I called on Friday to get my medication transferred from another pharmacy, they said it takes about 24 hours. They even sent me a text to sign up to receive notifications about my pick up. Gave them all of my information, come Tuesday afternoon I haven’t heard anything and when I call they tell me they have no information for me. This is incredibly irresponsible and Walmart will be held liable. Do your job correctly, these are people’s medications and lives in the hands of morons.

I get a weekly prescription there and they always come on time even if they don’t I just have to call and a cpl minutes later it’s done. Since I go weekly I have seen the line very long and the pharmacy techs still kee their composure and friendliness. That is very rare nowadays I’ve seen customers yell at them and be very rude to them and they still stay classy. I’ve been to rite aide and I’ve had nothing but rude disrespectful customer service there. Since I switched to wal mart it’s been the best choice I’ve made. These guys deserve a raise and praise for be very good at what they do we are all human. I always get the guy with the blonde hair and he’s always very helpful too I don’t know his name but class act! Keep up the good work guys!

Ive been using the Pharmacy for the past 6 years and theyve always had good customer service.

Nice people, but Ive been on the same meds for 10 years so Im tired of having to then again wait for another Pharmacist consult, its a further waste of my time, as nothing has changed in my RX.

We have use this Walmart pharmacy for over 8 years and the experience has been ok

They said my doctor had not sent in my prescription renewal yet, therefore they did not have it for me. The prescription was for antidepressants. My doctor said they had sent the refill request in immediately. So I went nine days without antidepressants because Walmart messed up and didn’t fill it and then lied about it. Not fun...9 days = withdrawals.

Tonight I needed an important rx for my husbands surgery recovery. The pharmacist wasnt allowed to fill it as written. She said it could take 3 hours to get the doctor to rewrite it. I couldnt wait that long because I needed to make sure I gave it to my husband before pain became unmanageable. She suggested I take it to the CVS at target. I told her I wasnt sure if they would take my insurance. She was going to have the assistant call, but when she saw the line that had started to form, she said she would call them herself. I was impressed! When she came back she said they do take my insurance. I told her I wasnt sure if I had the cards on hand to give them. She went back and wrote them down on the rx for me! Seriously, that is GREAT customer service! It had been an emotional day so I almost cried when I thanked her for helping me. That extra few minutes of care made all the world of difference for me at a very important time. She knew it and came through. Very impressive. Thank you!

The pharmacy did not fill prescriptions called in by my doctor . The male pharmacist was rude and not at all helpful. After waiting for more than an hour and a half, I am transferring all of my families medication anywhere else!

Our Wal-Mart pharmacy wait time has improved somewhat and hopefully will continue to improve the wait time

I love Walmart pharmacy because of the mobile express! I pay online skip the line every time it’s awesome. However a lot of people working there are pretty rude.

This pharmacy is nice looking at least. There is one nice pharmacist who is female, she is professional and kind. The male Pharmacist I forget his name is awful. He seems to have a hard time understanding to be professional. He is rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. Time seems to be slightly better then pasco and Kennewicks. NEGATIVE!! Hate this pharmacy. Say will have ready and once you get here they tell you it will be ready in 2 hours, sorry there super busy! Idgaf that why I call ahead of time to not wait. Can not count on them to have prescription ready. Always something with them, definitely finding new pharmacy

People were nice and helpful, but prices went higher and higher. Claimed ingredient prices went up for the Meds. Changed to Envision RX pharmacy and saved nearly half the cost. I would have thought Walmart could be cost competitive on simple medications. Not in my case.

If you want the longest wait times possible, you’ve come to the right place. Also expect to see one or two employees max, with an enormous line. Once you get to the counter the incompetent lady will get most everything wrong and mumble under her breath so you can’t hear her. Eventually she will explain that they still haven’t filled the prescription that you sent in hours or days ago and that it will only be a couple more hours. This has literally happened to me four times. Shame on me for not learning quicker. WTF Walmart? Do you care about service at all?

If I could have gotten away with giving this pharmacy *zero* stars, I wouldve. This pharmacy doesnt deserve the one star I had to give just to get into the comment section of this review. The incredibly ridiculous wait times might be forgiveable if the pharmacist was kind but... hes not. It might even be forgiveable if the pharmacy staff expressed some concern or made an effort to fix the problem... but they dont. I *promise* you, if there was only one other pharmacy within 100 miles, I would make the drive. This is easily the #1 *WORST* pharmacy. If you are looking for a pharmacy, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I normally use a different pharmacy, they didn’t have the prescription. Called Riteaid. They had it and stated would pull it & have it ready. ( I am a 70 yr old, with cane. I had an an abcessed tooth.) Got there at 2:50. Got in line and waited 20 min. To be served. They didn’t have prescription. They stated it took to long for them to get through the phone system at the other pharmacy, would I call them. I did. They said they would fax it immediately. Is now ~3:30. Other people are waiting. At 4:00 they stated it would be another 45 min. They had other customers ahead of me. “I will never go there again! They had one person person at the counter. And only one filling orders. Unprofessional, inefficient, and did not do what they said they would. Don’t go there. Had to give them one star I order to post this.

Pharmacy tech is very rude to customers talks down to you like she’s superior to you!! Grrr people make my blood boil!

Where has gone the customer service? Every time I go there I encounter rude and abnoctious customer service people especially in pharmacy. Just now, she hunged up on me I think because I took too long and had questions. Walmart should seriously look at their hires or train them more in customer service athicates.Needless to say, Im going with a different pharmacy close by.

Literally the worst managed and/or staffed walmart pharmacy I have ever been too. Day or night, weekend or weekday... the wait it seriously ridiculous. Sometimes I think staff shortage sometimes I think there is a broken process. The people are nice but I think Im going to have to switch.

Good customer service

Dont buy there big things and computers, you will never get your money back if it is any problems. Im stuck with my new laptop, they sell trash. Got computer +problems. = no money, no computer. Hate this store, bad customer service - old, slow, nasty stuff.

Yes the wait is sometimes an inconvenience but when you look at how many prescriptions they handle it is understandable.

Cant stand this Pharmacy they never have enough people working there. There is always a line and I can put in a prescription and it can take them up to 15 days to fill it which is ridiculous
