great place for not only a good cup of coffee, but for studying and meetings. The quiet and chill atmosphere makes for a convenient place to meet with your clients or study for your exams without blaring music or overly obnoxious fellow customers. The employees there are very friendly and are educated on the culture of coffee. The coffee sold is freshly roasted every week right there in-house. You cant get fresher than that!

This place is outstanding. I will say the first time I was disappointed to not have any energy drink infusion options there... But their drinks are amazing. Food is yummy. Customer service is way above average. Love the look of the coffee shop as well.

I was told by a sweet couple who happen to share my affinity for all things coffee about this delightful coffee shop.Having never had a cup o Joe from this particular spot, I managed to snag a drink just before they closed on a Sunday. I could easily write for hours about how truly awesome the coffee is here. But since I have to get back to darning my Himalayan socks, Ill keep it short & sweet.This place has the smoothest coffee Ive ever drank... aaand I have drunk coffee from almost everywhere.Check this amazing place out. The ambience of the place is really cozy & the service is enthusiastic. I love it here, & Im excited to return soon.

Easily my favorite local coffee shop in town. Such a beautiful seating area, surrounded by the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans. Staff takes pride in their drinks and are excited to talk about their coffee. They have a drive through, but why not take the time to truly enjoy every sip?

One of my all-time favorite coffee shops in the Pacific Northwest! Absolutely incredible, with the roaster right in the same room as the coffee shop (but it isnt crazy loud or annoying). Absolutely delicious espresso, and great place to sit and get work done.

Loved the service sand the building. The server explained that their chi teas are different from other places and would take a little longer. Initially I thought it was taking a lot longer. But right after that thought, they were done. And the drinks were great. Im glad it took just a little longer than normal because they were better than normal.The building is neat and clean. The staff were very nice and help full to everyone Ive that came in while we were there.

I love coffee to roasters is great. But unlike some i dont get but hurt when people express religious freedom. I will leave that to narrow minded flakes.

I love to come here on the weekends to work and be productive. Their (delicious!) coffee is roasted right in the shop, the staff are always nice, and I love that its quiet. I havent tried the sandwiches but love the recent pastry rotation and hope to see some more seasonal options :)

This place is a very hip place to hang out. One of the few coffee shops with enough space. Their coffee is for coffee lovers--i.e. No extra bells, flavors, milks, etc. Their prices are so much better than everyone else. I love their cold brew!

Best coffee in the Tri-Cities. Additionally you can purchase fresh roasted beans here and experiment in different brew styles. Its not just coffee but an education in coffee.

A new, and spectacular coffee experience in the Tri-Cities that everyone should experience at least once.The atmosphere is modern and lands somewhere between sparse and homey, with comfortable sofas for lounging as well as bar stools that you can sit at and enjoy watching them roast coffee beans if you catch them at the right time.The coffee is what coffee should be: simple, elegant, and bursting with flavors.There is an ever-changing list of pour-over coffee selections as well as the espresso drinks.Come check it out and taste what coffee should taste like.

I have never thrown out a latte before, but this was probably the worst latte. There was also a fingerprint on the cup. I would not recommend.

I visited this shop today in my never ending quest to find a decent local coffee shop. The furniture and lighting gives Resilient very upscale feel, but the prices are very reasonable compared to Starbucks. There are a couple tables near outlets, but in general its not very plug in friendly. The level of ambient noise is very high; between the ambient music and the coffee roaster thingy I could barely hear the table next to me, and I could talk to myself without worrying about bothering anyone.The largest drawback, and they thing that will probably keep me from ever coming here again, is the short hours. It closes at 4 on Sunday and 5 every other day. The clientele here is probably almost exclusively the work from home or stay at home type.

Must go. Great coffee & fresh smell of roasting coffee is awesome. A truly unique coffee experience. Plus they have kombucha and all my favorite roasters people are there!

Come to resilient for coffee and left with a education. Truly passionate people that teach you about the coffee you are about to drink. I come in for press coffee and havent been displeased yet. Incredible coffee with amazing flavor.

One of my favorite shops in town. Im not sure who these people are that are having these negative experiences but Im in the store every week and the espresso is consistently great, the baristas are consistently friendly, the shop is very clean, the beans are well roasted, the shots well pulled, and they have a passion for coffee and people. I love that you offer single origin espresso- which is a rare treat even for many Seattle shops. Keep it up guys.

Amazing people, best coffee from all over the world roasted fresh in small batches daily and actually have real coffees the way they ate supposed to be and the best you will ever have, been since before it opened. Highly recommended!

I dont even drink coffee, but the tea was fantastic. My friend Jessica loves stopping in here every Friday for a vanilla latte. They always look and smell amazing. You can even sit here and watch them roast the beans.

Resilient has a very different model from most espresso stands. Their largest cup is 12oz. They have 3 brewing options. No problem. But the server didnt volunteer any info to explain the differences. I didnt feel welcomed to this new coffee clique, and the server certainly didnt sell me on the Resilient (aka Roasters) brand. I was told this was their flagship store with their top baristas. The coffee was fine.

The coffee here is outstanding and the Baristas really know their stuff. They are super friendly and make you feel like youre having a special experience. The interior is comfortable and unique. A really delightful place to go for a conversation with a friend.

A little too up class. I definitely wasnt dressed nice enough to go there. I got bad looks and felt out of place.I feel this is like a upperclassmen place.Staff was kind. Place very clean.

Today I ordered a simple Carmel mocha and there was no Carmel in it at all. I asked for more and was denied, instead they pointed me to simple syrup. Bruh I dont want none of your syrup I want some more Carmel.

Great coffee but they need to find a way to lessen the wait time.

Terrible service. Just asked for an 12 oz latte and paid for one too. Waited about 15 mins for an 8 oz and he said oh, do you want me to remake that or is that ok. Also upon finishing the 2nd latte after giving the first latte to someone else said it was yet another 8oz latte. Also the worst latte Ive ever tasted. Couldnt take more than 1 sip. 30 mins waste of our anniverary day :(

Man, if you want a coffee where your barista actually pays attention to coffee craftsmanship, you have to come to Resilient.Our barista was not only charismatic and super well informed about the process of making each drink, but he took the time to see what we thought of our coffees and tweaked them to suit our tastes even better.My husband who is a barista at Starbucks even commented that it was so refreshing to see someone who actually cares about the customers needs and just enjoys making really good coffee.The inside was very cozy, nice minimal lighting perfect for studying or catching up with friends.I would highly recommend coming here for those of you who would like to know what delicious coffee done well tastes like.
