Kendra is amazing! She is on the ball and such great help. She responds to calls and questions right away. The installers were the nicest young men. Very courteous, and hard working. They addressed any questions with knowledge and confidence. What a great company. I will recommend them to everyone.

I always read reviews to learn about a company. Its great to read that they do an awesome job and the install was perfect. Those are important, however the reviews that sell me on going with a business the most are the ones that speak about something going wrong and how the business handled it. Being human, none of us are perfect and sometimes mistakes are made. Thats what I want to share!First, Kendra in the office is amazing, she helped us track down the perfect slab for our kitchen remodel. We chose Fantasy Brown. Everyone else we worked with were also great. My husband and I are owner builders and we do everything ourselves. We built our house 26 years ago and at the time we couldnt afford to put in stone countertops, so I had to wait a very long time to add them to my kitchen.Heres what happened. Our slabs came in and we went down to go over how we wanted them laid out. They came out and measured the counters, we also submitted a layout of our countertops including the shape and size of each one. The day of cutting rolled around and we received a call from them that the tops wouldnt fit how we had them laid out, so the seam would need to be changed. I didnt understand why that was the case or more importantly how that it would change the flow of the slabs, but thought Im okay with having a smaller seam. Day of install arrived and we noticed an issue with the corners on our peninsula, then we noticed that the flow went the wrong direction. They had missed one of the measurements for the peninsula on our submitted layout, they cut it too short and that changed everything. Why am I giving 5 stars? This company showed true integrity in owning up to the mistake. They ordered new slabs, thankfully we were able to get the next ones in sequence from the block we chose from. They made sure that the cuts were the way we wanted them so that the flow would be correct. After seeing the first countertops, I also decided that I would like to have a 1/4 bevel on it as I didnt like the eased edge we had originally gone with. The bevel has extra cost, but we decided that we really wanted to go ahead and have it how we would like it best as we wouldnt be doing this again. Unbeknown to us they added the bevel free of charge. We are still waiting for our new stove to be delivered, Fermin let us know that there might be a need to put in an extra piece of countertop as a spacer between the stove and wall. If thats the case, he said they will come out and do this for us, he also offered to turn a piece of our leftover slabs into a table top after I mentioned that I might like to do something like that...I havent figured that out yet, but I know that he will be true to his word once I do decide. In my opinion a company is only as good as their word and how they stand behind their product and make right any mistakes made. They bent over backwards to work with us and make sure it was correct and exactly how we wanted it. The result is stunning and I still cant believe this is my kitchen! We will be remodeling two bathrooms in the near future and we will definitely choose this company again! Integrity and a good work ethic is everything and thats what makes a business stand out!

This place went above and beyond from getting the lifting machine out to pull out pieces of granite for me to inspect to always responding to every email and phone call and every question I had! The installers were super kind too! The NICEST people and my counter top is perfect 🤗

Got our kitchen and bathroom countertops installed couple months ago by Rock Hard Granite. Cant say enough good things about their work and service. We had excellent experience with this shop from the front office (Haley was excellent and very quick response to our request), to estimating (Bryce was very professional), to templating and installation. Their shop has CNC machine, which precisely fabricates every single piece of countertop. The installation crew was very nice and worked hard to ensure the seam are perfectly match and level.Rock Hard Granite customer service is the best. A couple weeks after our countertops installed, our new appliances arrived. The new stove is a little bigger than the old one causing issue when slide it in. I called and talked to Haley at noon. The installation crew came back to our house in the same afternoon (after they finished other jobs) and fixed the issue for us (cut about 1/8 and smoothed the edge) so that we can use our stove that evening.We highly recommend Rock Hard Granite II to all of our friends. I did a whole house remodel. Picked out my quartz a couple months in advance. They did the kitchen island template wrong and shortened it by 12”. The perimeter quartz they installed was warped so it had to be replaced. In the master bath they drilled the holes wrong for the plumbing. It was supposed to be 8” on center, instead they put the hot and cold water knobs at the corners of the sink (about a 16” spread).Additionally the template was wrong in bathroom by about 1/2”. Was told they would caulk it. Then owner said he would replace counter top because it was so bad, I picked out 3 different options to replace quartz to match the rest of bathroom. 3 times he said he couldn’t find it. He then sent my bill to collections rather than fix the issue. I would not use them at all!

