I was initially disappointed because they did not carry what I have been looking for but Zenaida was quick to find a substitute for me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She also told me about how I can save money on future purchases. Im glad I stopped in today. Thank You Zenaida!!

Great staff at this location, always willing to help, and very friendly people. The store is clean and decently stocked, and they will check all stock to see if an item is available in the back or quick delivery. They do a good job in helping find information on a product and explain the best use.

Jared recognized me even though Im not in there very often. Thats huge. Hes helpful, knowledgeable, and excited about whats going on with me and what I need to achieve my goals. Jared is definitely an asset to GNC.

Online shows they open at 11amOn Sunday as well as their store hours that are posted on their building. Waited 20 minutes and no one showed!! Others tried as well to go in, but door remained locked. I even tried calling and no answer. Had to run up again later in the evening to make my purchase where Nic informed me he wasn’t scheduled to come in today until 11:50. Someone better update their hours or get their schedule corrected- as this is not the way to run a business!

Literally just left to get my girlfriend something shes been using for quite awhile now. Checked the receipt online and said his name was Jared. The only one working today.Well anyways, he was border line disrespectful as soon as we walked through the door! Honestly thought about turning around to go to our normal spot (Max muscle) but decided to ignore it and get what I came their for.As we were paying he made both of us feel so uncomfortable with him trying to force the GNC brand on us. My girlfriend insisted we wanted the one we came for but he was not having it. Do not go here! Go to Max muscle! Not only do the workers ACTUALLY know what their talking about but their not disrespectful & rude. Never against wasting my time at gnc

Ive been to this particular GNC before and have had no problems but whenever Jared is working I try to hurry up and get the hell outta there as quickly as I can. God this guy is a pest. He acts like he knows everything, he tries desperatly to sell you products you clearly dont want. He doesnt leave you alone. He looks at people weird. I now look in the window to see whos working before going in.

Horrible coustomer service ive been a loyal pro member with gnc for over 4 yrs,ive spent allot of cash with this company. For some reson this gnc did not want to give me my price match, Ive never had any issues with any other gnc before. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Same experience as the previous reviewer. Went in to get a few things and I was talked down to and was interrogated. This guy assumed he knew who I was and what I do in the gym, right from the get go. He challenged my intelligence over and over and non-stop spouted information that I didn’t need and made me feel really uncomfortable. I will never return to this location again.

The last few times I’ve gone to this location, Jared was the customer sales associate at the front. Every time he’s been there, I’ve had a negative experience. It’s at the point where if I see he’s working, I will walk straight out. He’s incredibly rude, acts like he knows everything/more than the customer, and made negative/false comments about the products I was going to buy, in an effort to get me to buy a more expensive product that I said multiple times I didn’t want. I ended up saying never mind and just left. He really knows how to lose a sale and a customer. I would love to buy the products there, but can’t stand to be in the store long enough with such a rude sales associate.Other than that, this location is great, and appreciate being helped by anybody BUT him.
