This store is open from 4:30am to 8pm. In case you need early morning or late afternoon coffee.Staff is lovely and considerate. The store is cute.

Not a fan of this location. They are always out of something and are not very consistent. They dont listen to you or acknowledge the situation. They smile and nod and wave you through. I have a few drinks I rotate throughout the year with starbucks. This location is never able to make any of them. This morning I decided to just get oatmeal and go to another starbucks for my coffee for this reason. Even the oatmeal was a brick. Shaking my dang head at this starbucks. Get it together folks!

Busy, but convenient location. The drive thru was fast. They made my drink very well. Still hoping Starbucks offer sugar free options, but thats not the stores fault.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. They have gotten my drink right 29 out of 30 times. I really appreciate the consistency and they are mostly on the friendly side in customer service, even when theyre busy. They also tend to have some merchandise cups in stock when I go in. Other Starbucks tend to have low inventory on their shelves. The only downside is their parking lot is awkwardly shaped and there arent many spaces, but you can park a little further in the WinCo foods store parking lot and walk there.

I come to this location most often in the morning before 8 am. They tend to be quote busy but I have good timing with a mobile order. I have not seen as much of a rush during other times of the day. I enjoy the baristas here and the space is decent for sitting in the dining area.

All I had to use was the bathroom. I was greeted on the way in. I was also able to use a plastic bag they had. I gave them a tip just for being nice.

Worst experience ever, what a great way to ruin my day, especially when I was in a hurry had to wait almost an hour just to get my sandwich and a drink, ridiculous. Never coming to that Starbucks again.

Grab your favorites at drive through window then drive down to river parking lot.a couple blocks away and enjoy. This is one of our favorite routines when shopping WINCO.

The friendless of the staff at this location seems to eclipse that of the other local coffee shops. The store is always clean and the merchandise nicely displayed. Bathrooms are always Immaculate and well-stocked.

(During COVID-19) The fact that I have to wait in the huge drive through to pick up my online order that I already paid for instead of grabbing it at the door is ridiculous. I use the app for convenience and to save time, what’s the point if it doesn’t do either.

Super friendly & generous they gave us the forks that Buffalo Wild Wing forgot in our order. Lol

The server was very helpful and informative, paid attention to what I asked and gave me good recommendations. I ordered a cascara coconut milk latte, it was a pleasant surprise as I expected it to taste similar to the nitrogen-infused cold brew. However, the coconut milk really gives it new life and appears to mellow out the usual iced coffee aura.

I think Starbucks is amazing! Their customer service is outstanding! When you dont like a drink they replace it with something else. If you are not satisfied with your experience at Starbucks they always make sure you have a better experience next time when you call the customer service line and let them know whats going on.The quality of the coffee and food is the great you get what you pay for! Used the RV waste dump. A little tricky to locate, but getting in and out was easy.

I came to this location a few days ago and went through the drive through with my mom. We ordered TWO venti peach green tea lemonades and a $50 gift card. I had to repeat my order twice over the speaker and when I got to the window the lady there told me my total wasn’t it’s over $54.00. I asked her if that was for both drinks and she had only put ONE drink on our order, not two. I finally received my drinks and gift card and left. I had given the gift card to my dad and he went to the same location the next day to be told that there was no money on the gift card and that there was nothing the could do and the number on the back of the card had to be contacted. My mom contacted the people on the back of the card to be told that the transaction was rang up and then CANCELLED, so there was never any money put on the card. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled and will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

I have to say the customer service was lacking tonight. My husband who served for 22 years in the military chose to visit this store on Veterans Day. We were told that we would both receive a free drink and we paid about $6.00 for one the drinks. When we asked about the charge she said it was a Vente and there was an up-charge for the Coconut milk in a very rude way. That is why we will never return to this location. I was shocked that Ashley is in the customer service industry and if she is to stay may need some anger management. She never asked me what size and just went for the largest cost item.

The crew here is phenomenal~ Charlie, Rouzi, AJ, Jeremy, and the rest of the morning crew (sorry I havent caught everyones names yet)~ I just love them. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome every time I stop by.

Starbucks always has great coffee on tap, and a large variety of customizable espresso drinks. They also offer tea and juice based drink options, and assorted food and snacks. The company emphasizes humanitarian causes that give customers the pleasure of knowing their money is going towards more than just coffee. This is a smaller location with less seating.

Locked my keys in my truck on accident and they quickly helped me get a locksmith on site. Not only is the coffee great, but so are the people.

Twice now in a hurry Ive got my coffee in the drive through and it wasnt made correct, a simple white chocolate mocha...but they arent putting the syrup in it so its just coffee and milk and I dont have time to drive back and get it fixed so i wont go to this location anymore.

I frequent Starbucks. Daily. Sometimes twice daily. This particular location has the WORST customer service. Their drinks are rarely full, they make them incorrectly, and have even made them incorrectly a second time! Sadly, this location is near my work. I assume its a managing problem, as the other 3 locations I frequent in this area do not have these issues.

Drive thru was quick and mixed the ice coffee just right.

Pretty good coffee. Service is good, but sometimes in the morning it gets slow because of how busy it is. Other than that, its great.

Had difficulty with drive-thru. I drive a full-size 4X drive p/u. It can be done, but it is very tight, & selection of organic beans is inconsistent & very limited (to 1 or 2 items. If these are not of concern, this is a very fine store. Drinks always good, staff always courteous and helpful.

Worst customer service ever. I went back to give Starbucks service another try maybe someone was just having a bad day. Nope not at all I swear they train their people to purposely treat customers like sh*t. Its Starbucks people will come no matter what we do to them. The coffee is also getting worse. My coffee was really awful. Although my cake pops and my breakfast sandwich was good then again the pops come made already and the sandwich. ZERO stars given

We are rabid Starbucks people. The drive through is the single worst of any Starbucks I have ever visited. Every time you can plan to spend ten to fifteen minutes (or more) from the time you pull in to the time you drive away with your drink. If you can stop at a different one in the Tri Cities, do it. Otherwise, try a local place (Roasters is just up the road). Its seriously not worth it.