We had nothing but an amazing experience with Rock Hard Granite; from the initial phone inquiry I felt they gave us great attention and assistance. They gave us advice on the type of granite we chose, and had patience when we changed our mind, a few times. :) Once we picked out the granite our appointment was scheduled for the installation in an extremely timely manner. Their prices were great and the end result was better than we could have imagined. I have been recommending them to anyone looking to install granite, without hesitation.

Overall there work is good and I love my new granite. They were quick to get me on the schedule too which I appreciated as it could work with my move schedule. There is two reasons why I could not give 5 stars is cleaning up after the work is done is not there strong suit though they resolved it by coming back another day to clean they could of done it right the first time. Also additionally, they forgot to communicate that sinks and dishwasher would not be mounted back to the counter that I needed to call a plumber. So that was little frustrating.

The process of our getting new granite countertops couldnt have been easier! From discussing to survey to measurement and final install was great. Tim kept in contact with us on everything. We were able to view and select our granite to fit our busy schedule. I was so impressed with the installation team. They were polite and courteous to each other, and respectful with very positive attitudes. It was a pleasure to that kind of professionalism. I am so happy with my new kitchen. Thank you guys!

We ordered some granite from another place and they were going to install it but he called me and said that the granite looked terrible. He sold me his stock for less and it looked awesome. We love our counters! They are beautiful and we got them a at a great price through Rock Hard Granite. The company and employees were great to work with, and have great customer service. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they didnt have a 4 1/2 star option--and the reason Im not giving them 5 is because of how long it took to get the counters in. But Ive never gotten counters installed before so I actually dont know what a good time-frame is. It took about a month from the time we were able to have them come measure everything and the time they were installed (which felt pretty long to me, but maybe thats just because I had already been without sink and counters for a month before that!). In the end, I would highly recommend them. Great customer service is hard to beat.

Rock hard granite in Richland extremely professional and great to work with. My kitchen looks amazing! The only complaint I have is the fact that it took them 3 trips to get my granite complete. Im not sure how they can improve their scheduling but that was my only problem I had with them. Couldnt ask for a nicer group of guys who were diligent and considerate, making sure everything was cleaned up before they left each time.

We installed new cabinets in the bathroom and used Rock Hard for the vanity top. They had a good selection of materials to pick from. The template preparation and the installation were done as promised. Everybody there was friendly and easy to work with. We are pleased with the final product and would use them again.

We called to get an estimate, and they were out two days later, the next week we had our fabrication appointment and the following week they did the install. Tim and his team were great to work with. We felt that they were very straightforward and honest with us. There was a miscommunication on our first meeting time but Tim had the most sincere apology and that first missed meeting didnt reflect the quality work that Rock Hard Granite does. We had a problem with the supplier and the color of quartz (still beautiful but not exactly what I had ordered) they sent and Tims team was so willing to make accommodations. Tim contacted the supplier right away to solve the problem and even compensated us for the mistake when it wasnt his to begin with. Also the sink specs were off for the cupboard size and Tims guys had to do extra work that wasnt required of them. They could have just said tough luck lady and done their job and left. But they went above and beyond to make it all work and it turned out beautiful. The whole remodel of my kitchen looks top notch because of the counters. Thank you Tim and your team for making it happen and for rolling with all of the bumps along the way. If you are looking for an honest, straight forward, hard working company Rock Hard Granite will fit the bill.Fast forward 6 months and my sink cracked. I called Tim and he was there so quick and said they could find a time to squeeze the job in even though they were booked for the next month or so. I got the right sink ordered and Rock Hard Granite came and installed a few days later between jobs and they were in and out within a half an hour. It looks great, they were professional (as always), and Tim was kind enough to roll savings our way for the whole job.When we are ready to remodel our bathrooms we will be calling Rock Hard Granite.

I used the boys from the Richland, WA Rock Hard Granite to install new granite countertops in my kitchen. Tim came out exactly on time for his first estimating appointment and was excellent in his continuing communications during the job. The estimate was very reasonable and the final bill reflected that amount.He referred to me other trusted businessmen to facilitate a new sink installation and cabinet remodeling to accommodate that sink. All were very professional, courteous and timely.
