Great store, so much better than the Kennewick store!Worth the drive to go all the way over there From Kennewick where I live. Store cleaner and better stocked, and they enforce the wear a mask rule which is important to me.

Always have more then what Im looking for

Just went to this store for the first time, it was decent and I did definitely like the variety of everything! On the other hand, the cashier or other employees were not friendly whatsoever. Jennifer was the only cashier at that time. I had to be the one that said”Hi, how are you?!” Only thing she sad back was”I’ll need your ID!” After I already put my card in and paid. I’m definitely way older than 21. She wasn’t very pleasant at all among the other employees that acted like I was in the way when I was shopping

Richlands outlet is well laid out and easy to shop. The store is clean and well stocked with a great selection. Their prices are exceptional on most items.

Very affordable, busy, crowded. Limited selection, some of which is random and unusual. Nice staff, easy parking, good carts

While they have decent products, this is definitely the store for anti-maskers. Every time I’ve been since the pandemic started there have been several customers at a time not wearing masks, more than any other stores I’ve been to. When I emailed the owners about concerns of employees wearing masks improperly and the amount of mask less customers, I was given some excuses as well as was turned off by the lack of accountability for their own employees. I understand there will be defiant customers, but at least hold your employees to a higher standard. I know I’m just one customer, but personally I don’t see myself shopping here again in the near future, if ever.

Grocery Outlet is my favorite place to shop for food. So many good deals on organic meat and vegetables. This location is particularly clean and welcoming. I always come here first. You never know what you are gonna discover each week!

Convenient location. It’s a bit small but they still have a good ammount of items. Whatever I don’t find I just go across the street to Walmart or right next door to target.

Prices are way way way too high. I dont get it these are stuff that are going bad on your way home and second hand at best so why price is so high. This place use to be a place to go to get lower price stuff because of the above reason. Now, they think they are prime grocery store and compare themselves to Walmart and other actual chains. I for one dont get it.Guys you cant compare yourself to other grocery stores they sell actual, not outdated or almost outdated things, and they dont change the shelves every other day because they found another almost going bad batch to sell in their stores. PLEASE!

This is probably the nicest grocery outlet that I have been too. Neat, clean, beautiful store with a nice variety of items.

Excellent little store. Been coming here since the grand opening. Always finding sweet deals & yummy treasures when coming here. Whenever they are out of the item its nice they bounce back with new items and it makes the shopping a great experience every time.

A little bit of everything here, not just food. Plenty of deals. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be that its kinda dark, felt like I had my sunglasses on while strolling thru the isles.

Food for budget minded people. Cant find everything that you might want but they do have some great values on what they do have.

I always find good deals on items that are unexpected, in a good way. I love the rotating selection of allergy friendly products at deeply discounted prices. Often they are items I will never see again in my hometown, or limited edition flavors that I get a brief second chance at. The store personnel are friendly, and it seems like they actually have someone stocking the shelves constantly.

Love this place!! I always get my coffee for my Keurig here cause it is 100 cups for 19.99!! Plus they have great deals on fruits and salads!!

Strange assortment. But some good deals.

This grocery outlet is pretty good. Same deals as other ones, but neater and cleaner. Sometimes it gets too busy and you have to wait in line, but not too long. There were a few times that they had a product and then it was gone, so dont get too attached to any one thing they carry as it may be gone next time. Good place for a quicker trip with basic needs.

It was my first time in a Grocery Outlet store so I took my time and checked out all the aisles and displays. A staff member stocking shelves took the time to greet me and engage in a short conversation. Other staff were also friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.I found the usual brands along with a unique and diverse product selection and great prices. There is also an excellent selection of non-dairy products.I decided to purchase at least one item from every department to test quality - especially on non-standard brands. We have used most of the items and are very pleased.I plan to add the store in the shopping complex on Duportail off Queensgate to my weekly shopping trips.

Clean, not too busy and a cashier popped to help me when the line got a little long.

This is hands down the BEST Grocery Outlet location. As a company, Grocery Outlets are so much more than they used to be (I had just moved out on my own after high school in 2011, and back then you had to make sure to check expiration dates on everything at any Groc.Outlet), but this specific location is so fantastic! Very clean, very tidy, organized, friendly staff, and the coolest products! The owners are very local community minded and it shows. I LOVE shopping here!

Not sure how this place will stay in business when they lack so much. I have never even heard of a Grocery Outlet until this one came up in my town. I was excited to visit it until I actually did, then was completely disappointed. They do have two items I can get here cheaper than a larger store, like Amys meals or Three Twins Organic ice cream but thats about it. The staff are very friendly which is a plus.

Very frustrated with this store. Typically I love Grocery Outlet and was excited to see the new store opening. However, I read how the store was not practicing social distance during its first few days open. I responded to a post on FB about the store opening and shared the info I had learned and immediately I was blocked from seeing the post anymore.....
