I had a serious problem with my laptop. I Googled Computer Repair TriCities. I called Alpha (Geek) Computer because they had 5 stars out of 35 reviews. I wasnt disappointed! Sky had my laptop fixed in a short time and I was on my way, relieved and happy. Plus... he didnt charge me an arm n a leg. Highly recommend!

They fixed my screen in under an hour, and they have great customer service. They will take care of u!!

I was referred here by some friends after my MacBook Pro stopped working. It’s a 2012 model. After receiving a quote over the phone I called a few more places. One place suggested coming here because I have a Mac. That was evidence to me that this is the place to come. I was a little leery due to some of the older reviews but here is my experience. I received very fast service. Frank identified the issue with my computer very quickly and gave his recommendations. I took his recommendations and now my computer works just as it did when I first bought it!! What impressed me the most was his kindness and patience. I’m not tech savvy at all. He took his time and answered all my initial questions before I went to the store. Then, after I paid and was leaving, I had additional questions. Despite the fact that they were closing and a new customer had just walked in, Frank still took time to answer all of my questions. (Sometimes other places treat you differently after you have paid, but not here) I am very please with the fast, efficient, and courteous service I received here. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!

When I called for help they were professional and helpful;. They saw me immediately with my frozen iPhone 11 and immediately knew how to address the problem and fixed it within an hour. Very helpful und understanding.

This is the ONLY place in TC (since we don’t have an Apple store) to consider going if you want quality service for your Apple product done right the FIRST time. They get straight to the core issue and go above and beyond in their customer service. Well worth it at it will save you time and stress of having to shop around for sub par customer service and getting the ol’ run-around from other shops. These individuals know what they’re doing and I recommend them 100%.

Have helped me out with very specific requests. And Ive been given great deals on what I needed to buy. Havent used their repair service, but have heard good things.

They do not even give you a 30 Day warranty to insure that the fix was even done correctly. I got my Macbook Pro home after paying a rather large sum thinking everything was good to go when I realized my computer was still broken. Called them up, they refused to take responsibility. Only reason they even deserve 3 stars is for friendly customer service (which still matters even though the service wasnt done correctly--at least they were polite) and promptness in getting the job done (they say the wait time is safely a week but they get it done sooner than that which is good to note) But a 30 day warranty of the fix IS GREATLY LACKING and that should be duly noted before asking for their service.

If it wasnt such a long drawn out story, I would take the time to post about the dozen instances in just one business transaction that the staff at Alpha Computer went out of their way to get our company computer back online and recovered all of our lost data that was critical to our business. Like so many others we didnt prepare for the worst, but lucky for us the amazingly talented and accommodating staff were able to do extraordinary things to get us back up and running as well as taking the time to set us up to prevent reoccurrence in the future. I wish every vendor we dealt with was as fantastic as these people are. Id highly recommend them to anyone!

Had my Retina MacBook Pro screen replaced here under warranty and under recall. I was having the issue where the coating on the display was wearing off; they promptly ordered the new screen from Apple. Dropped it off Friday for repair, received it back Tuesday. Happy with timeliness and level of service. Thank you!

I have used Alpha for 6 years. Ive had apple computers since 1985, with the first 512k Mac. My last IMAC died, and with Anthonys quick response, I had my new computer up and running with additional advice on migration.. was working again in 5 hours. One hour was drive time to the store and back to pick up computer. I like their philosophy which is finding solutions.

First time here. Getting my iPhone 6S a new battery since I was having problems with it and Apple was covering the costs. They performed the job fast. I appreciate their work.

Alpha computer is the best. I was recommended to them by other phone/computer repair shops because they do such a good job and it seems to be known as common knowledge. I sadly broke the screen on my 2017 MacBook Pro 13 inch (which is my prized possession along with my 1958 chevy). I was really low on money and they agreed to accept payments. I gave them my broken computer and once I made about 3/4 of the payments and I called and asked that they start working on it so I could get it back as soon as when I had the full amount of payment. They were waiting to order parts (directly from Apple) because they wanted to make sure I had the longest amount of time to take advantage of my warranty on the screen. When they received the new screen and I/o board, they were able to get it all installed property the next day. I was very impressed with their workmanship after seeing the laptop and I am very glad I choose them. Initially I wanted to fix the computer myself with a friend. But after watching an online video I was afraid I would never be able to get it back together properly. I repaired a laptop in high school and it was never the same afterwards, shutting off and going black-screened when picked up, so I am glad I took this Mac to the correct place. Alpha computers truly knows their industry. I had an incredible experience with them. In addition to being extremely proficient in computer repair, they are also compassionate when it comes to a customers computer issues. I know this because they have an incredible museum of Apple computers. They truly are passionate about Apple devices and are most defiantly one of the best electronics companies in the tri cities.

I am just so very pleased with the service along with the personal attention to detail. We are so very lucky to have this shop in our neighborhood~

Half a** place to do a warranty exchange even with apple care. they want to charge just to even place the order. never come here just make the order online or just make the trip to spokane.

I found the lady behind the counter extremely informative, as well as receptive to my variousl queries concerning my laptop.

Didn’t know what was wrong and said it would cost at least $100 to investigate. I left and went to another store that immediately were able to figure things out with my IPhone.

They are field contractors for some systems at work. They take forever, which is partially the vendors fault. I can do without being asked every 5 minutes if we are hiring. Yes, we are, constantly, and no, we probably wont hire you.

Not a good experience. Went in twice to have a recall done on an iphone 6 plus. Apple says same day service. Was unable to leave the phone for extended period of time. Was told to return again a third time on a Monday for service. When I arrived I was told that they could not work on it that day either as they have more important medical contracts. I probably would have returned a 4th time, but was told that at this point I was better off just taking it to an apple store for repair. So as it turns out they dont really want to fix your phone cause they have more important things to do. I am still alittle confused by the response . Maybe they just dont want to do apple warranty work cause they cant charge you. Wish I would has saved myself the trips they could have told me this the first time I called.

Ive had many interactions with Alpha Computer; buying computers, diagnosing odd behavior, repairs, upgrades, and small purchases. They are pleasant, technically skilled, and took time to explain when I asked. Alpha Computer is my preferred place for doing anything Apple. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the greater Richland, Kennewick, Pasco area.

Place is a joke i walked in there with a motherboard issue cause the USB drives werent working after resetting them twice and they gave it back to me in 3 days with a new motherboard and MORE issues ...now the USB drives work but the system crashes every 5 minutes...i took it in and the guy looked up on Google for the answer and then proceeded to tell me it was a software issue. came back another day looking for the manager and the manager tells me we have to replace it because it was giving him problems...imagine that as if i didnt know that already after i told them it was a hardware issue and more accurately their fault
