Very disappointed. 2 employees talking, I had to just interrupt to ask a question. I checked out & same 2 employees were standing by the front door smoking cigarettes. Very gross.

Terrible store. Order online and the object that I wanted was open and they sent me a refund before asking if Id like a replacement and now $29 bucks is tied up for 4 days. Thats a lot when you are broke. I guess there is a reason everyone uses Amazon.

Didn’t have my mask, and they were quick to get me one when I asked for it. Lady at the FedEx counter was awesome. I saw her interaction with the lady in front of me and it was just nice to witness. So many people are quick and short with their conversation and she was very friendly.

Well-stocked office supply store. Office furniture, stationery and paper goods, planners, computers and other tech, and much more. Nice clearance section. Clean restrooms. Helpful and friendly staff. I was very pleased with my first visit.

We came here to get suplies for a project we are working on. Employees were helpful and were able to find everything I was looking for. Had a quick and easy check out. Although it would be nice if they had more stock of foam board.

Awful experience at this Office Depot. Had them look at my MacBook in an attempt to get it fixed which costed around 130 dollars. Unfortunately, it took them 30+ hours to inform me that it was broken. After this I was pretty upset, but was just optimistic about getting my money refunded. I come back the next day to get extremely poor service, wait 30 minutes because they had to “reboot the register”, and then told I need to go home and get my ID. Would’ve been nice if they could’ve told me I’d need my ID when I was on the phone with them before I went, since it would’ve saved 3 trips of driving. Overall, the service I experienced here was just flat out unacceptable.

Empty store abd Bonnie was too busy to help print my sons birthday invitations. I explained what I needed and she directed me to do it my self via email. So I tried. When it didnt work, she informed me that cant be done via email and shed have to do it. Id need to email her the file. Then she accused me of not explaining my needs. Reality is that she didnt listen. It was only going to be a small sale and she had no interest in helping me.

Have been coming to this location for years. Consistently wonderful service especially in the copy print department. Everyone is friendly there. Today I went in to purchase a printer and Shane was absolutely amazing. He knew everything there is to know about printers and helped me find exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I wasnt very happy with their service!! Looking around the whole store. For the item I & a 14 years old was looking for. An employee walked by me without a smile or asked if I needed any help. After finally finding the item. The 14 years old & I stood in a waiting line. Waiting to be checked out. The cashier was helping out a customer. The manager had to help another customer. When the manager got done with his customer. He left to another area. Leaving the 14 years old & I standing. The other cashier was still helping out the same customer. After standing there for a few minutes. The manager finally back over to help us. I even told him Its about time to get some help!!

I recently had my wedding invitations printed here. SUPER helpful staff. They were infinitely patient, and they probably printed 30 or so test pages to make sure everything was lined-up correctly that they didnt even charge us for. The finished product was better than we could have possibly imagined, and it wasnt even particularly expensive for the good, glossy cardstock. So kudos to these guys. If I ever need something printed again, I know where Im going.

Their copy center is equipped to accommodate many different kinds of print jobs. They arent going to push services on you you dont need. Be ready to ask questions though, theyre not mind readers although can pull off amazing results with everything they put their hands to. I would highly recommend them.

Great prices, and even better return policy. Trust that you wont be disappointed if you get something you dont like from this pave. Bring it back, they will almost definitely remedy your troubles with their helpful staff and easy policy.

I was referred to office depot by a friends family member. I sent then an email about my best friends baby shower and they were completely professional and helped out so much the invites were next day and looked amazing.Arianna helped me via email of and idea of what i wanted stated she can print in 20 mins so i headed right over. She custom made these lables for my best friends wedding. She was so patient directrd me ehat i needed and printed within 15 mins and they look amazing. I normally would go to etsy but she delivers with the quailty of care and work she puts in everything and ill continue to take my business there.

Dont misunderstand, the service is good but my issue is with the training. I have come here on business a few times and each time the worker assigned to help has had to get a senior employee to help and or perform the task requested. The upper level person then uses this opportunity as a training event that then costs us time.

Office Depot in Richland had a good inventory of office supplies. I was able to find sheet protectors, notebook & some hole punched pouches to help me organize my projects were even on sale.

I went inside to get my new chairs and no one came up to me to help for 20 min. Also, tried to get desk organization items for my files, but office depot workers did not have the courtesy to move their carts so I can get in. Thus, me and my wife left the store.

We were over whelmed, A fine young man by the name Graham took excellent care of my Wife and I. We wanted a few pictures blown up and customized, this young man did a wonderful job helping us .He is a Great asset to your business, and great at costumer relations

Very helpful staff, they were out of stock of the printer I wanted, an associate checked the Kennewick stock before I could even ask. They were also sold out in Kennewick. He then took the time to figure out my needs and helped me find a perfect alternative. Very friendly. They know how to have return customers.

Ok office depot, the interior is aging a bit a needs a bit of face lift. The staff was very friendly and equally as helpful. good product selection and ok prices.The bathrooms are deplorable, something i would expect from a truck stop.

Employee did a mediocre print job on a poster I designed. The employee offered me several choices but did not have the 55 wt paper in stock or available. I opted for the thinner 20ish lb paper stock (normal copier paper). The employee was careless when the poster was rolled up and wrinkled it. The print quality was sub par and I am re-printing it somewhere else. If your looking to print a poster quickly and cheaply ($2.50 for a 3 x 2 ft poster) and quality does not matter, go here. If you are going to display the poster on a wall or for a professional graphic, find somewhere else.

We all have bad days I understand, but AGAIN Bonnie in printing was short, dismissive and condescending after asking about pricing to print my nieces senior photos. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!
