Was looking for a quick drive-thru coffee stand and was confused by the photos of pizza, but its definitely a coffee stand. Cant speak for the pizza, but it was quick service even with a long line to get my latte.

Have been coming to firehouse since it first opened, followed them to the richland location when I moved. Always nice staff, never in your face asking annoying questions. If they make something you don’t like they’re always down to make a new one. They’re great at remembering orders and are always a pleasant experience. 10stars if I had em. ❤️

Horrible customer service waiting almost 10 min 1 car ahead the worker thought she should flirt with the customer in line for that long. There was a car behind me as well that left, lost 2 customers in 10 minutes not bad its a shame you have great coffee.....

I’ve been coming to this coffee place for a long time. I followed them from Kennewick to when they open the new one in Richland. The coffee has always been great! And the service has always been great! Exceptional service actually. However, in the last month or so it seems like they’ve gone through a lot of turnover and hiring new people. Everyone is very friendly still, but the quality of the coffee has gone downhill quickly. I feel like I have wasted money in the last few weeks for coffee drinks that didn’t taste right they ended up not drinking. Upon returning I told the girl about my experience being not so great and she did nothing to compensate me for the yucky coffee or offer me a new one on them. Even after she had me taste a new coffee and it still tasted bad. I actually have a $50 gift card that I don’t even want to use to go back and risk getting a coffee that is not good. I am always very nice, and understanding when they make my coffee wrong (iced instead of hot, and this happens OFTEN). If you can’t remember what I order from the car or window to the coffee maker then write it down or something. I work in the service industry and I am patient. But I have to say I will not be returning for awhile. So SAD because I LOVE the coffee here. Just thought someone should know 🤷‍♀️

The guy that works there is fine as hell. However, I dont go because they dont serve ice cream anymore. They do have a lot of good things and excellent service, though.

The prices seem to be right The little girl out there taking orders was just cute as a bugs ear and happy decent cup of coffee I would say I dont drink that much coffee so but its a great great place to get a cup of coffee I would do it again

K what?! They had me and in and out in less then a minute! And a 24 oz redbull was only 4 dollars today! Way to go! I didnt tip today when I really should have. Ill be sure to next time! You guys nailed it!

I go to this firehouse almost everyday to get my regular. Definitely my favorite coffee shop. Today at 2:00pm 4/20/20 a super kind, blonde girl made two drinks I order all of the time. By far the best drinks ever made for me from any firehouse location. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, because she deserves some serious recognition!

They went above and beyond with being fast, and professional, and when I asked for a random weird drink I love they made it even though it wasnt on the menu. This place rocks!

The coffee was ok. The bagel sandwich was good but the egg was cold around the center. The ham was warm though. Its absurd they charge $1.25 for a milk alternative. Most places charge around 40 cents which makes sense since they are substituting it for milk not mixing it. The baristas take your order at your car if the lines are long which is cool but it was my first time there and I told her that but she just said nothing and waited for my order like I already knew their menu and specialty drinks. Not a good first time experience so I wouldnt go back.

No one wearing a mask. Girl walks up to our window takes our order then we get to the window and NOTHING was right. We left and bought nothing. Didnt order anything special literally right off the menu. No public health safety and cant take a simple 3 drink order.

Our barista was completely up to the task of our large order! Great drinks, smooth flavor, and quickly prepared. Central location means its an easy stop while spending some time in town. Reasonable prices, also!

Overpriced for what you get, and she may have been having a weird day but the girl working the window was both rude and flirtatious with my husband... who was in the car... right next to me... In front of our three children... Which couldve been overlooked had our coffees been enjoyable.

What I love about this place is the welcoming smell of coffee when you are about to cross the street. This is the first place where I heard about dry and wet cappuccino. Anyway good cappuccino that is served with great smile😊

Visiting from Arizona and stumbled on this gem. Service was excellent with super friendly employees. Took their time recommending menu items and served an excellent coffee. My new go to whenever Im in Richland.

I honestly would totally give this 5 stars but the prices are to inconsistent. And normally when the guys are running the show the coffee doesnt taste as good when the beautiful females are. And what I mean about price inconsistent, I have went thru to get my normal KFD and sandwich witch I have gotten for as cheap as 10$ and as much as 12$. Today when I went thru when the guys were working. I was charged 13$ for my 16oz KFD and sandwich. Idk if they just added their own tip or dont know the price. Im not one to complain ever since I work in the food industry but I think you guys need a meeting and fix the inconsistent pricing. I love the coffee and the sandwich, I just kinda dread it when I see just guys in there. Cuz I know the quality wont be as good. The ladys always rock it! The guys seem not to care as much. Ill be continuing to go for my coffee u guys havent scared me off. But maybe address the issue? Maybe have a chart there so they can see the prices. If this issue is addressed and fixed I will totally give a 5 star. Thanks for the hard work ladys. This aint pointed at you.

We always have a great experience each time we come here, I recommend getting your energy drinks after 3PM for half the cost. The staff here is always on point and polite.

We got some coffee from here the other day and it had the worst bite to it. My wife and I both got different coffee flavors but the bite was so bad it cut through the pleasant taste. Wish we wouldve said something. Maybe that batch of coffee was burnt?EDIT: It was the one located in the old Taste E Freeze

While waiting in line this morning the barista at the window wasn’t wearing a mask while talking to customers/handling orders. That alone made us decide to leave and go somewhere else. As we drove past the coffee stand another employee was in there making drinks and she didn’t have a mask on either. Kind of hard to find the desire to support a local business that clearly doesn’t care about the pandemic.

I was getting my car aligned and tires changed so while I waited I walked down to check this place out. I got a corn dog, patty melt, and a medium marshmallow cola. $8 for all of it. Got my food quickly and the staff was kind. My food was delicious. Its a nice local shop to check out if you like good burgers and fun drinks!

Their smokin mocha is hands down the tastiest coffee treat! I love that they offer almond milk too!

One of my favorite places to eat, I always love to sink my teeth into the B-52 in-between school and marching band and drama. I have to say its the best place in town. And the verities of flavors are amazingly Ive tried most and loved them all.

Good service and coffee! Employees dont mix the drinks though so youll get a mouth full of syrup and then no flavor in the rest of it. You shouldnt really just pour the chocolate and caramel in and thats it. Difficult to mix it yourself

Ive never tried their coffee, but this is my go to place for a lotus energy drink with coconut milk (and huckleberry syrup in my case). I have had great customer service consistently and I love this drink more than red bull personally, so Im glad I finally found somewhere that carries Lotus.

My wife and I live nearby this location and regularly walk our dog and grab a coffee. Just today (4/10/19) my wife and I want to go for a stroll and I just wanted 3 shots of coffee in my own thermos and she got a sugar cookie to the sum of $8; 9 +tip. The time before they charged my wife latte price $4.25 for a small americano? And she had to notify them...Next time my wife and I will continue on walking to any place near by like the coffee bean or fusion...any place but this dump; run by high schoolers with no oversight or management to ensure honest business is being performed.

The bombers Drive-In in Richland Washington is probably one of the most little hometown burger place around and their burgers are awesome and so is the customer service,I would highly recommend this place!!!
