Kieler and Ciearra have helped me a lot! Kieler has hooked it up so much with samples and a few other products. I really love the protein coffee! Kieler wont push any product towards your face but will help you with anything you need and has extensive knowledge about the products in store! Not an overwhelming selection of products either, just perfect! You will love the store.

I was at your store in Richland, WA at noon on May 16th. The doors were locked, lights and OPEN sign off. I, along with another customer waited in our cars for someone to unlock the doors for 10 minutes. I ended up leaving and ordered a similar product on Amazon. Your company lost a sale because your employees are not responsible nor are they reliable enough to make it to work on time. I will NOT be back.

If you have them ship you anything dont hold your breath. They charge your card promptly and will get you your supplies in a week or so. Hard to keep my routine with these guys. Ive decided to use Amazon from now on.
